Relativ zufrieden mit Allem. Das Zimmer stank ziemlich stark als wir es das erste Mal betreten haben; wir haben gelüftet und es wurde besser. Handtücher hatten Rostflecken. Bad war sauber wenn auch nicht frisch renoviert, dennoch im guten Zustand. Frühstück war von der Auswahl her super, nur kein "Continental breakfast" erwarten, es war eher amerikanisch […] mit Waffeln, Doughnuts, Muffins, Frühstücksflocken, Toast, Bagels usw. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und bietet einen Shuttlebus-Service. Für eine Nacht ist es absolut zweckmässig, da sehr preiswert und gut gelegen für Transferpassagiere. Absolut guter Service durch ein überaus freundliches Personal.

Room was ok, but everything had an older feel and carpet looked really worn. Looked like the room needed a cleaning all the way to the walls. Same thing with the hallways. Did not feel like an upscale hotel at all. Better than the Microtel down the street, but not by a lot.

Came for Flyers game, very convenient to arena, friendly staff, clean room.

We are not big travlers and were a little concerned about finding the right place to stay. This was a great place, the staff went out of their why to be friendly and the location to the airport was wonderful. Ruby Tuesday was across the street and the shuttle service was great!

This hotel has a great staff! Always friendly, always smiling, and greeting, and ready to help with anything. The lady at the front desk helped my wife with transportation recommendations. They supplied a working refrigerator when needed, and solved a TV problem very quickly. The breakfast supply was well stocked, and serviced by a very friendly and […] professional staff. Our only complaint was that the room wasn't as clean as we expected. There was a left over oreo cookie from the previous guest on the floor. 1. The hotel desk required us to book online to get the slightly cheaper online rate 2. It took a long time to get the hotels.com booking to get faxed to the hotel desk and we had to call hotels.com for help 3. Our first room was actually occupied and we then had to go back to the desk to get the correct room number and keys.

The woman that checked us in was rude. She was yelling on the phone at other guests who had missed the bus to the hotel from the airport. The hotel needs to be renovated. Breakfast was okay and the staff at the desk the following morning was much friendlier.

This was the fourth time I've stayed at this hotel. Great location to access the sports complex on Broad Street, easy on/off access to I95 and other interstates. Staff is extremely polite and helpful!

This hotel wasn't terrible, but it wasn't that great either. We wanted to take our kids to the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia so we looked for a hotel with a pool. We arrived to a warm room that we never did get to cool. We ran the A/C all night in February. The room was clean, but cracked bathroom tile and a small TV was less than I expected. […] The worst part was taking my kids to the pool. It was open, but freezing. Either the pool was not heated, or the heater was broken. I would have stayed in a less expensive hotel had I known this. My kids were very disappointed as am I. We won't be staying there again. The lobby was very small and check in took a very long time. When we got to the room it was ok but the beds were very old and the bathroom door wouldn't close. We heard slamming doors and running.loud talking in the halls until 3AM. The pool was tiny and packed with people.. breakfast was the same with a very limited selection so we went out to breakfast. […] Dinning options are limited in the area and the Ruby Tuesdays in the park lot was packed and had a 2 hour wait so plan accordingly. The only issue I had with my stay is we need extra towels and called the front desk and they told us to come and get them ourselves. I thought that was strange.

There is a Ruby Tuesday just across the way from the hotel but since I'm not a big fan of that restaurant the lack of restaurants was drawback. The front desk did have a list of local restaurants which was great. the list described the restaurants and provided phone numbers. so that was really helpful.

Comfortable beds and clean room at a reasonable price. Convenient to I-95.

Close to Philadelphia by car. Clean, Spacious, Comfortable. Would stay again.

front desk, breakfast staff very pleasant, hotel room was spotless, beds comfy, free breakfast was good, free parking close to wells fargo center for the game, will deff use hotel again when i return for future events.

We stayed at this hotel on the way out of Philadelphia and when we came back. It is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service that takes about ten minutes to get you to/from the airport. The room was very reasonable and was clean. The rooms are very minimalist, however, and have little by way of furniture or decoration. Also, it had […] no refrigerator, which was not necessarily an issue for us. The biggest thing that we appreciated was the hotel staff. They were bright, happy, and helpful. The shuttle driver took me to WaWa after dropping off my girlfriend at the hotel to get a sandwich. Mind you this was at 1 am in the snow. They went out of their way. I would recommend this to any person as a quick utilitarian stay. Mehr

The rooms were great and the breakfast was much better than any we've had at similar hotels. The proximity to a family restaurant across the street was also greatly appreciated.

Greae place to stay. Within a mile of my reason for being there. Very clean, very friendly even to Steeler fans. Great breakfast. Thought the airport would be noisy but never heard a thing. Very convenient to the interstates. Highly recommend!

The bathroom floor was very sticky. There were several types of hair on the floor. The carpet was not vacuumed well. I was not impressed with this hotel for the price I paid.

The room was clean but the beds were a little softer than I would like. Our stay was comfortable and would recommend the Fairfield to others.

Our one comforter had disturbing stains on it. The continental breakfast was good. The front desk receptions were very nice. Convenient location to the airport and highways.

Great hotel with comfortable beds and very helpful and friendly staff. I really enjoyed this place. Free parking and internet with access to two computers at all times. The continental breakfast was very nice. I would definitely stay there again. We rented a car for 2 days and it was in a convenient location with easy access to everything.

Liked being close to airport since I arrived after 11pm. It was a little hard to find but finally my friend found it...Yea

The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great...refreshing. There was one staff person, I think, Denise, who was terrific. She told us about a tour of Philly and even made our reservations for us. The breakfast was delicious...hot and plentiful. I would highly recommend Fairfield Inn to EVERYO […] NE. Mehr
