Sehr gut für Reisende nach China, weil das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof liegt.Service gut, Personal freundlich, Zimmer sind sauber. Hotel kann sogar Visum für China arrangieren innerhalb von 2 Tagen. Leider kein kostenloses Wifi, ist sehr teuer. Fitnessraum und Pool sind sehr schön. Kostenloses Trinkwasser täglich erhalten. Uralte Fernseher mit Deutscher Welle usw. Adapter nicht kostenlos, sollte man kaufen.Fön fest installiert im Zimmer.

Wenn man/frau bedenkt, dass es für fünfunddreißíg Euröner in HongKong ne Schuhschachtel gibt und man/frau dann nach Shenzhen kommt und dort für das gleiche Geld ein richtig schönes Hotelzimmer bekommt, gibt es echt nichts mehr zu meckern. ACHTUNG. Das Hotel ist falsch in der Karte eingezeichnet, es befindet sich direkt an der U-Bahn Station "Hubei". Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder im Gold Hotel absteigen.

Dieses Hotel liegt zwar nicht im direkten Zentrum Hongkongs. Doch ist alles, was man als Wochentourist sehen und erleben moechte innerhalb eines 60min-Spazierganges erreichbar. Der Ausblick reicht zwar auf riesige Wohnblocks - doch fanden wir dies eher charmant. Weiterhin ist das Personal freundlich und das gesamte Hotel sehr reinlich. Wir wuerden es definitif weiterempfehlen. Besonders, da es in Hong Kong nicht billiger zu gehen scheint.

Das Conrad Hong Kong ist erstklassig in jeder Beziehung. Unser geräumiges Zimmer auf der 53. Etage bot einen grandiosen Blick über den Hafen auf Kowloon. Das grosszügige Bad mit Wann und separater Duche sowie WC ist deckenhoch mit Marmor gekachelt und praktisch ausgestattet. Alle Räume und Flure sind geräuschabsorbierend mit dicken Teppichen ausgelegt. Auch Wände und Fenster sind geräuschdicht. Das Hotel bietet mehrere sehr gute Restaurants. Der Service ist in allen Bereichen perfekt. Auch ausserhalb des Hotels in den vielen Shopping Malls stehen viele unterschiedliche Restaurants in Fußwegentfernung zur Auswahl.

Insgesamt ein gutes, sauberes Hotel mit guter Anbindung zum Zenrum von Hongkong Island durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Es ist zwar nicht sonderlich günstig aber welches Hotel mit gutem Komfort ist wirklich günstig auf Hongkong Island? Positiv ist auch die Anbindung zum Flughafen. Der Airport Bus A12 hält direkt gegenüber des Hotels.
Lage
The Langham, Hong Kong befindet sich mitten in Kowloon. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar: Harbour City und Nathan Road. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe gehören: Hong Kong Science Museum und Temple Street Market, Hongkong, Hongkong.

"Gediegenes Hotel in zentraler Lage"
Gepflegtes 5Sterne Hotel in zentraler Lage von HongKong. Metrostation beim Hotel. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Spa nicht auf bestem Stand, etwas altertümlich. Pool war geschlossen. WiFi im Zimmer und in Lobby kostenpflichtig - teuer. Man kann gratis hoteleigene Computer am Empfang benutzen. Allgemein gutes und freundliches Service. Wir kamen […] jedoch nachts an und wurden nicht so gut empfangen. Man wollte die Vorausbezahlung eines der beiden reservierten Zimmer nicht anerkennen, da die Reservierung auf den Namen meines Mannes lief, der nicht mit uns war. Aus diesem Grund hätte ich das Zimmer nocheinmal bezahlen müssen. Durch einen Anruf am nächsten Tag bei Hotel.com wurde die Reservierung auf meinem Namen geändert und somit ok. In keinem der anderen Hotels hatten wir so bürokratische Hürden zu überwinden. Mehr

"Perfect"
Nothing to fault with this beautiful hotel which has the most beautiful floral aroma in the lobby. Staff go out of their way to help and are most professional. Location wise it is close to the harbour, Nathan road and the MTR. We did not tell them it was my daughters birthday but they left a beautiful cake in the room complete with candle and matches. Found the hotel conveniently situated, condition of the room was poor (Shower Drain was blocked and telephone system did not work - service did repairs these after complaint). "In my memory forever"
The Langham hotel is so stylish, friendly and welcoming. Looked after by all that I came into contact with. While waiting for my lunch to arrive, the waiter very kindly brought the paper over to me. To think that he actually considered the fact that I was on my own left me overwhelmed. The hotel is close to the Star Ferry and Nathan Street. If you wander […] the back streets off Nathan you will find another world....not all glitz and glamour. The Langham Club is also great as the dining room is small and civilised. A lovely breakfast, then one can have a wonderful afternoon tea, including a hot section before the sweets. The long black was delicious. Mehr

