Das Hotel war super, nur ein paar Stationen bis zur Oxford Circus und dem erstaunlichen Westfield Shopping Center auf der anderen Straßenseite. Große Zimmer mit hervorragender Ausstattung, vor allem sehr ruhig. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat alles, was man für einen City-Trip nach London braucht. Frühstück nahmen wir nicht in Anspruch, dafür gab es alles nah in der Umgebung. Für Selbstversorger bestens geeignet.

"Lage top, Preis grade noch angemessen"
Auf den ersten und auch zweiten Blick ein sehr schönes Hotel. Auf den dritten Blick ist der Lack leider etwas angekratzt: in den Ecken löst sich Tapete, das Bad nicht heizbar und da das Fenster zum dunklen Innenhof rausging, war das Zimmer auch tagsüber sehr finster. Lüften ging leider auch nicht, da in besagtem Innenhof auch die Abluft aus der Küche […] waberte. Schade, die Makel sollten bei dem Preis nicht drin sein. Da aber sonst alles stimmte und vorallem auch der Service super war (Check-out standardmässig erst um 12, kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung, Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer, super freundlich) waren wir dennoch zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Empfehlenswerte Hotel in sehr guter zentraler Lage! Mein Einzelzimmer war klein, aber dafür nett eingerichtet und gemütlich. Es war auch nicht laut, wie sonst in anderen Hotels. Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen!!! Preis & Leistung ist sehr gut!

"Hervorragende Lage, verkehrsgünstig ...."
Das Hotel macht eine soliden, klassischen Eindruck und das Clubzimmer im 3. Stock war sehr geräumig, nett eingerichtet, Barinhalt Wasser, Bier, Cola, Chips täglich nachgelegt und zur freien Entnahme. Ebenso das WELAN kostenlos. Das Badezimmer ordentlich aber viel zu klein. Nach dem Eintreten war infolge von Platzmangel die Tür nur mit schwierig wieder […] zu schließen, weil man kaum aus den Drehbereich der Tür wegtreten konnte, ohne mit dem WC zu kollidieren. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran, wundert sich aber, daß bei der so schönen Größe des Zimmers und der liebevollen Gestaltung das Bad so klein konzipiert wurde. Dass ist aber wirklich der einzige Schwachpunkt...ansonsten hervorragend. In unmittelbarer Nähe jede Menge von Frühstücksbars, wenn man die Kosten für das nicht inkludierte Frühstück im Hotel vermeiden möchte. Geschäfte fast jeder Art vor dem Hotel. Empfehlenswert im Hotel die Happy Hour für gemütliches Beieinander sitzen bei sehr mäßigen Getränkepreisen... Das Hotel liegt ideal: kein Umsteigen mit der Tube (Picadilly line) von Heathrow zu Gloucester Road. Dann nur 50 m neben U Bahn. Lästiges Kofferschleppen entfällt. Schöne Umgebung, ruhig mit allem was es braucht (indisch essen, Steakhouse, Pub, Pharmazie, Shop, Discounter, nähe Museen etc.) Sehr rasch bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der Picadilly line […] ! "Schönes geschichtsträchtiges Stadthotel"
Das Baileys Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der U Bahnsation Gloucester Road. Ideal mit der Picadilly Linie von London Heathrow in 40 Minuten erreichbar. Vom Hotel ist man sofort mit der Ubahn an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Doppelzimmer sind etwas kleiner, dafür aber sehr sauber. Das Bad ist auch klein, ist aber bei einem Sightseeing Urlaub […] nicht wichtig. Gegenüber dem Hotel sehr gut frühstücken kann man im Paul oder im Pret a Manger. "Nice neighborhood with underground station"
Clean, spaciuse rooms, although a bit old but well maintained. At 1st we received a smaller room that expected and paid for "club room" but once we asked we were given the club room. I didnt like the fact of giving a smaller room unless I complain, a bit unprofessional but honestly very nice and helpful staff.

