Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 20. Feb. 2013Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sauber, ruhig, in der Nähe einer Mall und direkt am Interstate. Ansonsten eher abgelegen, ohne Auto geht da gar nichts. Das einzig wirklich ärgerliche war, dass das karge Fühstück bis 9.00 Uhr gehen soll und z.T. schon 10 Minuten vorher abgeräumt wurde. Für solche, die auf den letzten Drücker kamen: Pech. Und das waren einige.

"Airport easy to reach"

We booked Castleburry Inn because it was just 15-20 minutes walk to down town Atlanta and the airport is easy to reach with MARTA. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing for the price more a stay&eat area. Otherwise our suite was clean and quiet.

"Great Hotel...But SUPER thin walls...SUPER thin"
I stayed here for two nights. The first night I was up till 4am listening first to the coulpe next to me argue (and I mean - I heard WAY too many details) - and if the woman wasn't already balling hysterically I probably would've called the front desk about it. So I thought it was just because they were being loud that I heard so much...then they finally […] stopped & turned on their radio...and I heard that too (and that wasn't loud)...so I think the hotel just has very poor sound barriers between the rooms. But the staff was wonderful & very accommodating, so that was great. Ultimately I would stay here again, I would just ask to be in an emptier section if possible or maybe around families (since they tend to quiet down in the evening). "Everything was great."

All in all, great stay. The hotel is nice, but more importantly it's location just off of the interstate with resturants, shopping (there is a mall with in a mile), and metro station near by made this experience worthwhile. We stay here every year and attend the Inman Park Festival, (our 5th year). On the up-side, the hotel location is great for MARTA, shopping, and great restaurants. The common areas are updated and inviting. The rooms are typical size but very clean. The down-side is that it is such a popular place, that it can be very crowded. If you are looking for […] a quiet place with lots of personal attention, then this is not your hotel. If you are looking for a upbeat hotel with a pleasant staff, then take advantage of this place. When we checked in the front desk did not tell us about anything. Like when meals were served how much etc. did not tell us were anything was accept our room number. Very poor welcoming us to the hotel. When we used the pool there were no towels. My husband went to front desk to get some. They said they will bring them. We were there for over an hour […] no towels. We went to our room wet. We have family 5 minutes from there we will find another hotel to stay at. Also meals & breakfast buffet to pricey for food served. Also the pool temperature was much to cold and the hot tub was extremely hot. We stayed for 4 nights and the pool was never used. Amazing staff, fabulous breakfast, clean room, beautiful hotel! They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a three-mile radius, which was great for taking us to the MARTA station and back for a trip into downtown Atlanta. "It left much to be desired."
Our room wasn't cleaned after we left for the day and returned. The heater made loud noises throughout the night. The parking was very inconvenient- we had to park up a hill and walk down to the hotel with two kids under two in the cold weather. There was a lady bug in the sofa bed and the sheets did not look clean. We ordered out and had to go downstairs […] to pick up our food. I did not enjoy our stay. We had a conference scheduled with lots of people coming in and we were stepping over machine, walking on wet floors, navigating workmen -- the automated doors had to be opened manually as they were stenciling them. Completely a pain to deal with. […] Loud noise and confusion in the lobby. Manager didn't seem to know what was going on or if our conference room was ready and didn't seem to care. "good hotel for the price."
Very nice hotel for the price, it is a Hilton. But, I noticed that the rooms reserved for expedia customers are not the same as the others. The room was super nice, big flat screen tv, but it was on the first floor, where everyone walks by, almost next to the elevator. The shower walls had mold on them, that is my complaint.
