Was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was fantastic! Will stay here again in the future.

My stat at the Courtyard was a very great stay. It was very clean and quite.

just good to find a clean bed near the airport. The best feature for me was that they had earl grey tea in the lobby.

Overall everything was very nice. My only complaint would have to be that there was no continental breakfast. They said there was no smoking on the balcony, but yet there were 20 cigarette butts outside the balcony and i did not want to be blamed for someone else's mistake.

The hotel itself was great, but I expected more. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, no free breakfast and the cable or satellite television in the rooms are not very good. To watch real programming you had to go to the lobby. I won't be returning.

My recent stay here was great the staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. The pool was clean and well maintained along with the fitness and laundry facilities. I will definitely be staying at courtyard again!

Hotel was acceptable but no continental breakfast.. for the cost- I would have liked breakfast.

Even though it was neat and clean, hotel had an "old" feel to it. Whirlpool was not working (which was one reason we chose this hotel). Staff was friendly. But, overall feel it was overpriced for what we got.

Horrible, probably the equivalent of staying at a trailer park, definetely not the quality of a Marriott hotel. Rooms were poorly maintained, no fridge in the room, no breakfast, next to the ghetto, just say no this hotel, trust me.

This was a very nice hotel, and i would recommend it to anyone. we had a great time, the room was very nice, and it was close to everyone. the front desk was very nice, and helpful. great stay!!!

Staff was nice. New renovated lobby was refreshing. Room was clean. Enjoyed my stay. Hallway on the first floor had a slight musty odor. Not overwhelming though, and not in the room. Would stayhere again if I return to shreveport.

We have stayed at Courtyard by Marriot in other states and we had pleasant experiences, but this particular one, we did not enjoy. The room was clean and everything, but the staff was not very friendly. We arrived late around 10 pm and needed a luggage cart for our baggage, but there was not one available. The receptionist just said she didn't know […] where the luggage carts were and that it was too late to track it down, so we had to make a couple of trips. In the morning when we checked out, they were not too friendly or hospitable. All staff seemed to be in a bad mood and unwelcoming of visitors. Mehr

We stayed in a king room on the third floor. we had stated when booking we preferred a top floor and towards the back (to be quieter and away from the highway) and they made it happen with no extra charge. The room was bigger than expected, very clean, and the bed was sooo comfortable you could just melt into it, even had a balcony. When needing service […] and/or directions the front desk staff was very helpful, with a smile every time. The locations was very conveniently surrounded by many foods places and a walmart right down the road. Me and my family would stay there again any day. Mehr

The staff was lovely. The only negative was the sheets kept coming off the mattress.

Very enjoyable stay for me and my bride to be. This hotel has a nice lobby, then when you get into the rooms they were just barely ok. They were very outdated and uncomfortable. I would not reccomend.

Besides the VERY rude graveyard shift front desk lady, I enjoyed my stay here and manager gave me complimentary breakfast and dinner to make up for her rude staff. Room was comfortable and clean, but could hear neighbors all night.

This was very nice hotel, it was in a good location and we had a really great bed!

Close to interstate, a little nosy. Last time had room on back side and didn't hear traffic. Overall nice place to stay overnight to break up trip. Recommend 4 packs of coffee instead of 2. When 2 people are staying , one cup of coffee in the morngin isn't enough.

The first room we got had a very strong cigarrette smoke odor. (it's suppose to be a smoke free hotel. It was small and it had a weird furniture arrangement. The tv was by the side of the bed. The lady at the desk was very helful and moved us to a handicap suite. It was bigger, but the furniture was still very old and the mattress smelled TERRIBLE!! […] Real bad experience Mehr

I recommend this hotel to everyone the staff each day was nice and was concern if I needed anything. The room was nice it had a balcony just all around great service and room.

The Hotel Courtyard Marriott was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was getting to the Hotel from the interstate was a little hard if you did not have a GPS. I enjoyed the area it gave you a country feel. It was very quite and that was a plus also. I do not like loud places. This was my 39th anniversary. Thanks for making it a great one! […] Alicia Mehr

The hotel in general was nice. The location is great and is right off the main highway. My only two complaints are that the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all and we slept horrible. Secondly, the room was hot and we couldn't seem to get it to cool down. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Would I stay again? Maybe, but I'd definitely bring […] my own pillow and a fan! I reserved a room with a king sized bed. When i checked in I was told that the only available king was handicap accessible. No problem however I wasn't expecting the "every other hour" generator noise that sounded as if the police was knocking - beating at the door. Very disturbing! And to add, we were on the first floor and was pretty sure the next […] morning our above neighbors would fall through to greet us! We heard every step! The front lobby's decor was beautiful and the room was presented well - cleanliness. Would recommend this hotel but with specific request to NOT be on the first floor and far away from generators! I was a bit concerned about the hotel from the outside appearance; however, once inside the hotel was very nice. I liked that it had a small bistro so that I could grab a quick sandwich after my treadmill workout. There's also a bar and plenty of seating in the lobby area. Overall for a quick business trip it was a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel lobby was very nice, looked newly updated. The pool area is indoor and we were lucky enough that we were the only ones swimming at all during the time that we went. The gym was small but good enough to get some cardio in, the biggest weights they had were 25 pounds much to my husband's disappointment. It was very quiet and the staff was more […] than friendly! The downside to this hotel is that the rooms have no mini fridge or microwave :( I assumed that was pretty standard of most hotels. I've stayed in hotels with rooms of $50 a night and still at least had a fridge/microwave if not both! there is a microwave in the lobby for guests to use but it was just a huge inconvenience being as I traveled there with 3 small kids. The other downside is that our room did smelly a little musty and like old smoke a bit. We don't smoke and the hotel is non smoking but it seems as though at some point our room was a smoking room. We bought a bottle of febreze when we went to the store in the area and sprayed down the carpets and curtains and it was better after that. On the upside, the beds were hella comfortable!!!! :) Mehr

Clean room, surprisingly quiet since it's right off of I-20. Very comfortable bed, as I tend to find that all Marriott locations have. Good service from front desk.

hotel was very nice woukd stay again

I love the ideal we had balcony in our room we were able to stand on it, and the indoor pool that was in the hotel. I just wished we had a microwave and refrigerator in our room, and the bed was soft and comfortable.

Starbucks inside! With tv's everywhere! Extremely comfortable seating in lobby, great staff, very friendly, great location, courtyard in back with gazebo!! loved it, dark rooms and great a/c!!! will stay again!!!

It was a comfortable, safe, & clean place to stay. I really enjoyed my time spent here.

The only good thing about the room was that the bed was very comfortable. Other than that I would not stay here again. The room felt muggy and damp. The bathroom was small and the grout was coming up. Not what we expected for the price. Seems like they upgraded the lobby for "show" and didnt spend anything on the rooms.
