Staff was awesome but finding a crack pipe at my doorstep just reakky annoyed me after being harangued to buy camera in the parking lot. Not a place I will return to.

Door was partially open from someone trying to break-in previously. Bed was for a little todder. Hair in the shower. Photos from website lied.

It was a great price, but there is a reason for that. It's next door to a car lot and, without GPS, it would be next to impossible to find. The first night I was there, the fire alarm sounded at 5:30 a.m. Someone suggested it was from a guess smoking in a non-smoking room. The place is not quite, but it does have everything promised. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that I actually looked under the fitted sheet to see if it was a real mattress. OMG! Disgusting. AND the fire alarm went off around midnight for about five minutes -- false alarm -- but it was hard to get back to sleep and freaked out my dog. I thought that for the price is was quite nice.

The room was ok, but not the cleanest I've been to recently and if you want regular daily cleaning you have to request it. Usually the service is done daily unless the Do Not Disturb sign is on the door. This was disappointing to me when I was gone all day and nothing was done. I had to call to the front desk to get fresh towels.

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke blanket had scratch on top of it beds ok the place is alright for one night thought the price was too much for quality of whole experience rented somewhere else next night at same price and was more enjoyable but no kitchenette. Is cheap and good

While my room was smaller than expected, it was exactly what I needed. I was only spending the night as I drove back to Los Angeles. The only issue I have with it is the shower curtain for the shower stall in te bathroom. Kept blowing in as I showered. Overall my experience was great. This is a pet friendly hotel - and pet ODOR friendly too!

We were traveling through so it was just an over night stay. The main light in room was broken, some sort of crumbs in one bed, hair on one of the bath towels nd the floors were not clean either. We will not be staying here again on our back through. From the outside the hotel looks great and the rooms have recently had some updating they just really […] were not that clean. The customer service was great, but the beds are too stiff. The room was very clean and I was happy to see coffee provided.

Hotel was older, they need to clean the carpets! Only the barest essentials for cooking. Bed was ok, a little hard. No iron in the room, had to get from front desk. Service was nice, friendly. Wireless was sketchy. (that was the most irritating thing). Overall it was an ok stay, felt safe.

I wasn't aware that this really isn't a hotel. It is more for extended stay. Our room smelled of pet urine and didn't seem very clean. Would not recommend.

Only thing good about the hotel is inexpensive, Hotel should rated 1 star.

The motel was in a good location, easy access, close to the freeway, clean, has an elevator to get up to the 2nd and 3rd floor, although we used the stairs, has a coffee pot, which was nice because a lot of hotels we've stayed at don't. The front desk could be more friendlier. just going through the motions to get us in an out

It was a bad experience. The first night a tennant played loud music from midnight to 3:00 AM. Called the front desk and he sai he would take care if it, he didn't. Moved to a different room the next night. The upstairs room souned like it had construction going on in it after dark. Will not stay there again.

The first room we received. The sink in the Kitchen area and bathroom were backing up.. But the GREAT thing is that they gave us another room immediately. They were small but for the price it was worth it.

I had to leave earlier than planed and check out well before check out time but have not received a refund.

i was dissapointed in this place, kitchenette's but the place does not have a Ice machine. and the rooms were a couple of stars short of a Motel 6. I would not recommend staying here for anyone. It was also not that accessible from them main roa

Easy to find. Was nice for the one night I stayed. Room was clean and the bed was nice and firm. Office was closed from 7pm to 7am though. Have to leave key in night drop box if you are an early riser as I am. Kitchenette was VERY nice. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice budget hotel for a short stay.

I would recommend this for quick overnight stays but not a duration stay. Beds are adequate but pretty far from comfortable. Property isn't in the best shape (cut-out around toilet; damaged hotel doors throughout the complex, etc). Clean enough; quiet enough

Good place to stay if you're working. Not really a family-type motel. Cost is cheap, motel is what you would expect for price- adequate. Nothing fancy. I would stay there again if working in Albuquerque.

Stayed one night. Liked elevator, refrigerator, stove and cleanliness of room. Keep your reservation number handy at check-in, TV is small and beds are firm.

I stay in Albuquerque frequently for I commute from Denver to Phoenix to visit family and its a happy meduim to stop and rest up. The hotel is clean the employees are friendly, and its conveniently located just blocks off I25. Only thing I would recommend would be things like a ice machine and complimentary shampoo's. No breakfast but hey thats what […] the mini kitchen is for right?. Over all this place cant be beat. weather your just passing through like I usually am or if your staying for a long duration, this place is reliably clean, quiet, friendly employees, and for you dog owners....DOG FRIENDLY. I stay for 4 days, no changing of towel, soap, sheets, or replenish coffee. No maid service. Wonder if this is the way the hotel operate?. clean only after guest leave. Otherwise it is good. I like that it has refrig, and mini kitchen.