My wife & I spent 3 wonderful nights in Langham Hotel. Our room, 942, did not face any great view but the interior was just superb. Room was very clean & spacious. So was the bathroom within. The big bed, pillows & the cool environment allowed us to have a good sleep every night which was very important for us as we walked a lot in the day. Every evening […] someone would place on each bedside table a small pink "Good Night" box of chocolate, and a card giving the weather forecast for the following day. This was a nice little gesture and we were really touched. The location of the hotel is very good. 2 mins' walk out of hotel you will face the swanky Harbour Citywhich is very big and has lots of upmarket shops displaying well known brands of bags, clothings, watches, shoes, etc, etc. Next to it is the China HongKong City, another shopping mall. The Ferry Terminal for folks going to Macau is housed within this building. Ferries run at 30 mins' interval and it takes an hour to reach Macau. Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is within 5 mins' walk from the hotel. From this station, you can visit many places in Hong Kong island, in Kowloon and the airport. Places of interest, such as the Avenue of Stars, HK Space Museum, HK Cultural Centre, etc, are also within walking distance. In short, staying in Langham Hotel is certainly a very good choice - hotel staff are efficient, professional helpful and caring, wonderful room and services, and great location. Mehr

"The Langham in Hong Kong.....Superb"
Staying at the Langham as a sole traveller I was made to feel very welcome and truly looked after. The staff assisted in train booking to China, taxis around town and always a warm welcome on ones return. The atmosphere was always one of happiness and the staff always seemed to pre empt my requirements.

"VERY CONVENIENT FOR CRUISE"
Close to the cruise terminal...we were able to just walk the block to the hotel after the cruise. Rooms were excellent. Most important, the staff was top notch...EVERYONE was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly.

Great hotel to stay and fantastic service! They made our stay very memorable. The hotel is also located centrally with convenient access to MTR. Especially for Indian vegetarians as there are couple of good pure veg restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

On check-in it was noticed that my birthday would be held during our stay at The Langham and then on the day I was surprised with a birthday cake and card in the room!! Room was upgraded. Super location. Knockout Cantonese Restaurant. Great staff. Super hotel that we would recommend to anyone without hesitation. A top 5star hotel without the cost of some other alternatives (some of which we've stayed in previously) and we thought real value. Really couldn't find fault. Highly recommended.

"Class hotel in busy interesting Kowloon"
Only my second time to stay in a five star hotel. The price would normally be outside our range I only stayed as it was paid as part of a business trip. The price on hotels.com was reasonable for the high standard of accommodation provided. Food was very good, the room comfortable and spotless, be super and the staff very attentive. The area was interesting […] and full of life. Only downside the extra charge for internet access - can't understand the rationale for this as previous 4 and 3 star hotels I have stayed in have all provided this free of charge. However it seems to be something quite a few 5 star hotels do! Overall a very pleasant stay. One tip: There is a rear entrance where we were dropped by the schuttle bus. This was down a stairs from the main lobby, there was no lift and the area was not staffed. It would have been a bit of a problem if one of the staff had not been passing and immediately noted our predicament and called someone to bring our bags. Best avoid this entrance. Mehr

"Langham is perfect except for one small detail"
The Langam is outstanding - even the concierge was the most effiecent we have come across - booking restuarants and offering advise. The only small thing missing is WiFi - you need to connect via cable in the room and pay for it. Also there was no way to download on an iPad using WiFi - we and to go to Starbucks for a coffee to download on the iPad. But […] everything else is sogood we will stay there next time and hopefully WiFi will be fixed.. Mehr

My recent stay at Langham was my first and based on previous positive comments. I agree with other reviewers that the location is excellent if you are staying in Kowloon - Tsim Sha Tsui. MTR access is across the street via the One Peking Building basement, understand that you still need to walk underground to the actual TST station but it's only about […] 5 mins or so with moving walk ways for some sections. If shopping is important, Harbour City is also a short 1-minute walk as well as Nathan Road in the opposite direction. While this hotel is an older property, the maintenance is very good and all public area's were very clean and well presented. The rooms were also well appointed, comfortable and good sized for for HK. Beds were comfortable and linens / towels in good shape. House keeping was very efficient and not noticed unless you need them. Breakfast buffet was fine with a good selection of both western and asian food. My only issue, which was a minor one is that we arranged for late check out at 1:00pm and the room keys went "dead" at 12:00pm (normal check out), which took an additonal 10 minutes to sort out calling and running up and down to reception. I mistakenly assumed since we arranged for late check out the night before at reception the locks would have been programed to remain valid until 1:00pm or at minimum the front desk staff would have said something at the time arrangements were made. Minor issue if you're not pressed for time, inconvenience if your are pressed to make a scheduled appointment. Overall a very plesant stay and I would definitely stay again and recommend to others who are looking for accomocation near shopping in TST. Mehr

Wonderful hotel, excellent and very helpful staff. Right next to MTR entrance, so if like me, you prefer to get to key parts of town in the airconditioned convenience of underground (and avoid the hustle and bustle and humidity outside this time of year) then perfect location. Wonderful hotel close to ferry's and all sights. We stayed for 2 nights before our amazing cruise. Could not have picked a more perfect hotel. We upgraded to the Club level and this was well worth the extra money. Food, drink and service was the best we have ever had in a hotel. Walking distance to port where we boarded our ship.
