Candlewood Suites Wichita - Northeast - Wichita

Perfect for the longer than usual stay in Wichita. The room was like my first apartment, except better. Rock Rd. and everything I needed was only half a mile away. I would stay there again, next time

Very nice hotel for the price. The room and the facility were well cared for and I will stay again when traveling through this part of the country.

This hotel was terrible.. It didn't look anything like the pics online. Never was an attendant at the desk to assist. When we walked in to check in, it was late, and the attendant answered the phone and said she would be right there. We waited in the little, small, closed in lobby for her to come and unlock the door. I finally sat on the floor, becuase […] we were waiting so long for her to come open the door. Get in the room and the sink in the kitchen is very nasty. Room wasn't clean at all. Phone didn't work, went to front desk again, and no one was there for assistance. I stayed in the room for 3 nights and never was my room clean, linen wasn't changed. I never saw a cleaning staff on duty. If you have dirty towels, you have to take them to the front desk to get more. Room was not up to standards.. AT ALL. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Mehr

Clean Kitchen with functional appliances

Close to med services and room was equipped for one with accessibility issues. Room was set-up for extended stays which we did not need, but see how it would be a real blessing to someone who had an extended stay.

The stay at this hotel was quiet and comfortable. Room was as expected. Hotel was though quite a ways up north and very few things (restuarants or stores) around it.

I was very satisfied and delighted to find that the room was so clean and comfortable. I have stayed at a lot of hotels this past summer and I have finally found the perfect place. This hotel is very self-service oriented, which is what I was looking for on this particular trip. The only time I did not want this was when checking in or out. We waited twenty minutes for someone to come to the desk, even though we pressed the help button. To be fair, the woman who helped us was very nice. She just seemed to be the only person who […] worked there. I saw her cleaning rooms as well as working at the desk. I suppose this cuts operating costs, but I was really glad I did not have an appointment to make. As long as you know to allow time for this process, the hotel is a good and inexpensive choice.
