I was very unhappy!!

From the outside and the low price, I was not expecting the room to be that nice, but they are amazing! Very clean and comfy. I am very impressed by the rooms. Great location too.

Price was fair for the room. Cable TV with limited channels, close to shopping, restaurants and pet store, pets welcome at hotel. Gap under entry door with cold outside air coming into the room. Noisy at night could here people banging on other doors and other vehicle/construction noise.

Very clean. Nice hardwood floors.

The property is clean, the staff is very nice and the rooms are very adequately furnished, complete with flatscreens. For the price this place cannot be beat, I will be back. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was.

I was a little concerned at first because of the reveiews I read about cleanliness and bed bugs. But when I got to the room, it was clean for the most part. The floors were a little dirty and the bedspread probably should have been washed, but overall it was a nice room, especially for the 55 bucks I paid for it. Rooms were clean and updated. Had trouble with the door lock. Young lady at the front desk is a credit to your hotel.

A good economical stay in a convenient location, just off of I-77.

everything was great in this room, even the nice desk and chair with room for your laptop. the tv reception was poor with maybe 16 channels. about 5 were sports, about 5 were news, and the other 6 were discovery, speed, and a couple local stations. nice cheap place if you have your dvr set so you can catch up on what you're missing when you get ho […] me. Clean room, recently refurbished, great location.

We could hear dogs barking with one in the room right next to us. Sleep disrupted because of the comotion by two woman outside our door, which caused the dogs to bark louder. Fee that I paid-- with the barking dogs --was not a fair trade in my book.You need to lower your price or refuse pets. I plan on booking my hotel earlier next year.

The hotel was very well located, clean. I was surprised to have a fridge and microwave. The desk clerks were very friendly and printed out directions for any place I wanted to go. I had free internet access and a little desk to work at. All in all, I thought it was a good deal. I was very surprised at all the tourist attractions in the area. It's an old building, windows are permanently shut, so air inside is dump and smells dingy. Other than that no complaints.

Hotel was decent for the money. Walls peeling in a couple of places. Housekeeping needs to sweep in the corners. Spiderwebs....YUCK! But no bugs and comfortable otherwise.

Clean rooms (for me that's extremely important). Comfortable bed. The room is too small for two adults and a child, but the cost was reasonable for a one night stay.

This hotel is fine if you are looking for no frills. It is a two story building, but no elevator. Ask for a room on the first floor if you don't travel light.

So I check in and the woman behind the desk assigns me a room and gives me the room key. When I open up the door to the room, someone is still in there, with luggage open, and beds messy. The person was in the bathroom. I quickly closed the door and though shocked, was happy I did not find someone in a more embarrassing situation. The woman at the desk […] apologized but seemed to down play it, and gave me another room. Other than that, room was OK. No hair blow dryers in room. Restaurants, bars, and I-77 close by. UPON ARRIVAL THE ROOM WAS NOT TOO BAD, THE SECOND DAY IT WAS NOT CLEANED AND THE SAME SHEETS, DID NOT FILL THE COFFEE OR CUPS. WE WERE THERE FOR AN IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER WHO HAD ONLY A FEW DAYS LEFT TO LIVE, AND WHEN THE CALL CAME TO TELL US TO GET TO THE HOSPITAL QUICKLY, THE FRONT DESK TOLD THE FAMILY WE WERE NOT THERE, ONLY AFTER 3 TIMES DID THEY […] FINALLY RING OUR ROOM. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE DID NOT GET THERE IN TIME. VERY POOR ROOM FOR THE MONEY. WE WILL NOT FREQUENT RED ROOF AGAIN Mehr

Room had a not-so-fresh smell, and when I had to look under the bed for a lost remote, there were a couple pieces of trash I noticed under there. The television was of a very poor quality, so I would not recommend ordering a movie, especially since it costs $15.99! Deluxe room was small, and had a cramped desk area. Very little in the way of shampoo, […] etc., so be sure to bring your own! Rooms were recently shampooed and staff was friendly. Will be coming back here when I next visit.

The staff was very cordial and helpful. Good location, near shopping and close to highways.

Despite a rocky start when our friends checked in the night before us, things were fine. Their computers had been down due to the storm and they were considered an overflow shelter, so they were giving away the rooms on a first come – first serve basis. They had it fixed by the next day, so we were able to check in with no problem. The room was very […] clean and the staff very nice and helpful. It was still an overflow shelter, so there were a LOT of dogs in the hotel. We were not near one, so it didn’t bother us. I noticed that every time we went into the lobby, there were several people who had to have new keys due to them not working. We were there with a very large wedding party, and the keys and almost lost reservations were the only problems anyone experienced. For the price, this was a nice place to stay and the surrounding neighborhood is also nice. There is a TON of shopping and various restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Mehr

Be prepared to have to go to the Lobby for your iron/ironing board. Don't forget to ask at the Lobby for your hair-dryer and then have to lug it, along with your luggage, back to your room. And don't rely on the hotel for a wake-up call, because it will never show up!

The place was clean. In a great neighborhood. There was about 20 places to eat, and a mall close by. They did not have a digital coontal for the temp. This made it very hard to have a comfortable room.

Very pleased, comfy bed, good shower, NO smell.

For the price the room was very adequate. There was a little musty smell when we checked in, but it went away after we left the door open while we were bringing out stuff in. The check in/check out process was very easy and the price was right for our one night stay. We did appreciate being able to bring our dog with us and not having to pay an extra […] fee like a lot other motels charge. Mehr

This was my second time staying in this hotel and I still have no complaints. Had a perfect weekend!

This hotel was CHEAP and we had a good night stay. Not too many people staying here this particular night. The bed was so so. The room had a funky smell so we left the door open to air it out. It says the rooms are non-smoking, however the maid was running around delivering towels with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. So I am pretty sure she probably […] smokes while cleaning then tries to cover up the smell with cleaning products. The bathroom is tiny, the toilet and tub are in a closet like space with the vanity outside. So if someone needs to get ready while the other is try to sleep the light will wake them if the hair dryer doesn't. The floor could have been cleaner in the bathroom especially since it was so tiny. There was hair and dirt in the corners, kinda GROSS. The location is good, right next to a shopping center and lots of restaurants. It is in close proximity to the NFL Hall of Fame Museum also. If you need a cheap place to crash & shower this hotel is doable...no bed bugs from what I could tell. Mehr

Everything about the hotel was nice and it is within a couple miles of the Hall of Fame.

The room was reasonably clean clean and comfortable for the price. The only problems I had were that the web site I booked on claimed all rooms had coffee makers which mine did not and my room was in a building detached from the main building where I had to get my morning coffee

We enjoyed our stay at the Red Roof Inn. Room mwas clean, staff was courteous, checkin/out was quick. Good place for breakfast right next door at Bob Evans. Literally 5 min from the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Everything at this hotel was great. Clean room, Comfortable bed, and a good location. We went to the Pro Football Hall of Fame and it the hotel was about half a mile away. I would definitely reccomend this hotel.
