"Bestes Hotel in allen Bereichen"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 30. Okt. 2012Nach einer Ontario-Rundreise verbrachten wir 5 Nächte im Homewood-Suites. Vom Auto hatten wir uns bewußt getrennt, um mit den öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln (Bushaltestelle fast vor dem Hotel, 20 Min. zur U-Bahn-station) Toronto anzusehen. Das Haus ist noch sehr neu. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer waren komfortabel ein- gerichtet und sehr sauber! Sauberer kleiner Pool mit warmem Wasser und ein toller Fitnessraum waren ideal nach dem Stadtbummel. Ein für nordamerikanische Verhältnisse sehr vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet war täglich ein schöner Start in den Tag! Sollte es uns noch mal nach Toronto verschlagen, so werden wir garantiert wieder DIESES Hotel buchen!

"Gutes Stadthotel."
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Okt. 2012Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel in zentraler Lage in Toronto. Parken ist im benachbarten Parkhaus möglich, kostet jedoch pro Nacht ca. 25 Can$. Ist in der Umgebung aber auch nicht billiger. Die Zimmer sind sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Etwas störend war, dass man die Fenster gar nicht öffnen kann, die Klimaanlage (individuell einstellbar) ist aber sehr leise und effizient. Frühstück haben wir nicht im Hotel, sondern in den benachbarten Coffeeshops eingenommen. Guter Fitnessraum mit Sauna. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Coffeeshops, Markthalle) nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Schneller Check-in und -out.

We have stayed at all of the Holiday Inn's in Mississauga and this is by far the best. Last week we stayed for 2 nights at the Trafalgar and QEW location in an executive room, paying double the cost of our room at this Holiday Inn and it wasnt half as nice. "Close to everything you'd need"

It was very convenient for us to come in by VIA train and just 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Always friendly reception and satisfying breakfast. Comfortable bed with important accessories, small fridge, coffee&tea, Internet connection, nice view. The bathroom are small but reasonable clean. I have been at hotels that the toilet seat had a special paper […] over and many small containers for washing hair or soaps. That would give an extra rating. "Not bad but customer services wasn't great"
Over all the stay there was nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. The big concern I had was when I booked the room I asked to have my room with breakfast. I thought I paid the difference. The next morning after I went to get breakfast and they said my room didn't get charged for the breakfast. I asked if I could pay the difference for the breakfast […] since with a room it was $10 for 2 people. They now required that I pay the full price of $30 for my wife and I. Ceiling leaked. Moved ourselves to another room with no help from staff. The new room was supposed to be an upgrade but was no different. Toilet was broke in both rooms. Pool was shut down for the entire 3 night stay without notice. Breakfast they serve is amazing. Lots of everything and fresh. I upgraded to a king bed and was disappointed there was no mini bar in the room and toiletries could have been a little more plentiful, an extra shampoo and bubble bath would have been nice. Nice Hotel Swimmong pool was well used so thay ran out of towels but they immediatly bought more. It is all enclosed so it would be good during the winter as well.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"on the highway-close to destinations"
Our stay was amazing.Our check-in was attended pleasantly and answered all our questions. I was a little hesitant at first upon booking but I was competely surprised for the good when we arrived! Our room was super clean; including the bathroom which had plenty of towels including a bathrobe. The pillows and bed was very comfortable and fresh. Ice and […] vending machine was on our floor and the mini fridge in our room came in handy. We had requested a high floor room and that's what we got. The location was great because it was right of the QEW and you can actually see the hotel when you're driving. It is close to Timmy's and other food places if you get hungry later in the evening. The breakfast at the hotel is great. The buffet offers a variety along with pleasant service from the waitress. The only minimal downfall was a slight stuffiness smell upon entering the lobby but then again, it might've been also coming from the heat the pool creates. The pool is in the lobby and in the very end of the hotel; it is rather an interesting layout to view. The walls could use a little soundproofing as we could hear our neighbours' conversation but again, maybe they were speaking loud. The air conditioning was a little loud but we survived. Nonetheless, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to rebook with The Holiday Inn when need to getaway again.....thank you to all the staff that made our stay comfortable and pleasant!!! It is a nice hotel to stay, but they charge fees for pet. It is understandable when they mentioned about it at the website. However, they never mentioned about it, and then they charged it. When there is a pet fee, the Hotels.com tells there is charge for pet. I could not find it those comment at the website. Anyway, other than pet fee, it is good place […] to stay.
