Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Aurora - Aurora

We stayed this hotel for one night at our work trip. It was fantastic. Room was very clean and it has all amenity microwave,refrigerator,free wireless complimentary perfect breakfast. We want to stay here again. I definitely recommend to stay here. You won't regret it.

The bed was so soft I felt like I was falling off of it! One day they did not clean and the pool was cold as well as the hot tub.

The Quality of this hotel I rated a 1, while checking in I had explain to the desk clerk that my room was already paid in full per online and I had my confirmation receipt as proof, the desk clerk decline to see my confrimation receipt, instead the desk clerk requested my cc and id, when I decline,to submit my cc, the desk clerk stated the cc would […] only be process for securtiy purposes- Once I've gotten to my room I rec'd a message that the desk clerk had charge my cc AGAIN for my full stay!!!! When I had already told her that my room was paid already per online, it was such a mix up! I was so upset the desk clerk then had to contact her manager because she didn't know how to override the 2nd payment and then all proof including my receipts that the desk clerk decline had to be fax over to my bank to remove the 2nd payment which took 6 hrs to remove the 2nd payment from my account, I feel I was not accom'dated for this by the hotel staff, Suggestions to staff- when a customers states that they have paid for there hotel stay online and has proof, please accept the information before charging their cc for the 2nd time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a nice hotel. My only complaint would be that breakfast was less than we'd have hoped. We ate somewhere else.

I chose this hotel since it was close to a meeting that I attended. The chain is owned and operated by Marriott and the hotel was clean, fully equipped and competantly managed. Personnel were friendly and helpful and the rate, which included breakfast was reasonable. The food was good. I enjoyed the pool.

Nice hotel. Nice restaurants nearby. A little further away from the airport than I thought, but all in all I would recommend this hotel.

Our stay was excellent! This is a non-smoking hotel, which was AWESOME! It is very clean and updated. Our only problem was the refrigerator did not work when we got there. We contacted the front desk and they had a replacement there within the hour. They have an excellent Continental Breakfast. Very nice clean hotel, quiet rooms, good breakfast, recommended.

The staff was friendly and bent over backwards to be of help. The room was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

The setting could not be more generic, on the edge of a freeway onramp, but it was not hard to get on freeway from there and staff made it pleasant. Bed was super comfortable, desk chair a good touch, free breakfast, wifi, fridge, micro, and indoor POOL and spa were my fave features. My reason to pick the site was the pool the price but water was too […] chilly. Spa was nice and made up for it. Small sunning area off pool is a nice addition in 75 degree weather in Denver in March (while home was in 50's). Maintenance guy was great, set up pool for me as favor, breakfast hostess super friendly and helpful. Roll-in shower and backed shower bench in unit were a bonus for those in need, had good access layout. Only wishes were extra blanket and 2nd day coffee pot refill, neither of which I ever did request. And extra top step in spa. Mehr

I'm pretty picky when it comes to hotels - i enjoyed my stay and slept really well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful - and had warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. Great!

Lots of young people there this time. Usually an older group stays at this hotel. Hotel was not noisy but the pool area was very crowded with many young (teen-age or younger) kids.

I wasnt too blown away by this place. First off, when I got to my room there was a live wasp in the room that I had to kill. That just made me feel like this wasnt going to be a good stay. There were alot of noisy people there also. I dont think I could give this place another chance.

it was a great hotel but way too far from where we was planning to be at. It says 5 miles from the address we typed in and guess what it ended up to be another 25mins away!! so unhappy with that. Everything was nice we had the last room in the hall so it next to the stair way; kinda loud but thank goodness no kids was running up and down at night. over […] all enjoyed it. Mehr

The hotel was very clean, staff all very nice and very responsive. Continental breakfast was anything but, worlds above your typical danish and coffee. It was much more than I expected for the price. Very easy to find, convenient to I-225. I would definitely recommend.

tres bon petit dej ch confortables mas il n y a pas de frigo et c'est un peu dommage hotel situé à 25 min de denver et 25 Min du centre ville

Les lits sont confortables, bon accueil, hotel, à 25 min de l 'aeroport mais tres facile à reperer apres 13 h d'avion et 8 h de decalage ne pas se baser sur l 'itinéraire de "michelin" iil nous méne à la street HARVARD. au lieu avenue HARVARD heusement nous sommes sur un homme tres sympa qui nous aguidé...
