Holiday Inn Express Farmington - Bloomfield - Farmington

It was okay. now i know why i got a bargain, got the handicap room.

The hotel is fairly new, clean rooms and has plenty of extra perks...indoor swimming pool and fitness center (both are much smaller than the pictures perceive), Flat screen tv and direct tv programming. But the major downfall and the whole reason you stay at a hotel is the sleeping experience...these beds were hard. These beds are the worst hotel and […] motel beds I have ever slept in. By the time I crawled into bed I was too tired and did not have the energy to hassle with complaining and switching rooms. I should have dug deep and stumbled to front desk because it was a miserable night sleep. Mentioned it to the lady at the front desk the next morning and all I got was "Sorry for the beds being hard, hope you stay with us again." Mehr

We were treated very well. We really enjoyed our stay. We sincerely appreciate how the hotel staff worked with us. There was one young lady who was wonderful. I think this hotel was a great deal! The hotel is modern and well kept. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The heating and AC worked well. The bathroom was a little cramped but I've seen smaller. And included in the room was a 32" (or so) flat screen TV with DirectTV satellite TV service with HD and premium HBO channels! The only problem was nobody informing us this was an animal friendly hotel. There was a dog that had a barking problem it was address but would rather know a head of time. good hotel but it should not be animal friendly.

The staff was wonderful. They helped us with directions as to which roads to take in town to find restuarants and etc. They also helped us with which road is best to take home from Shiprock.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. Our rooms were very clean and had all the extras, inc. refridgerator and microwave oven. The kids enjoyed the pool and exercise room The staff was helpful and polite. The free hot breakfast was really great.

On our arrival to this hotel, we were greeted by Keisha, who was excellent in customer service, organized and very efficient. The hotel was super, had all the amenities a weary motorcycle traveler would want, a comfy bed, coffee in room, free wireless internet, microwave and breakfast in the am.....the jacuzzi was not working that night, but that seems […] to be common in hotels....jacuzzi breakdown.. other than that...KUDOS all around from 3 couples in our party.... There's not a lot to see in Farmington, unless one is looking for a tour of oil production support facilities. It is, however, the best spot to use for a visit to Chaco Canyon. Hotel charged my credit card that they requested for incidentals although I had pre-paid through Hotels.com. Called the front desk a few days later and it was straightened out […] within 24 hours. Farmington is not the prettiest of towns and there is not much to do anyway. This hotel is pretty much at the entrance to town, nothing close by. However it is not too long of a drive to restaurants. Functional place, clean and decent breakfast. No frills. Good value for money.

It was every thing we expected. Our first at a Holiday Inn Express, but definitely not our last.

This hotel was very clean and amenities were great (very convenient to have breakfast included). Our only complaint involved our specific room location, which was on the other side of the elevator shaft, and we could hear all of its operational noises during the night. Otherwise, we're happy to have stayed at this location, and would visit again.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Farmington, NM and what a stay it was! The hotel was spotless and the service was five star. All of the staff were pleasant, smiling and friendly and the room was emaculately clean. I was skeptical at first because the hotel was not located off of the main street but I was pleasantly proven wrong. The […] continental breakfast was fresh, hot and had a variety of choices from eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy to hot and cold cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, hot drinks and cold juices. Farmington was packed the weekend we were there. The staff was better than we expected them to be and helpful whenever we spoke to them. Being fairly new construction everything was as you would expect it to be. Breakfast good

Excellent customer service. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have a dog and they were extremely kind and helpful knowing we had a dog. We forgot one of our pillows and they called to inform us and ask what we would like to do. I would definately stay there again!

The only trouble is the girl at check in did not understand the prepaid by hotels.com and had to ask for my copy of the prepaid slip thank God I had it with me. Another employee came up and helped her with our check in.

Very nice accomodations; quiet and relaxing. Great pool and fantastic breakfast.

If you going to visit Mesa Verde this is a great place to stay.
