Cobb Galleria Inn - Smyrna

Wasn't horrible but was not impressive. Convenient location. Bathtub had a little dirt left in it (disgusting), and the blankets were kinda thin. Definitely just ok, if your hard to please don't stay here!

The hotel staff was not overly friendly. The hotel was not up to standards for the area. The room was very drab and dreary. The room had a stale musty odor. The bed's were not very comfortable and you had to stuff several pillows together in order to get comfortable. Never again!!! Please do not stay here!!!

This was a nice hotel for the money. The morning buffet was good and my kids enjoyed it.

We spent 15 minutes trying to find this hotel. Finally come up on it by accident. Run down

It was good for the amount of money I paid to stay there. The hotel is old and the rooms and TV needs to be update. But overall the stay was good. The breakfast food was cereal, donuts, yogurt, waffles and sausage. I thought I t would be a hot breakfast bar. But I was still better than not eating at all.

I live in the metro Atlanta area, and have been staying at Cobb Galleria Inn this past week. 1. The rates are fare/affordable 2. The rooms are clean 3. The staff is VERY professional/friendly 4. I live about 15miles from this hotel, and it's worth the ride!!!

Front desk person was very attentive- Mattresses and pillows were SO comfortable it was hard to get out of bed in the morning!! Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean.

I enjoyed.myself.at this hotel especially for the price I.paid.

I stayed for one night at the Cobb Galleria Inn. It has a good location. The hotel is a little run down, but you get what you pay for. I liked the complimentary breakfast.

This is a great hotel with a great location. The mall is in walking distance and located next to the expressway and about 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

After reading reviews we thought this would be an older hotel, but would be good. We ended up calling it the hooker hotel. We complained about the 2 (not 1, but 2) rooms across from us with working girls. Asked them to please move them out or at least somewhere else. Front desk said there "used" to be a problem, but it was gone. I have news guys - YOUR […] PROBLEM ISN'T GONE. While my husband and son-in-law didn't mind the girls running back and forth between the rooms in their bras, I really didn't think my 4yo grandson needed to see. Totally disgusting visit - but the breakfast was good. Will not stay here again. Mehr

This worked for a two night stay in a great location & price.

Generally everything was satisfactory & the Free breakfast was very good & even had HOT items! I use to travel 5 days/wk for my job & even more pricey hotels I stayed at didn't have as many items as this hotel. Quite worth the Rate here.

I love staying here. I am and intend to continue to be a repeat guest. My room was awesome for the price the staff was wonderful like always and very willing to accomodate. Front desk staff is amazing! Breakfast left a bit to be desired but it's complimentary and hot! :)

excellent value

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is older but comfortable. Nice breakfast each morning... Everything was fine ... until ... the night before check out when I walked into my room to find a ROACH running around the floor.

I have stayed twice before and I love it there. The price is great, front desk staff is excellent, knowledgable and very friendly! I love the small balcony and the room setup is great for the wonderful price!

Awesome location close to everything. Right next to all major roadways to get to anywhere you need to go in Atlanta. The Hotel was very clean and well keep. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a family friendly hotel. The front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. OK for the price. My room has a comfortable queen bed and nice cotton sheets, and thick bath towels. Air/heat unit very noisy. Lobby not very nice. Hot breakfast was not bad.

The hotel's rate is a good value if you are on a budget. Location is very close to Cumberland shopping mall and the new Cobb Center. You can walk to there in 10-15 minutes. On the back of the hotel there are couple of restaurants and some fast food outlets, etc. There are two drawbacks : 1 ) Virtually there are no side walks on the Cobb parkway, if […] you like to walk to Galleria. 2) There are no pedestrians either. So walking all alone at night is rather daunting. I feel that the hotel should offer a shuttle service on demand, even if the guests are required to pay for the service. 1) Mehr

I have stayed here multiple times now, the front desk clerks have always been very polite and friendly. Check in is quick and simple. The room is clean and comfy. No glitz or glamor but I feel that it is a safe, clean, and a great room especially for the price. The only thing negative I have to say is that my room did not have a fridge or microwave. […] However I walked by rooms during check out time and saw other rooms do have them so maybe this is by request? You also get breakfast with I think was pretty tasty. Again, nothing top notch but with fresh eggs, biscuits, sausage, cereals and option to make a waffle, muffins, bagels... and so on. This hotel was older than I thought. It could use a makeover with new furniture and head boards. There is a refrigerator and coffee pot but no microwave. However, for the price it was fair and convenient to where I needed to be. If you are use to JW Marriott Hotels, Hiltons and The "W" hotels, this is not the place for you. The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable (Could have used a couch in the room, there was enough space for one) Excellent cable channel selection

What a disappointment! The wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom and bedroom. There were multiple burned out light bulbs. The towels were laundered in a smelly solution that ended up on your body (as well as the fuzz from the towels) after you showered. I like this hotel. Great breakfast with a large selection every morning. It was difficult to find at first, but the location was very convenient to the interstate and their local mall. When we got lost, the staff was very helpful. Plus when I thought I left something behind, they were very courteous in making sure it was found. My husband & I felt the service was very good, free WiFi a big feature, clean & quiet room with the BEST shower a wonderful feature and a good free breakfast!
