Springhill Suites by Marriott Bentonville - Bentonville

The hotel was clean and service was great. This was only a weekend trip, but plan on coming to the area more and will stay at this hotel. The bed was especially confortable!!

My last hotel stay in this community was not a pleasant one, so I went not expecting a lot. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The staff, the facility and the atmosphere were all first rate.

The The Springhill Suites - Bentonville AR... A really nice, comfortable place to stay. The place is clean, nice, well equipped, has all the ammenities I needed as a travelling business person, no negatives overall. During my stay, the jacuzzi was broken for the entire 5 days I was there and the ice machine on my floor was not working three of the five […] days. One of the deciding factors on my stay there was the indoor pool and jacuzzi, that was a bit of a let down, but overall it was a good experience. well maintained, clean, and very affordable. Service was great. Free breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was clean and the front desk people were nice enough, however, they offered none of the services they list in their profile with the exception of expensive snacks in the lobby. $4.00 for a pint of ice cream! They list pay-per-view movies, video game consoles and other amenities that they either never provided or discontinued providing. The […] beds looked nice, but once you laid on one, it was as if a horse had been sleeping in it for years...right in the middle! The middle of the bed was worn out and soft, while the outer edges were firm. This of course leads to feeling like you are sleeping in a bowl and is very uncomfortable. They provide 5 pillows on each bed that seem to have come from the World War II era, why not provide two good pillows instead of trying to cover the fact that your pillows stink by providing FIVE of them? With heat off, room was warm and open windows allowed too much traffic noise at night. Otherwise, is a great place for the price, very clean, and the refrigerator and microwave allowed for a late dinner after long day of competition. This was our second stay here.

Great price. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Only complaints are the bathrooms needed to be cleaned better and the hot tub was not working.

I've stayed at several hotels in the Bentonville area as I travel there often for work. This is by far the worst i've stayed at, it's outdated, the beds are uncomfortable and old. The rooms are gross and need a good cleaning.

My family and I stayed at the Springhill Suites on our vacation, and were so happy we did...the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable...the service desk clerks were very friendly and helpful and the refrigerator and microwave were a bonus! The hotel was great! Easy access from highway, room was awesome and VERY comfortable. The only problem was the"heated" pool was ICE COLD and the hot tub had just been repainted so we could not use it. I would definately stay here again though.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the breakfast options. Juices were watery for some reason. Swimming pool was clean. Fans in our restroom were somewaht noisy. Also, all plumbing in adjacent rooms was loud, when in use.

Overall rate was easy on my pocketbook. The hotel was under a few remodeling/repairs. There was an area in our room that needed painting. The pool had just been shocked and was hard on the children's eyes. The pool room was very uncomfortable for anyone not swimming. The hallways were very warm, which made the coolness of the room that much better! […] I was best impressed with the breakfast. It was well stocked and nicely layed out. This was just an ordinary room with ordinary decor but it was so CLEAN. The hot tub was not working and looked very gross. The pool had just been treated and was so murky we could not see just a few inches below the surface. We did swim as we were told it was safe but it was so cold. The motel was just average or below in aesthetics and amenities but […] our room was VERY CLEAN. I would not stay here as a "vacation spot" but would definitely stay as just an overnight stay on our way to another location. Mehr

Clean quiet room, Good Breakfast buffet, no newspapers available, no channel guide for TV, and a poor explanation of why they would put $50 on a credit card for incidentals and then drop it off. I understand giving a credit card number but if this is truly what happened (I didn't check card) it shows a lack of trust for customer or consumers who use […] Hotel.com and either Marriot, Springhill Suites or the employee need better customer relations. I loved everything about this hotel EXCEPT the fact that the hot tub wasn't working. I specfically made a phone call the week before our visit to ask about the pool. They assured me everything was working fine...when we got to the hotel, the hot tub had about three inches of standing water in it. Very disappointing!

I won't go there i NEED A HOT TUB FOR MY BACK

We took our kids for their first hotel stay and chose one with specifically with an indoor pool. When we arrived the pool was not working and was told it had not been working for a month. Since we had reserved our room, we couldn't cancel or we would lose our money. So we had to stay even though we didn't get to swim. The stay at the hotel other than […] that was excellent. I just wish we would have known the pool was broken and avoided this altogether. Mehr

Close to our venue for our competition. Room was set up nicely with refrigerator and microwave which was really handy for our schedule, i.e. could keep snacks for after competition when restaurants were closed.

This hotel and room was really nice, I'm not sure why the bed was so bad. It had a horrible dip in the center and was NOT comfortable. Neither my husband or I slept very well. I'm recommending the hotel anyway, because it WAS a nice hotel, but stay away from room 202 and/or the king suites.

Very spacious room and very clean. Only problem we had with room was window would not close completely enough to lock which made the street noise a little bit louder than it would have been. But overall very pleased with hotel and would stay there again.

We opted to stay down the street from the hotel where the reception was located. It was much cheaper and nicer. My mother in law particularly liked the colors in the room. It was a nice surprise on how everything looked. The only problem was the tv static that didn't seem to go away. It wasn't important since we were only staying one night and were […] about to head of for the evening. Loved the small kitchenette. Definitely would stay again. Staff was quite friendly and the breakfast had a LOT of variety. Mehr

Fit exactly what I was looking for!

The staff were great; very friendly. The toilet flushed correctly about half the time. Nice room otherwise.
