Da wir nur eine Nacht in Phoenix verbringen konnten, war die Nähe zum Flughafen und die Lage gegenüber der Arizona Mills Mall für einen kurzen Shopping Trip optimal.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one week and are VERY happy we did! The price was excellent and the room was very clean. We received everything we requested every day within a couple minutes in a very friendly manor. The front desk was very polite and helpful to! And on top of all that, the location was brilliant! The room needed quite a bit of updating. There was a party going on outside our room and when I tried to call the front desk, the phone did not work. I had to walk to the front desk to voice my complaint and rather than changing our room, they said they would speak to the partiers. Needless to say the party did not stop, but got louder and continued […] throughout the night. It was bike week and there were motorcycles going in and out all night. Neither myself or my children got much sleep. Also the air conditioner did not work and made a lot of noise, but not enough to drown out the motorcycles. Mehr

This hotel looks so nice in pictures but what we didn't know was that there is a strip club in front of the hotel. Literally both the hotel and the strip club share the parking lot. The room was dirty, the sheets had holes, the AC wasn't the best and overall it was not the best experience and i don't recommend it.

Kind of dumpy & There is a strip club directley in front of hotel. I wouldn't stay here again....

There was some type of biker gathering at the time we stayed and the hotel allowed them to have loud parties in every parking lot until the next mornings. We complained but to no avail. No sleep that night. Also the furniture was shabby & lots of broken items.

Our stay was one night. The staff was very polite. My son loved the pool. And the complimentary breakfast was very good. But the room was truly undesirable. The beds and pillows were too hard, the carpet was dirty, 2 lights bulbs were missing, one of the walls was chipped and dirty with fingerprints.. And there was no TV remote. It is not my job to […] report these concerns to the staff. That is why Ramada hires a manger and housekeeping staff. They failed on cleanliness!! If I noticed these concerns, they should have taken care of them before they allowed us to step foot in the room. Mehr

When I booked this hotel for my family, I did not realize it was right next to a Gentlemen's club. It is very close to the Arizona Mills Mall, however because of the divider you have to drive past it and find a place to turn around. The actual room wasn't that bad. The toilet was old and hard to flush. The pool wasn't heated. Overall it wasn't the worst […] place I've ever stayed, but I wouldn't stay there again. Mehr

Clean and comfortable room with work desk; friendly staff; nice breakfast. Close to shopping, freeway and airport. Would stay here again.

when I book the hotel trough booking.com. they said the hotel has a airort shuttle, which is nit the case !! I'll be back, as soon the hotel has an airport shuttle !!

Right behind a strip club, I woke up at this Ramada on Sunday morning with water dripping on me from a leaky roof. I tried to call downstairs, but the phone didn't work. I went to take a shower and find a pile of hair hidden behind the door. Disgusting. Sunday night moved to a new room. Much cleaner, but with banging until 11pm and groans until 10pm, […] you'd think the staff would have moved my wife and I to the best room. Awful experience. The door lock did not work. I was issue a new card three times, and was locked out of my room three times after. The manager told me that it was happening with all doors in the hotel, and that they would be fixed soon. The shower was a handicap shower, and the water was so intense that it stung as it hit my skin. (No pressure options on shower head.) […] The sofa was broken. All in all, it's good for it's value. The location was great; right off the freeway and convenient to restaurants and Tempe Diablo Stadium, spring training home of our LA Angels. The good: This hotel property was fairly well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The bad: the room key cards didn't work at least 40% of the time. We knew this for fact because […] a lot of the other guests were having issues too. (We were told that in the coming months they were going to re-key all the rooms.) The Ugly: we couldn't get wi-fi in our room. Bottom line I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing an reasonably priced hotel in the Tempe area. We went to Phoenix for the weekend to shop and see family and friends. This hotel was well located to the Interstate 10 and convenient to everything. One afternoon we went across to Arizona Mills and shopped till we dropped and the stores were closing. Found lots of shoes and pants. Loved the savings! The hotel is older but basically fine. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. However, the room was extremely dusty, the carpet was badly stained, there were no blankets, and the cable kept coming disconnected from the TV. I ordered one package from Amazaon and sent directly to this hotel. The track system said the package had been received on Feb.10, the day before I left. But when I checked out and asked whether they got my package, they said no. Later, I called them, and finally they said the had my package, but since I'm out of USA right now, I'd like them to help […] me return the package, but they just didn't want to do that for me. Mehr

NEXT TO SRIP CLUB NEED I SAY MORE!

THIS WAS THE WORST STAY I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE. THEY DID CLEAN OUR ROOM...WE GOT LOCKED OUT WITH AN INFANT FOUR TIMES...WE HAD TO BEG FOR CLEAN TOWELS...TOILET WOULDNT FLUSH...CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT ROOM AND IT WAS WORST...TV DIDNT WORK...SHOWER FALLIN APART...THE FRONT DESK ACTED AS IF ALL OF THESE THINGS WERE NORMAL....AND ITS NEXT TO A STRIP CLUB! […] ! I had a business meeting in Arizona Grand Resort. However this hotel is expensive. So I chose Ramada because I could reach the meeting space on foot. The location is good near several restrants and it takes few minuites to go to large Arizona Mills Mall. The room is large, clean and quiet. The breakfast is no fee but not good. With in the first 30 mins of being there I was annoyed. The room keys didn't work and all the front desk clerk could say was that there had been dust storms recently as she handed me alcohol wipes to clean the key slots. Staff friendly and did good job. Hotel in need of major remodeling. Carpets dirty, stay on top floor as people above you will keep you up all night. you can hear everything through ceiling really bad , won't return

Rooms very clean very surprised. Its is a older hotel and kept up very well great job. The only down side is its location behind other buildings.

Hotel Desk clerk was rude and snotty. HOtel did not take action when we complained of other patrons arguing next to our rooms and outside of the rooms. Will not return to this hotel again.

Well the Y-Fi never work the first room was unclean so we had to upgraded to a suite ,there wasn't enough face towels we had to call every day to get one ,because they only left one when there was two of us in the room , So I will never stay at the Ramada Inn ever again

my preference for a non-smoking room was ignored and I ended up having to sleep in a horrible stinky, unhealthy room. I have asthma

Convenient stay at Ramada. Internet facilty was superb. Microwave & refrigerator facility added comfort to our stay. Its good for stay.

I was very disappointed with the quality of service I received at this hotel. The staff knew I had two people occupying the room, but still only placed one face towel, one hand towel and one bath towel withing the room. I had to constantly go to the front desk to ask for additional towel and was constantly asked "how many people are staying in the room". […] I don't think this should have been a factor, because if the room is set up with twin queen size beds, there shoule have been atleast enough towels to accommodate for two people. I was also disappointed because the room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave within the room and I could have stayed at another hotel with these accommodation. The people working at the front desk was not people friendly and could use some type of people skills training. When working in a customer service environment, accommodating the customer should come first and without the attitude. Mainly because of the customer service, I would not recommend the staying at this hotel to any of my counterparts traveling to Phoenix. Mehr

The lock to the room didn't work with any of the key cards, we had to keep getting new keys and finally the maintenance guy had to let us in with a metal key. If it is too dusty for the lock to read the card, they should replace them with metal keys.