Charming hotel: clean, good sized room, comfortable with everything we needed. Fantastic location with Gloucester tube across the road, as were cafes, supermarkets, other shops and a pub. Easy to access all the top sights via the tube but also an easy walk to Hyde Park, National History Museum, the V&A and Harrods! My only complaints about the hotel […] were we had some problems with the electronic door key, so was a nuisance to have to go back to reception to fix it, and the floor boards were a bit squeaky... but that was probably more annoying for those in the room below. "Bailey's Gloucester Road"
The hotel was charming and the location across the street from the underground station was very very convenient. It is in the East part of London so taxi fares were a bit higher to get over to the West side. The service was awesome. They had internet access but it was a bit expensive and couldn't really handle more than 2 devices without a bit of workaround. […] All in all we loved it and had a great time. Millennium Bailey's Hotel London Kensington is a great hotel. Perfect location right next to the tube. Clean, quiet. Friendly staff. The Bailey part is old hotel but they keep it up. They offer morning breakfast but there is plenty right out side your door or down the street.

Hoped on the Tube (subway in London) from the airport and only about a 25 minute ride to my stop, walk right of the Tube, and there is the hotel directly in front. "too perfect--unexpected!"
the hotel was perfectly located for our trip. I had a wedding to attend in Richmond and my train was right across the street. Boots was along side and Starbucks nearby as well. the staff was more than accommodating. Definitely will return. A gem discovered on the internet!

My husband and I visited London for pleasure. We stayed at the Bailey's and we can't say enough good things about it. We have absolutely no complaints. Rooms are smaller than in America - but you aren't in America and that is the point! The location across the street from Gloucester tube station could not possibly be better with great attractions, cafes, […] and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. "Baileys in London - Clean and Great Location"
Can't beat location, location, location. Bailey's Millenium is directly across the street from the Glocester tube station. You can get anywhere you want to in London from this station. It's also a very nice older hotel with a historic feel to it, but is very clean with fairly spacious (for London) well-equiped rooms (had one with two double beds), a […] nice bar onsite and very helpful and friendly staff. We had an 18 hour layover in London, we picked this hotel. It was in a great location. It is right across the street from the tube station so you could ride the tube from the airport to get to the hotel. Alot of restaurants in walking distance. This hotel even though big and in middle of london was extremely welcoming and friendly with great staff. Beautiful decor throughout and huge comfy bedroom. Breakfast was fantastic, everything you could wish for and in the evening the restaurant and bar was cosy, lively and chilled. Definitely be using this hotel in future.

overall a wonderful hotel for the money - staff very lovely and more than willing to help with anything - I was staying on a floor they were redoing and have to admit the mattress was a bit tired but to be fair when I mentioned it the front desk offered to move me. This hotel is very nice with some old charm. It has a great English Breakfast that is worth the on-line price (at booking). The location is right across from the Gloucester Tube Station and has several restaraunts within a block. The area is nice and the staff is very professional and helpful. I selected this hotel becuse of very reasonable rates, a most convenient location, and easy and inexpensive access to Heathrow. This hotel fit the bill perfectly with the Picadilly line from the airport station directly across the street. Walking distance to 3 of the top museums a major plus. "unfortunately internet make it seem fantastic"
We were three women and there were only two sets of towels,not enough paper toilet, toiletries for one, and too small room to be a triple almost frightening!!!the sheets were dirty and they did not change them the second day. There was not a living room to sit for a while only a small one that was for five people max, and there was a very dark restaurant […] that made the hotel smell a bit awful!!!!!would not stay at this hotel again definetely!!!! "very convenient location"
Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient location, 10 steps from a subway station that goes straight to major places and Heathrow. there is no shortage of restaurants within 5 min walk from the hotel. across the street there is a 24/7 Tesco express, very convenient. The hotel is very pleasant in its lobby, very welcoming staff, easy check in, no issues. […] the rooms are very big compared to London standards and the price range, lots of space. Cons: Cleanliness of the room is mediocre, stains on the carpet, big rust stain in the bathtub, some mold above the bath tub. Bathtub is abnormally high from the floor, very easy to hit your knee getting in or trip getting out if your are not careful enough. TV intermittently work, you have to turn it ON/OFF few times before it works. Sound proofing is not that great, kept hearing noises of people talking or walking outside the room during the night. Beds are not very comfortable, they keep sliding away from the wall on the slightest move. Floor squeaks. overall: I would only go there again if the price was good enough. Mehr

We had a three night stay in this hotel. The hotel itself was bustling and lively downstairs and peacefull upstairs. right out side is the under ground station with a ticket office with the shortest que in London! the station is well services with three of the main lines to bring you from your door to anywhere you could wish in London.
