Ich kenne das Hotel schon seit Jahren und bin stets sehr zufrieden. An den Reisetagen war das Hotel mit Bustouristen ausgebucht und es gab kleinere Probleme mit dem Frühstück, die aber nicht repräsentativ sind. Gut finde ich, dass Sie dieses Hotel incl. Frühstück anbieten.

Alles in Allem ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr sauberen Zimmern. Selbst ohne Metro-Ticket kann alles fußläufig erreicht werden. Genau gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich ein Parkhaus, das relativ günstig für die zentrale Lage ist und zudem auch noch ständig überwacht wird. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren […] sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Jedoch waren schon erhebliche Abnutzungserscheinungen im Bad zu erkennen, was uns jedoch nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Trotzdem sollte dies in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht passieren. Das Frühstück ist überteuert, da gibt es selbst in Brüssel günstigere Alternativen. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Wir würden in diesem Hotel immer wieder urlauben! Mehr

Angenehmes, sauberes Hotel, zentral gelegen, nettes Personal, weiche Betten... Nichts auszusetzen!

ein tolles stadthotel gute zimmer TOLLES frühstück, lässt keine wünsche offen in ein altes gebäude würde das hotel gebaut eifach toll, mit allem komfor den ein 4 sterne hotel zu bieten hat war schon öfters dort privat und mit freunden werden es immer wieder buchen

Das Hotel liegt am Anfang einer Einkaufsstraße, die zum "grande Place" führt. Parkhaus direkt daneben für knapp 15€/Tag. Unserer Meinnung nach schönes Frühtücksbuffett mit vielen frischen Säften. gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Übernachtung von Samstag auf Sonntag, sehr angenehmer Preis. Sehr freundliches Personal. Check-inn vorbildlich. Hotel sehr zentral und die Fußgängerzone liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Punktabzüge lediglich weil das Frühstück nicht dem eines 4* Hotels entspricht. Saunabesuch leider aufgrund der kleinen Größe nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar. Die Nähe zum Brüsseler Nordbahnhof sowie zur Altstadt machen es zu einem perfekten Urlaubshotel. Sehr freundlicher Service. Die Saune ist etwas klein geraten für ein Hotel mit derart vielen Zimmern.

The standards of service of the hotel are high. The breakfast is excellent. Staff if kind and helpful. The room we stayed in had not been renovate for years, and that's probably the reason why it was sold at a convenient price. However it was clean and everything worked properly. The location is not particularly nice, but it is just above the metro […] and tram station and that makes it convenient for reaching just above every place in central Bruxelles. This is a business hotel that shows its age, and needs more attention to details such as cleaning the bathroom, which wasa little grimey. The room was spacious and comfortable, and overall the hotel is a good place to spend a night, but not a place to linger, and definitely not a bargain. Only stayed here 1 night but it was a nice hotel. About a 15-20 minute walk to grand place but a nice walk to get there. Breakfast was lovely apart from the eggs!! Some sort of powdered scrambled egg!

Great comfortable hotel with a big dollop of chic

The hotel is elegant and reasonable value-price ratio. Free internet is a good incentive, and the decor was very well done, even if a little dated now. The surrounding location is edging on the questionable, but it's next to the Hilton, Sheraton and the Thon, so not too detrimental to the overall area.

I stayed in the Crowne Plaza Le Palace in July 2011 (was in Brussels on business). I phoned the hotel before arriving in Brussels and asked what the best way to get there from the airport. I was told a taxi would be 15 euros - I took a taxi and it was 60 euros .. OK. When I first checked in, everything seemed ok. Was satisfied with the room. Went out […] for dinner, back to the hotel around 11. Did some emails and after turned the TV on and laid in bed. The power went out .. so I checked the light switches, made sure my hotel card was correctly in. All seemed ok, but there was still power in the hallway. I phone reception and they said it was a planned outage and I should have been notified. Great - planned outage. I was not notified and needed the power to charge my equipment for my business meeting. They offered to send someone up to my room to explain. Also great - I was naked and I had no lights in the room to find my clothes .. I found a towel and someone came to my room. He brought me a light (or glow) stick. They refused to reduce my bill, or do anything. The only answer I had from the hotel staff was "this is legal what we are doing". That is a fantastic response. The next time I plan to provide poor (or no) service to my customers, I will give the same excuse - This is legal (and you Mr. Customer are SOL). To top it off in the evening I asked the Concierge how long I need in a taxi to get to my business meeting - response, you should leave the hotel 50-60 minutes before. Reality - the taxi took less than 10 minutes. I will never stay in a Crowne Plaza again and I will recommend to all of my friends, colleagues and business partners the same. Mehr

