We were very pleased with the quality and services of this Holiday Inn Express. Everything was very clean. the TV was new. THE HOTEL WAS ALMOST NEW LOOKING. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD WITH EGGS AND BACON WITH JUICE AND COFFEE.THE ONLY THING THAT COULD BE IMPROVED WAS THE CARPET HAD A FEW STAINS.COULD BE STEAM CLEANED. I'M DIABETIC AND THERE WAS A SMALL FRIG TO KEEP MY INSULIN IN,THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE OVEN.OVER ALL I RATE IT VERY GOOD.

HIE in Blairsville, Ga was our home for a short stay. Good size room, nicely decorated with large bathroom. Bathroom needed a fan but the shower was awesome (very important to my husband). Loved our stay.

The receptionist was exeptionally nice and the hotel very clean. The breakfast wasn't the greatest. The eggs tasted like powder eggs. I would give the hotel an A, but the kitchen crew a C on mannerism. My understanding was that breakfast lasted until 9:00a.m., but when my husband and I arrived around 8:30a.m.; we felt like we were imposing. There was […] no bacon or sausage left. One of the ladies from the kitchen stated the meat was frozen and she would have to defrost to cook and it would be sausage only. My husband and I felt we should have eaten earlier, but we noticed other couples and children coming in after us. Mehr
we stayed 6 nights at this hotel & the sheets on the bed were not changed during the entire stay, one day we had no bath mat & they did not pick up the dirty towels but left clean ones, the staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, had a lot to choose from for breakfast, we would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and in a safe neighborhood. The staff was very friendly, and the room was very spacious. We only had a couple of small problems. First, the AC did not cool the room to my liking. It wasn't that hot in there but I wish the AC could have cooled the room better. Second, the ice machine was a few doors down from us in the hallway. You […] could hear the loud noise every time some got ice out of the machine. There were several rec league baseball players' families staying there so the machine was being used often in the early am while we were trying to sleep. I think the machine should be moved to a location that will not interfere with the sleep of the guests. A special thanks to the parents who allowed their children to run around the hotel making noise, disturbing the other guests. We thoroughly enjoyed the disturbance. Mehr

We were in town for a family event and several of our group stayed at this hotel. It could use some updating, especially the carpet, but overall it was a clean and comfortable hotel. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. The pool was large and welcoming, it is indoor, but the pool room is airy and sunlit. Breakfast was good each day. "Quick get-away..."
The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was quiet. We will definately stay here again whenever we visit this area.

Nice hotel in quaint north Georgia mountain town. The indoor pool was heated and maintained nicely, the rooms are more than adequate in size, complete with a small fridge, coffee pot (incl coffee and teas) in-room iron/ironing board, and hair dryer. The complementary morning breakfast was nice with hot items such as eggs with cheese, sausage, biscuits […] and gravy, then the usual bagels and muffins. "Ok Hotel but not worth what we paid"
The beds and bathroom were clean which is most important to me, but the hotel rugs definitely need cleaning. Also the beds were hard and I think they need replacing also. This hotel would be fine had I paid less, but for the money to me it was not up to standards.

The hotel was clean and very confortable. Front desk service was friendly and offered speedy check in. This was an excellent value for a comfortable stay. The entrance sign could/should be a little larger, as you could easily pass if not paying close attention. I would definitely come back.

"Under Renovation"
The motel was under heavy renovation. However, the staff did an excellent job of spacing customers in rooms so that it was very quiet. The breakfast was great. A very good value!
"No Elevator and Being Renovated"
The staff were very nice it is the facility that was is renovation that was not to our liking. For a hotel that is as new as this one to not have an elevator was painful to me. I have Austio Arthritus in both knees and with two kids went up and down the stairs many times a day. I tried to get a room on the first floor however they were all filled as […] they stated they did not have one. The beds were a little hard to my liking but that is just personal. Better look up for the sign or you will be driving aroung looking for the hotel. It was somewhat hard to find at first. Mehr
