My stay was excellent. Easy check-in, clean facility. Breakfast was much larger than I expected it would be, staff re-stocked frequently.

We didn't really spend much time in the hotel since we arrived for a private event and then spent the evening at my nieces. I was disappointed in the fact that the continental breakfast was not setup at 6:00 - we were catching a plane and a lot of the food was not available yet. However, the gentleman there did let us get something to take with us.

Great hotel for the price. We had a king size suite and it was a lot bigger than expected. Perfect size for traveling with two young kids, they had room to play. Kids had fun in the pool. Good selection of breakfast foods. Would stay here again!

Good hotel for the price point. Very comfortable, clean rooms. Breakfast was standard fare. Excellent location. Close to Cheeseburger in Paradise.

Good location for downtown Indy, Fishers and Carmel attractions. Call ahead to let hotel know if bringing pet. They are accepted but there is a $25 charge and pet specific rooms. Don't be afraid to park out back as there is ample parking and for us easier access to room / for dog walking. Ample outlets for electronics. One caveat, don't be late for […] breakfast....closes up shop on dot and tables weren't wiped off. Selection marginal. Two major breakfast chains within walking range. Hotel nice but we missed the lodgey feel of other AmericInns. Mehr

We have family close by the hotel...it is nice to know we can visit more often because we can afford to stay here...I have stayed in many higher priced hotels that weren't as clean, comfortable (BED!) and friendly. Great breakfast too!

The rooms were clean. The Saltwater pool was AMAZING. The pool was heated and the saltwater didn't dry out your skin. The complimentary breakfast was also GREAT. Big variety of food available and it was HOT and FRESH. The only negative is that I wish the beds were queens instead of doubles. Hotel staff were friendly! We will be back!

This Hotel did everything for my family... they even fixed fight reservations and printed off tickets for my aunt that can not work computers. They where very pleasant and will to take care of even the smallest request. The gym was very clean and with great equipment. Breakfast was a tasty surprise.

All employees were very nice and friendly. Very nice place. Rooms were quiet. Slept like a baby. Nice place.

good price and clean :)

This hotel was a great surprise. I was very pleased with how clean and nice it was for the price. The pool was nice and warm and the kids loved it after a long day in the car. The rooms were well sound proofed, we never heard a thing and we were right across from the elevator and vending. The breakfast was ok. The kids had cereal and I had a toasted […] bagel. The pastries tasted old and the biscuits and gravy were cold so got tossed out. I love that they had flavored syrups for the coffee, that made up for the food! Staff was all very nice as well. Mehr

The staff was really nice. Our room was comfy. We loved the saltwater pool instead of chlorine. Much easier on the skin! The only thing I'd change is the amount of towels available. There weren't many.

Room was comfortable and clean. Seperate tv area and bedroom was nice. Bathroom was huge with garden tub/jacuzzi and standing shower. Very quiet in the room and hotel itself was quiet. Shower water didn't get vry hot and jets didt work in the bathtub. Called maint wo came quickly but problem couldn't be solved. Spoke wth hotel manager and was offered […] a huge discount at next stay which I appreciated. Staff was very very pleasant and accomodating. Breakfast wasn't the usual donuts coffee and juice. Had a waffle station which I was excited about. Definately would stay again. Mehr

Hotel was close to many restaurants and stores and east access to intersate. Hotel was super quiet(they note that it should be because of added insulation) seemed to be very clean and hotel staff was friendly enough. Would have rated it as a 5 if it hadn't been for booking a king sleeper sofa room and found that the sleeper sofa was not AT ALL suitable […] to sleep on. The king bed itself was great. Upon leaving discovered we had left a phone chargerour own fault we know and when we called to have them hold it, housekeeping had not turned it in :(( but they were nice enough to return the call. Front desk service was great. Breakfast was better than expected. Would definitely recommend. Mehr

This hotel has become our romantic getaway!

We stayed in a whirlpool suite and the layout was terrible! The largest room in the suite was the bathroom, by far. The bathroom was huge and the room with the sofa bed was extremely small. Once the bed was pulled out there was only a path to the adjoining rooms in the suite. There was no storage area for your bags or coats. and there were no chairs. […] For my family of four this just didn't work. We were very unhappy with the suites layout. I was expecting enough room for four of us to sleep and relax comfortably. I was very disappointed. Mehr

The room was clean and beds comfortable, but we were in a room across from an unsecured outer door that people snuck into and out of all night long, into the room across from us and at 3:00 a.m. I think I witnessed a drug deal going on. I contacted the woman at the front desk, and although she checked out the door for herself, she then went back to […] her desk and didn't pursue the problem. Not fancy, but clean, quiet and convenient. Great coffee. Healthy breakfast bar offerings. Convenient location for family visit. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Upholstery needs Updating. Need new extra blankets for beds. Will stay here again if I can get the great Hotels.com rate.

We got there about 6 and there where several thing that I had to do. The front desk clerk bent over backwards to assist us in everything we need to do. I have never had anyone so kind and helpful in any hotel I stayed at in my life. She was great.

We had been backpacking over the New Year's holiday decided on this hotel for the price, swimming pool & location. The front desk clerk was very nice and it was a very easy check in. We were able to do laundry without a hitch and my husband enjoyed the whirlpool/pool without problems as well. this was a very comfortable, clean, inexpensive, hotel. we were pleased with everything, it was convenient to our destination, the highways, the staff was helpful and polite and we have already recommended it to others.

The room was great. The bed was so comfortable. As soon as I lied down on the bed, I passed out. Everything about the hotel was perfect. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend the hotel to others.
