If you're looking for an inexpensive room with all the conveniences of home, this hotel is for you. Our room had a full kitchen, including dishes, pots and pans, flatware, and a dishwasher. The hotel and personnel were nice, and they let me leave my car in their parkinglot when I left, free of charge. No shuttle service to the airport, though.

I was taking my son to his first Steelers game coming from Virginia, we had car trouble the whole way so we got in late, the lady at the counter greeted me by name which I thought was awesome & she fixed a few administative things so we didnt have to worry about anything, she was very helpful & the room was great, would definitly stay there again........and […] to top it all off....... This hotel didn't have a good rep but I tried t anyway. It was very clean and everyone was very nice. I told them about their bad ratings and they said they got rid of some people that weren't good for the hotel. So give it a try. Cant beat the price.

The rooms are not cleaned every day. We had to ask for clean towels every night. Were forced to change rooms twice when a toilet backed up. Cheap rate, nice location, but a frustrating experience.

Close to airport and convenient to all places sch as mall, & restaurants.

Checked in after midnight with no problems. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have no problem if I had to live in the room for a month because all that you need is there ... TV, DVD player, full refrigerator, stove, and microwave, even a recliner. Maid service only once a week.

Arrived late (1 AM), but had to bang on the gate for five minutes before someone showed up to check me in. Third Floor hallway smelled strongly of smoke Coffee Maker in the room didn't work There was a condom under the bed Good news - no bedbugs at least. The toaster in the lobby didn't work either (morning bfast).

Nice staff and perfectly fine hotel for this price range in a very accessible and convenient location. Unfortunately my room had a persistent smell of urine or something else dank. I'm not sure if it was something specific or just the fact these are long-stay rooms and they accumulate, but I have a fairly high tolerance for these things and it made […] me have trouble going to sleep. Well... This hotel is not bad at all. It has lot of shopping malls around. Also has lot of eateries around. So, then why it is not great? Coz, when we selected the hotel we had two requirements wifi and pool. When we checked in, we had to pay extra for WIFI and swimming pool was closed. Breakfast closes at 8. Staff well prepared and friendly. Spacious room. Would recommend - especially for the price.

Place is clean however pool is not working and you find this out when you check in that was my only complaint, otherwise not bad for this money.

All my plans circled around the fact that I would have a pool so I would not have to stay with family. They would visit me instead of my spending long hours lost on the Indian trails that Pittsburgh likes to call roads. Not one friend or relative visited me there. The hotel was hard to find, the front desk(old man) was rude and not very helpful. The "free breakfast" was a joke, a couple of pieces of fruit and some packaged bagels. The building was in bad shape and stunk like smoke. The walls were paper thin, I heard the guy puking all morning next door. Living quarters were tight but the kitchen was decent size. I recently stayed at the Extended Stay for couple of days for a business training event near by. The location of this hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants near by for food and shopping. The staffs there were extremely friends and very welcoming especially Bill. For the price of the hotel it was as expected, it has all the things you […] need including a full kitchen so light cooking can be done. The only thing I noticed was that there were some hairs on my blanket which was a little uncomfortable for me so I just ended up turning up the room temp and ended up not having to use them. We checked in late on a Friday night. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive at the desk to check us in. We were given a smoking room even though I had specifically reserved non-smoking. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like a huge ashtray. And the odor in our room was barely tolerable. The fold-out sofa had cigarette burns, and the mattress […] was not in good condition. There were not enough towels, pillows, or blankets for the sofa bed, either. On Saturday we arrived back at the room, again late at night, only to find that it had not been cleaned and that our requests for additional towels & supplies had been ignored. We learned at that time that they only clean your rooms once a week. When I complained that we weren't told that when we checked in, the snide response that I was given by the old man behind that counter was "That's because you checked in late." On Sunday morning, when we were packing up our gear to leave, we were called at 11:04 am to remind us that checkout was at 11. In other words, "Get out." The condition of the beds and the fold-out sofa can only be described as "horrible." I was more tired after a night in that bed than I was when I tried to go to sleep. The sheets were too small for the supposedly queen-sized mattress, and kept coming off. The mattresses were far too soft for any level of support, and the pillows were barely sufficient. The room itself was OK, with a good overall layout, but the kitchen cabinet doors were actually stuck to the cabinet frames from grime & dirt. So we didn't get what I reserved. The hotel and the room stunk like an old nasty ashtray. We were treated rudely by the staff on Saturday & Sunday. The amenities were under-cleaned and overused. I paid too much per night for this, and cannot understand how this property can be considered a great deal. it was a great hotel,people were very friendly. the room was very big, han everything you needed..i would recomend to anyone...thumbs up to extended stay deluxe hotel...

Besides cutting out complimentary breakfast and internet access to save cost, I think they are also trying to cut cost in maintenance. Problems reported to the management include: at both ends of the grab-bar at the shower/tub we found black molds growing; coat hooks in the bathroom was left missing; hairline crack at bottom of the tub; peeling plaster/paint […] at the ceiling of the bath-room possibly due to the leaky tub a floor above; etc. However, the room/suite was large & clean - pretty good value in a big city. My parents came in town to visit me on Fourth of July weekend and this was the only hotel that I could get them a room in at the last minute. It turned out to be the greatest last minute decision ever. My parents loved having a full refrigerator, microwave, and stove and being so close to tons of restaurants and stores. The outdoor pool is quite small, but it was empty whenever we wanted to go swimming so it wasn't a problem for us at all. Other than that, this hotel was terrific. You do have to ask for more towels if you need it and they only change your sheets once a week so for a weekend stay my parents slept on the same sheets every night.
