Kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ausstattung entspricht völlig dem Katalogbild. Zimmerreinigungspersonal kann morgens aber gelegentlich ziemlich auf- dringlich werden. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis waren echt top, Wir haben uns extra ein günstigeres Hotel ausgesucht, weil wir in Orlando und Umgebung sowieso immer auf Achse sind und das Zimmer wirklich nur zum schlafen benötigen. Dafür hat es wirklich vollkommen gereicht. Es war soweit sauber, lediglich das Bad bräuchte mal wieder eine kleine Renovierung. Gereinigt wurde […] jeden Tag, frische Handtücher, Kaffee oder Tee wurden auf dem Zimmer von dem Personal immer ohne Probleme aufgefüllt. Fernseher war super, gerade der Disney Channel für die Kinder um nach einem langen Tag im Park runter zu kommen, perfekt. Frühstück war "Continental", für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen zu süß, was aber unsere Kinder gefreut hat. Es gab reichlich an Bagels, Waffeln, Toast, Marmelade usw., hin und wieder wurden auch Orangen und Joghurts hin gestellt. Pool war super sauber und wurde von uns mehrmals genutzt. Animal Kingdom war "gleich um die Ecke" und auch alle anderen Disney Parks waren nicht weit weg. FAZIT: Wer nicht allzu hohe Ansprüche in seine Bleibe stellt, weil er sowie die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist, ist hier genau richtig! Mehr

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig. (Flughafen und Themenparks) Die allgemeine Ausstattung ist für USA i.O. Der Pool war sehr kalt und ungepflegt. Die Zimmer wurden schlecht gereinigt. Ich würde das Hotel nur für eine Nacht empfehlen.

My husband and I arrived at 10:00am and the representative did not assist us in checking in early. She did not give us options. When we arrived later in the day at 8:00pm, the male representative was extremely rude and did not provide information on hotels perks. I had to ask him where to park, where was the room and what services does the hotel provide. […] He stated "just free breakfast". That same night I saw a sign that the hotel had spa services. This is the first time we stay at this hotel, it was clean the rooms are nice but extremely poor customer service. Nice big flat screens, comfortable beds, large sink table, large refrigerator, two closets, a sink for dishes, lots of space! One last concern the parking is horrible. Hotel ok for the price but one day I ask for a cab and the guess service ask for a specific cab that toke more than 25 min to get there and I saw when the cap give the GUess service attendant money.that blow out the hole experience of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. I only regret I didn't have enough time to visit the pool :( The tvs in the room were very nice

The hotel itself was in great condition. We were shocked at how pretty, upgraded and well maintained it is. The price was great. The location is less than 10 minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom and is surrounded by tons of other hotels, restaurants and places to shop. The only problem was the bed. Those who frequent the Disney parks know that Lake Buena Vista is the best place to stay after the Disney Resorts. Of the hotels on Lake Buena Vista, this is the best bang for the buck. Close to all Disney attractions. The room was very comfortable and clean with large closets with iron and board. The only downfall I can say and it's not there fault is there is a empty vacant hotel across the street that needs to be tore down, otherwise this is a very nice and good hotel to stay. I will rebook this hotel if we ever go back.

Easy location to WDW. Staff was excellent. Main area of hotel was very nice, as was breakfast. Room had a few minor cleanliness issues, but nothing drastic. Loved having bunkbeds and a twin for the older kids. Queen for us was uncomfortable. Mattress seemed old. Overall ee will likely stay again!

this hotel was a pleasant surprise for the money.....it was sound, comfortable, clean and located perfectly. I have stayed at other so called resort hotels in Kissimmee that are filthy, and old and crumby. This one was different. It wasn't Hampton Inn but very close for a LOT less money......thanks...

I was very pleased with our accommodations. We have stayed at Baymont Inns at other locations and have always been pleased. We have stayed on site at the Disney Parks before and these rooms were just as nice and possibly a little bigger for quite a bit less money. Location was less than 1 mile from Animal Kingdom. My girlfriend and I wanted to spend her birthday at disney. Since we weren't going to be in the hotel much. We didn't feel like spending an arm and a leg for two nights. I've stayed at this property several times this year. I love how close it is to the theme parks but it's not on noisy RT 192. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are one of the few that I can actually get a good night's rest on after a long day of walking at Disney. The bathtub didn't drain the water but we reported the problem and it was fixed right away. Near the parks and good for the price. Not a 3 stars hotel but is good enough to stay safe with the kids.

The room was very nice & clean. Would have liked a higher quality mattress & bedding but other than that I was impressed with the ammenities in the room especially for the price! This is not a delux hotel but you get what you pay for. We liked the continental breakfast and it was not too far from Disney. Free parking was great. Also the free Wi-Fi.

For the rate we spent per night this hotel was worth the stay. Good hotel location close to many stores to shop. If you get back late from the parks there is no parking near your room. We parked in front of hotel lobby door.
