I had some car issues while at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and made this unexpected problem so easy to deal with. Judy

Killarney Court had excellent customer service, even at a midnight arrival. Will stay at again soon!

Fri night - perfect, no problems. Sat night - There was one problem with this hotel, and that was the fire doors in the corridors. Our room was situated right beside one, and any time someone went through these swing doors, they would automatically BANG and rattle closed VERY loudly, waking us up. This wasnt helped by the rowdy hotel guests who were […] roaming the corridors at 4am-5am. They also set off the fire alarm twice, were singing in the corridors & rang the phones of most rooms in the hotel. But the incessant banging of the doors was what really kept us awake. The hotel staff were doing their best to keep the drunk party people quiet, a difficult job I'm fully aware. Otherwise, a nice, clean hotel with a grand pub, where we cosied up by the fire with a pint. 5-10min walk from Killarney centre, with a couple of shops next door. I'd recommend this hotel, but ask to be kept as far away from fire doors as possible (and away from rowdy sports teams staying there too) :) Mehr

I arrived at this hotel with 5 kids,you can imagine the stress of it. But the staff were so friendly and helpful i was really surprised,i have stayed in other hotels where i was told the kids cant do this or they cant do that, or we dont have this and we dont have that. the kids enjoyed the food and had great fun here.Well located, great restaurant […] and really nice friendly staff. Was very satisfied with our stay in your hotel, the bedroom, though, could do with a topup of paint, had marks on the walls, other than that everything was perfect. Set in a lovely quiet location and and even when full of guests for a halloween party, it was very respectful to others late at night. Have stayed there a few times and would stay there […] again anytime I am in Killarney. Thank you. Mehr

The room we got was well worn and in need of a bit of decoration. It was great for the night away and was near the center of killarney.

I liked this hotel, it was quiet, close to town and the residents bar stayed open very late, the wifi didn't work very well but maybe that was because I was on the third floor in the back. Reasonably priced.

The staff were extremely friendly & not in a false way. We stayed in the superior room which had a huge comfy bed. Only a short stroll to the main street full of bars & shops, a good atmosphere for all ages. Only wished i could have stayed longer.

I would recommend this place if you don't mind walking. The room was OK. Beds were not the greates. Seems to be a good place if your in town to party with a group.

10 minute stroll to Centre City Killarney and a quick drive to the National Park, Ross Castle, and the Muckross Mansion and Gardens. Lively hotel bar (although a slightly older crowd -- possibly from the guests at the time?). Standard amenities and nice staff!

I had a lovely stay on May 7th. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The price was very reasonable but breakfast was not included (extra €10). I had a starter and main course in the hotel bar which was very reasonably priced, very tasty and served by a very friendly lady. The hotel is a very short walk from the town. We were attending All Irelans Irish Dancing Championships at the INEC, although this was a short drive away we would consider to use again - has a petrol station, shop/cafe and chinese take-away next door

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean. A little cold, but overall very comfortable. There is a bar right next to the lobby, which is very nice. We were able to walk around in the city center and then come back and go to the bar and hang out. I highly recommend staying here!

I already mentioned that the check in process was very good and welcoming so will comment about room.I would consider it a good 3 star room. The room and ensuite was immaculately clean. The shower was strong which I loved and I found the bed comfortable.It had a selection of tv channels but not a huge one. The bar was a traditional one with both locals […] and guests as customers. They have a very busy carvery trade and I had the lamb from the carvery with veg and mash which was a lovely wholesome meal. Breakfast was a buffet which was more than sufficent. I liked that they had kippers aswell as the traditional fry and I had that but would have told them to hold the sauce if I knew it came with it to be more healthy. My friend had a pint of guinness which he said was good. He used the old adege of if the locals are drinking it it has to be alright.. Check out was pleasant with the same girl who checked me in and who had helped alot during our stay.The price was excellent. Irish hotels are now great value in the recession. We only stayed for one night but for the price we paid we considered our room to be spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for us, just a few minutes walk from the lovely town centre of Killarney with its sperb selection of restaurants, shops and pubs.