Parking across street was okay. Child peeing on street when arriving was unfortunate. Maybe that was a reflection of area. Buffet is super expensive at 27euro per person for an average selection of stale food. Very disappointed.

Excellent Hotel at a great location. Just outside the hotel there is a metro station and stop for city tour bus. Just five minutes walking from Brussels Nord train station which is well connected to Brussels airport and Bruges. Staffs of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Convenient location and very good value for money. Check-in and check-out were super efficient.

This hotel was extremely comfortable and easy to get to. Close to the Nord train station and the Rogier metro line. Easy walking distance to key attractions. Only downside was that it was close to the red light district, but can be avoided.

we liked the hotel experience, but accessibility to the location was a issue in terms of time. Recommended for vacationers, but not necessarily business trips.

The hotel itself is nice provided the front office people give you a nice room. The room I got first was not good (broken flooring between the bathroom and the room and I was hurt because of this, broken wardrobe etc..). I was then give a very good room on the 10th floor. The front office service or at least the prson I had to deal with was not professional […] in the sesne that he kept saying things during the my saty that the front office couldn't possibly do). We had a triple room. The bed was very comfortable but the pull out couch that my son slept on was not comfortable. Also the bar fridge, apparently one you move one of the drinks or snacks it records as if you used it. There should be a sign telling you not to touch anything unless you are going to use it. Good for how wants a high quality hotel to sleep between train connection in Brussels as the hotel is just next to the train station. The Botanic garden is just next door which is good for walks and jogging. The surrounding red light district is not appealing at all and does not transpire security if you want to go out for a dinner or a stroll in […] the evening. Mehr

Hotel staff was very friendly, The location was great! Underground parking garage just behind the hotel.

the hotel is located walking distance to the Grand Place and the main touristic places in the Centrum. The room are very spacious and clean

The hotel is just a couple blocks south of the Nord Train station (take the Rue de Progress exit and walk down the ramp and straight ahead). It is also just a 10-15 minute walk down a shopping street to get to the Markt/Grand Place and Restaurant Row. As stated, breakfast is not worth the additional cost - and there are many places closer to the Grand […] Place with better options. Mehr

This hotel is close to the Brussels North train station - easy walking distance. It's right at the Roger metro/subway stop. The surrounding area is not very lively and a lot of business buildings and not many restaurants, but the hotel itself is fantastic. The room was very spacious and had beautiful built-in bookcases, hardwood floors, and fun decor. […] It was clean, roomy, and modern. Internet/WiFi is free throughout the hotel and there are three free internet kiosks in the lobby. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. We spent one evening in the hotel bar and the bartender was extremely helpful in recommending and helping us sample Belgian beers. The only drawback was the somewhat inconvenient location/neighborhood surrounding the hotel, but we found it to be an exceptional value for the quality of the room and staff. Mehr

Uitzicht op een witte muur op 2 meter afstand van het raam, frisse lucht vrijwel onmogelijk. Het leek alsof we ingesneeuwd waren. Onduidelijk waarom deze kamer verhuurd wordt als het hotel verre van vol is. Verder wat kleine zaken als bouwwerkzaamheden naast de ontbijtzaal, een remote van de tv die kapot is. Maar het was een ruime kamer en de locatie […] blijft top. Vraag om een kamer met uitzicht. Mehr

hôtel trés propre, trés bien placé dans la zone touristique de bruxelle. Personnels charmants et accueillants ! j'en garde un excellent souvenir !

El hotel está cerca del centro, el servicio es muy bueno, la habitación muy amplia y limpia.El desayuno muy completo.
