Crowne Plaza Suites- Dallas Park Central - Dallas

We loved the location and the size of the rooms.it was nice to have breakfast available also

My brother and his fiancée were married at the Crown Plaza. It was wonderful! The staff was so conscientious. Everything was done beautifully and the reception and cocktail hour were first-rate. It couldn't have been a nicer venue. I recommend the Crown Plaza to anyone!

The hotel is a great place to stay for the family. It is close to the down town mall and all of its stores. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short in the Dallas area. Thanks

The rooms and service was good but the breakfast was not! They didn't do a good job of replenishing the buffet when it would become empty! Also at check out there was a problem with the bill and after about 15 minutes it finally got resolved and it was a mistake on their behave. The best service that I received was from the front desk and his name was […] jose and he was very helpful! Mehr

I booked this hotel because of the location and the price. It seemed to have mixed reviews, but so does every other hotel out there. When we checked in, they did not have anymore non-smoking rooms which put us in a smoking one and my alleries haywire! The rooms were good sized but needed updating. Walpaper was peeling off the walls, the counter tops […] needed replacing and the sofa bed was straight out of Golden Girls. The location was good and easy to get to, would probably stay again. Mehr

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very nice and quick to assist with any questions/concerns. The room was huge and clean. The bed was also extremely comfortable. the only thing I can say negative about the hotel is the decor is a tad bid outdated.

I took my 10 year old daughter to Dallas to the American Girl store. I chose this hotel because it was less than 5 minutes from the store. When we arrived, check-in was a breeze. Those people must have thought that I usually keep my daughter locked up most of the time. Her jaw literally hit the floor when she walked into the lobby. I must agree that […] it was indeed gorgeous and when comparing notes with my sister, well, let's just say that she was quite envyous that I paid 1/3 of what she paid for her Crowne Plaza stay per night. She didn't book through Hotels.com, but she will nest time. Mehr

This hotel was not my first choice but it will be in the future. I was so very impressed overall with the clean and comfortable room. The staff was the most friendly and accomodating I have encountered lately. I will be back as a returning guest!

I stayed on the executive floor which caused my disappointment. The hotel was a little old and the furniture in the room was not well maintained. Since I only stayed one night I really did not get a great flavor for the hotel, but I was disappointed and am not sure I would stay there again. Good location, however.

This hotel was right off of the highway and was easy to get to (once you got around the traffic for the In-and-Out burger place right next to it). The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. I would definately stay here again.

The room was clean, good size and comfy. The front desk staff was not helpful when the concierge was gone. I was greeted upon arrival, but that's as far as their friendliness went. Complimentary breakfast (cereal, fruit or pastries) would have been nice. Being from Houston I expected the same kind of friendliness in Dallas, but was dissapointed. Beautiful hotel! Absolutely loved the lobby and had a great stay while in town. Would definitely recommend to all.

I booked the executive suite and the pictures showed a room with a long table, which is what I needed for a meeting. I was told upon my arrival that the pictures on hotels.com were of the Oxford Suite. Needless to say, I wasn't happy with this. There was dust in the room and the bathroom outlet didn't work. But the staff were very accomodating and assisted […] in getting additional chairs for my room. Not exactly what I expected for a 3.5star hotel Mehr

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. We shared the suite with our young children and found that we all had an abundance of space. The hotel pool was a huge hit...it's both indoor and outdoor. The outdoor pool area was shaded, which was a plus with the Texas heat! The workout facility was nice as well. Overall, a great hotel! We plan on staying […] here again the next time we visit Dallas. Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable suite. Good location close to freeways.

The stay at the hotel was nice and close to the shopping area. However, I believe a complimentary breakfast should be provided to all the guest.

Wonderful stay...we had three rooms and celebrated my dad' s birthday. Staff was very helpful, and the breakfast buffett was awesome.

Room was very comfortable. Only drawback to the stay was the limited menu in the "restaurant" and the satellite TV went out int he middle of the basketball game -- no HD old tube tv's

It was stroming really bad that night and I had just left a concert and did not want to chance driving all the way home. The room was so awsome!! I am very picky about where I stay. The bed was so cozy that It did not take very long for me to fall asleep. The nighty bag was not needed. It contained face mask, ear plugs & a lavender linen spray. It was […] a very nice gesture. The front desk staff was not very helpful when we first checked in, but they were very good the next day. The room was very nice. clean, and comfortable.

The Crown Plaza couldn't have been better. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was big and the free breakfast fantastic. North Park Mall was just down the freeway. It will be our choice for Dallas in the future.

After Hotels.com messed up our reservation, they were extremely helpful in trying to get us a room close to what I tried to book. Because of how full they were, we weren't able to get exactly what we had reserved, but the fact that they really tried to accomodate us made it worthwhile. It was very easy to find and I did enjoy the closed in parking. […] The hotel itself is very beautiful and we slept very well on the comfy beds. I would definitely stay there again, but probably book through the hotel itself. Mehr

I took 5 girls to the hotel for a birthday sleepover, and we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was nice.

We booked the hotel with breakfast and the woman at the front desk said it was impossible. Then another person at the front desk said it was included just tell the restaurant staff. We did. When we checked out there was no mention of it, yet when we received the credit card bill there were charges and it took 8 calls to get it rectified. We had to PROVE […] to them that we did get a room with breakfast. It was mess. Mehr
