Checked in and checked out immediately. What a pit! I think it is really a homeless shelter with no water. The hotel smells horrible. You should take this off your website, it's a disgrace.

This hotel was smelly, dirty and in very poor condition. The beds were nasty and very uncomfortable. The trash was still in the room when we got there. We planned on staying two nights and we checked out after one.

Our room was filthy and disgusting. We had silver fish bugs in the room, our colleagues had cock roaches in their room. The floor in my room was filthy and not vacuumed. The bottom of the bathtub was blackened by dirt. The staff seemed indifferent and unmotivated.

It's not a bad place to stay, the surrounding area was nice and safe. No breakfast served and its always booked.

I stayed here for 10 days they cleaned the room only once that too they didn't change the bed sheets. Even after telling them they didn't change. They do not provide breakfast. Only thing they provide is Coffee and Muffins. They do provide fruits but half of them are rotten.

The stay was comfortable and fun. There are many attractions and restaurants around. Breakfast was ok. We are a family of five and there were enough beds for everyone.

We had a problem with the room lock that couldn't be resoved. The location was convenient to Atlanta but the neighborhood was more commercial than expected. The beds were very hard. The continental breakfast was meager. A friend who intended to stay at the hotel after we attended a football game was told he didn't have a reservation even after we had […] confirmed earlier that he did and he showed them his hotels.com receipt. There were no rooms available and he reluctantly started home at 1:00 A.M.on seven hour drive only to become involved in a traffic accident nearby. Very nice hotel and staff was very courteous. Rooms were nice size and comfortable. The hotel was hard to find by way of a Magellan. There were no listings for the Hotel address. We called the desk and the staff led us right in to the hotel. Once we arrived there, it was easy to find your way around the area.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. They even had the room temperature adjusted when I arrived! I would recommend this facility to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel was convenient to most attractions and work sites we visited. The room was reasonably clean and large enough for a family of 4. The pool was in extremely poor shape. There were cracks in the bottom of the pool and the lights were broken/recessed into the sides of the pool. The on-site staff was fine, but the Customer Service center was in […] India and was useless. They couldn't answer simple questions if the questions deviated from the script they read from. When we got to our room, there were plastic wrappers and garbage left over from the previous guests. The ice machine in our freezer did not work, and there is not another one on the premises. Our car was hit in the parking lot, even though we parked right next to the door under a light, and there were no cameras to record it. The hotel was in a good location. It was efficient, the price was right so it worked for us. The room we stayed in did have an odor, smelt like curry. There was no room-maid service; your pretty much on your own here. We did eat at the Rose and Crown Tavern across the road, the best primerib sandwich ever! There is a CVS pharmacy next door which is […] convenient. We went there to scope out property, it put us smack in the middle of Symrna, Marietta, Buckhead, and Sugar Hill was only 25 mins north. Super customer service and location as well but the staff really make you feel welcome and even appreciated.

Check in process is extremely slow. Staff is friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Some rooms are updated while others are not. Good location near 75 and 285.

The front desk clerks seem to be everywhere but at the front desk. Both at check in and check out I had to wait around for the Clerk to show up. The maintenace and cleanliness of the room left a lot to be deisred. There was no trash can in the room. And the Air Conditioning unit cover fell off when it was bumped. the clerk upon check-out was rude and seemed like she was inconvenienced by everyone she had contact with, however checking out with another clerk was much better. the room was reeking of a moth ball smell that hit you in the face when you entered it. the fridge was in disrepair. one night was too many.

Small kitchen area (pots, pans, cups..included for use). Spacious bathroom. Dvd player. Had sleeper sofa, but we didn't try it out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean. Places to eat and a CVS very near to hotel. It was 17 minutes from downtown Atlanta but it was a straight shot...for the price well worth it. There was a burn spot on the […] carpet where it seems someone dropped a hot iron but that was no big deal. I would stay again. Mehr

This hotel is located in a great neighborhood and only a few minutes from downtown Atlanta. The only thing I didn't like was that breakfast is not offered on the weekend and that was one of the main reasons I selected this hotel. It worked out well though because there are tons of restaurants nearby.

I booked this hotel because they listed the room with a king bed and a fold out sofa. When I asked the clerk, what the trick was to get pull out the sofa, she explained how to pull it out. Inexpensive but it needs a lot of TLC. Garbage and cigarette butts piled up around the grounds. The pool is locked unitl 9:00 AM and closes at 9:00 PM. I would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Overall, it was a great room for the money. However, their add says free breakfast and coffe. They did not say that it wasn't available on weekends. They also did not have room service on the weekend.

We needed a place to catch a few hours of sleep as we were passing through and found this hotel. Price seemed ok. Upon entering the first room we found a roach the size of Texas on the wall.

My only issue is the heating/cooling unit. It is either on or off, there is no thermostat to control the temperature and automatically control the unit. That means the room is either too cool or too warm much of the time. It is very quiet which is a bit surprising given that it is fairly full. They didn't tell us we needed to fill out a form to get room service so we went 4 days with no room service. The air conditioner leaked so the rug was soaking wet all the time. The best thing about this place was the TGIFridays across the street.

Great hotel, room even had pots and pans. We stayed for one week so we used the stove a couple of times. The fridge and coffee maker came in handy, even a microwave! We did not use the toaster or the dvd player but overall the room was very cozy and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was very friendly, great area, clean room and grounds. […] I even got a jump from the maintenance man one day so I could drive my car to the shop for a new battery! The room set-up was very nice, however there were some aging, aesthtic problems. They could use a little paint, a little sprucing up, but nothing major. In fact we hope to stay there again. The staff was exceptionally nice & friendly...is very convieniently located next to restaurants, attractions, etc. Was a GREAT deal!