We booked a family room at the last minute and the hotel was very accommodating in preparing our room. The room was large and comforatable with good facilities and good value restaurant if needed. Although it is close to a busy road intersection, it was not noisy. The lack of airconditioning in the room could be a problem in hot weather but it was OK […] for us in early July. Mehr

hotel was not as expected, most facilites in room not working, hotel very basic and very dated - for the price i could of stayed in a much nicer hotel in the Kilarney area

This hotel has a lovely entrance/foyer, staff very helpful. We stayed on the third floor of the hotel and the rooms were OK. Clean but very basic, other rooms in the hotel have apparently been redecorated and upgraded but the furniture in our room looked like what they didnt throw out when they upgraded the other rooms. Really old furniture, the sink […] in the bathroom was cracked but clean and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights on a room only basis. Feel the hotel is more than a 10 minute walk from the centre of things but taxis are readily available and cost between 6 and 8 euro into town. Value for money Mehr

Given hotel prices in Killarney this hotel is not only in a great location with free car parking and a substantial evening bar- food menu but is also the best value for money in the area. Rooms were clean and very comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Killarney a cute town ... wish we had more days to spend ... lots of shops, restaurants and bars with music in most, all within walking distance of the hotel was really great ... the hotel was very close to the Killarney riding stables which was so much fun riding in the national park. Hotel employees were great with suggestions and directions. Bathroom […] lights went out and they had it fixed right away. We really had good service. Mehr

overall good value and quality

Stayed here for a weekend in July. The bedroom and bathroom were generally clean but the furniture is quite old and worn looking. The public areas are also in need of a lick of paint. The lift and the walls were quite grubby. The hotel is situated just outside of town, about an 8 minute walk. There was a stag and hen party staying in the hotel on the […] Saturday night and they woke me up at 4am with the noise. I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel in the daytime and I wouldn't stay there again. Mehr

the room was very smelly we were on the 1 st floor the bathroom would nt have been the higest of standards very old and basic for the price it was only ok the carpet was damp im not a fussy person or my boyfriend but def one of the worst hotels ive stayed in

Staff were friendly but could have been more on the ball when it came to service in the bar. No real touristy atmosphere in the hotel itself so you would need to walk the 10 minutes into town

First, i want to say; don't be fooled by the pictures! This hotel has few rooms with the standard as photographed. We arrived around 5pm, ready for check in. At first the service was all good. It seemed as the hotel was fully booked, lot's of people. Then we went to our room, wich was not by my standards at all. It was a room for handicaped, ramps […] everywhere and it was posisOned next to the elevator, lot of noise and a constant "ding". We went down to complain, where we got some attitude from the clerk. Eventually, we got the "last room" left. This room had a totally diferent standard, but with cobwebs hanging from ceiling etc. The other couple that traveled with us where just as unlucky as we where, so they desided to complain as well. They to got "the last room", after some waiting in the lobby. The clerk told them she would call them, if she found a vacant room. They desided to wait in the lobby, the clerk would never have called if they waited in the room. All in all, i would'nt recomend this hotell. Mehr

El hotel se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos andando de la zona mas movida de Killarney, se llega al centro dando un paseo que si vas charlando se hace muy corto. La zona donde esta el hotel es muy tranquila por la noche, al menos entre semana. Las habitaciones Twin que nos dieron en realidad tenian una cama de matrimonio y una individual, asi que eran […] mas bien triples. El cuarto de baño tenia dispensadores de Champu con Acondicionador, y de Gel en la ducha. Y dispensador de gel de manos y leche corporal en el lavabo. El servicio del bar un poco lento, y los precios ligeramente caros para la oferta que tienen, pero para un apaño no esta mal. El hotel cuenta con aparcamiento propio y tiene al lado (literalmente) una gasolinera y un par de supermercados. El aparcamiento tiene sitio para unos cuantos coches, pero si se llega tarde se corre el riesgo de no tener sitio para aparcar. Se llega facilmente y tambien se sale facilmente en direccion a la ruta del Anillo de Kerry y a los sitios turisticos cercanos (Muckross Abbey, Ross Castle y el Parque Nacional de Killarney). Mehr
