Zimmer in Ordnung. Leider etwas modriger Geruch. Frühstück war gut, "Buffet" gut aufgeräumt.

Das Hotel ist mit dem PKW prima erreichbar, was allerdings auch zur Folge hat, dass der Highway nur etwa 50 Meter vom Bett entfernt liegt. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster schier unmöglich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert aber dafür tadellos, wenngleich diese aber auch nicht viel leiser ist. Die Außenanlage des Hotels samt Poolbereich wirkt sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Hier kann man nach einer langen Anreise oder einem anstrengenden Geschäftstag gut ausspannen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - Kaffee, Saft, Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Ei, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Waffeln mit Sirup und Muffins. Für herzhafte Frühstücker leider nur bedingt geeignet - keine Wurst, kein Käse etc.

Das weitgehend industriell geprägte Gebiet rund um den Flughafen bietet kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten. In der Nähe der Landebahn des Flughafens liegen das Pueblo Grande Museum und der Archeological Park. Dort befindet sich die 1.500 Jahre alte Ruine eines Dorfs der Hohokam-Kultur. "Grood location, great service"
We just spent one night at the hotel as we were flying out of Phoenix the next morning. The hotel was perfect for a quick stay. The front desk service was amazing. We called with numerous questions and they were able to track down all of our oddball questions. They also did a great job of helping other guests. The hotel is located in a business park […] so there aren't many restaurants close by. I'd stay at this hotel again. Great service, nice rooms and quick trip to the airport. Mehr
"Convenient for PHX"
The breakfast was lame: the eggs were crappy, the coffee was weak and there was no fruit. The staff was friendly and it is convenient for the PHX airport.

AC was loss all night. Checkin counter got bogged down easily. This was an older Hyatt Place and you could feel it. Plus it would be much better to stay closer in town to find descent dining options.

Very nice , was in the righyt location for what we needed.
Hotel staff helpful. Shuttle service hotel staff recommended area restaurants and stores.

We spent four nights here and it was a very pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We will stay again and recommend it to others.

Everything was great, clean roomy room w micro & coffeepot. Free breakfast buffet was full of choices too. Would recommend to anyone coming to the Phoenix area
Just a one night stay before a flight out the next morning. Shuttle service was very convenient and efficient. Room had kind of a damp feel to it which made it uncomfortable for me. Nothing really bad but will look for something better next time.

"WHAT?!?"
We arrived in 90 degrees weather and were on the 4th floor. At check-in, we were told the elevator was not working, but "they were working on it right now". The 4th floor!! Yes, we had to haul 5 siutcases us 4 flights in the UN-AIR-CONDITIONED stari well!!

This hotel is comfortable, clean, close to the airport with wonderful van service to the airport and within the 5 mile vicinity. This is great for getting food off property, doing a little shopping and still not spending a fortune.

Overall experience was okay. Outside of the hotel needed some upkeep. Cigarette butts around the outside entrances were a turn-off. Breakfast was good, but I didn't see much staff. Maybe they were all taking a cigarette break.

Looks like the profit in this tired hotel is all wrapped up in deferred maintenance. The carpets are dirty and worn, the rooms had a distinct odor and were well worn.

The suite at the Holiday Inn, Phoenix was very comfortable for our family of 5. The front desk staff was very friendly and they went out of thier way to accomodate our needs. The complimentary breakfast buffet was impressive and a big hit for our whole family.

although time did not allow for me to use the fitness room, it had a lot of great equipment to use. the breakfast was fantastic, best "continental" i've used. scrambled eggs, fresh pancakes, light and regular yogurts, sausage patties....well worth the stay.

We travel quite a bit for my son's hockey team and we waited til the last minute to book a room for the weekend we stayed. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the room was and that it had a jacuzzi tub. Not a fancy place to stay but, nice.

Outstanding accommodations. Excellent for the price. Convenient and near airport. Shuttle service was extremely slow, however. Had to call three times for shuttle service Took an hour to come for a five minute ride.
