we had a great stay. staff was incredibly courteous! breakfast was good, nice variety. very clean.

Great hotel. However pool was small and pool area was extremely warm.

We had a death in our family and needed to be close to our family members. In our rush to drive across multiple states, we lost the name and directions to the church where the service was to be held. A wonderful lady Assistant Mgr found the obituary and the name of the church where the service was to be. It took her less than 5 minutes to get this information […] and directions to the church. Service like this doesn't happen often in today's world. By the way, the cost of this hotel on Hotel.com was wonderful. Great service AND cost savings !!!! Thanks to SpringHill Suites and Hotel Mehr

Stayed with 2 kids in a room. Kids were 3 and 1 yo. Fridge was handy. Pool and hot tub were clean and kids loved that the most. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife had a heart attack while staying there and the hospital was only a few miles away so was in a great location for our needs. Everyone was very helpfuol and kind.

My wife and I experienced numerous problems using the internet at this hotel. I also developed a bad back in the 5 nights I was here. I found the mattresses much too soft and I'd swear they were crowned at the middle of the King Size bed . Staff were very solicitous and patient with my problems. Breakfast well prepared and variety filled.

The hotel was excellent for the most part. Very comfortable bed and room. Internet was extremely slow and breakfast was incredibly bland but it is a good place to stay for the room itself.

I booked this hotel for my daughter and i to stay before her doctor appointment early in the morning the next day. It was a very nice room with comfortable beds. We liked the restaurant next door and would come back if needed.

Hotel switched cable providers the day before arrival. Did not have any TV stations. Employee at the front desk tried very hard to fix the problem and offered to move us to a different room, but we declined. The staff handled the problem very well.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Special requests were met. The free breakfast was better than most.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. When we checked in the staff warned us about a soccer team that was staying there and told us they put us on the first floor and all the soccer team on the third floor. Wow,, I was impressed ! We had necessary visits in the neighborhood, so this was very convenient. The room was fine and the breakfast was as good as all the standard free ones; we had the usual stuff. The super TV was lost a bit with the standard stations. So without buying a movie, we were looking at "fat heads" all the time. Seemingly as always, there was a group of pre-teens […] and younger running and shouting in the halls. It's amazing to me that parents haven't realized that a hotel is not their personal home. Mehr

I was very pleased with the hotel staff being very curteous and helpful! The breakfast was pretty much the usual for a continental breakfast with one exception; the staff was on hand to keep things filled and hot! The hotel is located directly off I-64 and is in the heart of Chesterfield, which made it convenient for traveling in West St. Louis County and St. Charles County. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable...no complaints!

Everything was ok except for them having a few pieces of hair in one of the beds, but Jeff at the front desk came up personally and changed the linen. But it was a nice stay for me and my family and i will go back to one of the Springhill hotel. And the breakfast was kind of ok, they should have better eggs and sausage. Taste like microwaved.

The ONLY area in which I would rate this hotel as "average" was in the complimentary breakfast -- which was very average. Otherwise, it was quite nice.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable we had a great stay!

We were just passing through the St. Louis area, so we didn't really take in the sites. The hotel was easily accessed from the interstate. It was clean, comfortable, and the breckfest was great.

I was very pleased with my recent stay at Spring Hill Suites. The hotel and its staff were warm and cordial. The only thing I was not happy about was the fact that there no maid services except for the check in. Fresh towels were available at the office but the beds were not made and shampoos were not replaced.

This was a very good price and very nice place to stay. Was located about twnety minutes from downtown St. Louis, but was still near all the things I chose to do. No reason for paying $50-$100 more to stay downtown. Very friendly front desk staff. Good place to consider if staying in area again.

Could not ask for a better value in a suite. The staff was courteous, the breakfast was better than the minimalist continental type, the place is clean, it has all the amenities anyone would need, and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby, and shopping galore if one is so inclined.

The amenities and quality of the hotel were consistent with what was advertised. Our stay was exactly as expected.

We had a great stay and it was nice and quiet. The room was clean and especially important as we had our two small grandaughters with us. Thanks so much!

The rates were very reasonable. We loved the pool it was heated to perfection and very clean. The breakfast was very nice and completely satisfying. We had our small grandchildren there and the hotel staff acknowledged them everywhere.

We had a room for 6 and it was perfect for short stays with that many people.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The pool was really small, and the rooms were kind of awkward in the way they were designed, but the hotel was nice. Was a little bit away from everything but was worth the price.

My family & I recently spent the weekend and found the hotel to be very clean and the staff is wonderful! The pool is a little small, but my 9 year old son thought it was great! We would definately stay here again!

Everyone we encountered at the front desk was over the top friendly and helpful! Suite was clean and beds were comfy. Our room view was terrible, all we could see was the roof of the entrance. Continental breakfast was so, so. The location was perfect. Right off the Chesterfield Parkway and surrounding neighborhood was excellent. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Clean room, given handicapped ready room unclear why, but stay was okay except no room to walk between bed and sleeper sofa when unfolded, bathroom sink had no stopper to hold shaving water for spouse. had 5 people, needed to ask for 2 sets of towel/washcloths both nights stayed.

Stayed here with my husband, but would love to come back with my daughter! Friendly staff,nice pool, easy to get to. Beautiful comfortable room with a really nice suite setup. Definitely a keeper in our list of places to stay in St. Louis!
