Each night the idiot in the room next to mine had his radio on from 3am to 5am and so I woke up and could not get to sleep for that time. On 2 mornings I had tepid water in the shower........... not my idea of fun! I did complain the first time and they said they would fix it but the next day the water was again barely lukewarm.... My stay at the Travel Lodge was a good experience in the over all picture. Lovely lobby, great staff, the rooms were clean and modern. My only complaint is that they stop offering free coffee too early. They put everything away too early and don't leave the coffee out the whole morning. the pool temperature was nice. But the sauna didn't really work. except […] for that; good hotel for the price, great location, nice staff ! Would definately recommend it and WILL stay there the next time I"m in town. Mehr

Hotel guest service friendly. Hotel itself needs major renovations..outdated. Room was clean very friendly cleaning staff greeted us in morning. Guest services was good however little issue with parking did not verify which room I was in and gave me room key with out checking if I was the person in the room. Attaching restaurant Casey's awful customer […] service..even with manager. Wait staff unorganized not friendly...kept making excuses that flight was cancelled that why they are disorganized. For breakfest it was not managed properly and letting customers know their frustrations very unprofessional. Very disappointing. Ovearll hotel and restaurant needs a fresh new look and better management. Understand this is near airport and many travellers stay for one or two nights and are off to catch flight..but poor representation of brand. For price..it was ok but would not stay their again. I remember years ago it was such a good place ..but needs a major revamp. Mehr

Convenient location and reasonable price make this a hotel that can be recommended. Able to park your car and include it in your vacation package. If all you are using the hotel for is maybe a 12 hr stay--a place to sleep prior to or after a flight--and don't expect any frills then you won't be disappointed. Rooms are definitely in need of a makeover. […] Lobby area is nice. Casey's Restaurant is in the hotel and serves great meals. The little store is handy for snacks and toileteries. Mehr

No matter how convenient or comfortable a hotel's physical environment, when friendly service is lacking, it undermines the traveller's experience. If the hotel staff were willing to learn, all they would have to do is observe how welcoming the staff is at the adjacent Casey's Restaurant. Hotel staff could not have been less welcoming, less accommodating, […] less outgoing or less friendly. This was not a one-time visit or a one-time experience at this airport hotel. Mehr

The maintenance of the room & the cleanliness could be improve. We have to run the hot water for half an hour before we shower. J & J

The 1st night at 4:45am a horrible sound woke me up... it lasted about 45 sec and then it happened again 3 min later... then again 15 min later... I don't know what it was but it was like a loud trumpet through the hotel. Then when I took my shower in the morning the water while turned up to it's hotest was all but lukewarm... not pleasant!

Comfortable, nice and clean room.

close to the airport, rooms were fine. we took a shuttle in the am. got a wake up call. it was fine

Checked in - quick and simple, moved into room, 4th floor - older furnishings, no Fridge, old TV, - I can over look those room luxuries - but in the morning NO HOT Water for a Cold Shower. The hotel changed my room - no problem - moved to 10th floor to a refirbished room, 52 " Flat Screen, newer furnishings, working fridge and Hot water.? Not sure why […] they never gave me the nicer room to start with. I wouldn't have known any better had I not had any problems. So don't be afraid to request an upgrade ! Mehr

Very clean, pleasant for what you pay. Although the light in the bathroom didn't work and I called them to change it but they never did. Overall, it's good

The Good: Although clean, this hotel is in need of an update, the location was good for my needs and the free shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated. Overall the room was quiet and they have a very good restaurant on site. The not so good: The staff really needs to put on a happy face and listen to the customer. The attendant I dealt […] with twice treated me like an annoyance, rather than a customer. The toilet ran constantly, wasting water and creating lots of irritating noise. I was told they would take a look at it, but nothing was done over two days. The key here is price...Over $50.00 less than any hotel in the immediate area, so I guess I got what I paid for. Mehr

The hotel was closely situated to the airport and the free shuttle was convenient. There was no hot water in the morning for showers, with no real explanation as to why. Otherwise, service was good and the room was clean.

Location is not at all convenient and you are charged to park. Front desk staff are not very friendly. Cleaning people are very accomodating, but not the front desk.

The receptionist on duty was very courteous .. made it easy to not have a credit card which sometimes can be an issue at hotels . Would stay again Pamela

good morning just wanted to thank the staff in house keeping for storing my mispalce itemms and returning them to me on my return visit oustanding customer service

the hotel stay was quite comfortable...we are coffee drinkers and the only thing is when you wake up and their is two of you one bag of coffee is not enough.....considering you can only get coffee down stairs until 8 o clock after that you have to buy at the restaurant...... thats about the only thing I can say...thankyou...

So pretty much the hotel looked great from the outside even the lobby and elevator were nice then you get to the room and gross!!! The florrs were stained everything is dated. Disgusting!

We needed a quiet room and a good bed and that was provided. Bathrooms need some cosmetic repair and had no cold water in sink, but was being looked after upon check-out.

Regular shuttle service to and from the airport. Comfortable rooms - mini gym and swimming pool. Good value for money.

The price I paid for this hotel was fair. The location was great. I stayed here for a few days as I wanted to spend time with my wife. Overall,a good hotel :)

I spent two nights at the Travelodge while in town for a sporting event. The hotel is clean and the staff extremely pleasant. Check-in took only a few minutes and the room I was assigned was large and very clean. The room I was in was dated but comfortable and functional. A mini fridge would be a good addition but they have ice and vending machines […] plus a little store with cold drinks. For being at the airport the hotel was very quiet and as a single woman I felt safe with the well lit lobby and secured parking. Very close to highways, restaurants, and shopping. Great rates and pet friendly ($25/stay). I would definitely stay again. Mehr

Only two flat pillows,old towels,Well i thought my eyes were decieving me but it was true I got back to my room tired w/ the wife and kids from a wedding @ 1:30 am and my room was not cleaned and when u have kids especially little ones it is not the service that u want so i went downstairs and found no one @ the desk so i rang the bell and some rude […] guy comes running out and says do not ring the bell,so i said the bell is their for a reason right jerk,so the end result was they did not clean my room and we went to sleep w/ no clean towels to shower with and during check out they did not give us any money back,so i do not reccomend this dirty poor service hotel it sucks. Although we were in a non-smoking room, the smell of tobacco was everywhere. Would not go back, not worth the price they charged us. Never again.

Great price for the night. Lobby very impressive, however the rooms and the floors need some renovating. Great location and convienient for airport departures/arrivals.

we want to change the rooms from smoking to non-smoking because the rooms are really smelly. even though they have the rooms available, they do not want to help you, really bad service and untrusted.

It"s close to the airport and the price is right. Nice clean rooms and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Whenever we travel through Toronto we always stay here and we will continue to stay here.

Nicely situated and convenient for air travelling. The shuttle service to and from the airport is a plus.

The Travelodge next to Pearson Airport was such a great experience. The staff were so accomodating from providing toothbrush/paste, affordable parking during our travel including amazing shuttle bus to the airport 24/7 every half hour. We got back in Toronto at 2:30am due to flight delay and the shuttle bus was right on time to take us back to the hotel […] quickly, so we could get back home right away. Mehr

Very well situated to the airport with plenty of resturants near by. Only down point was the $15 a night parking charge. Seems pretty steep and kinda nixed the excellent price per night.

The hotel is in a good spot but the parking was a bit of a nuissance. It should be explained to you when you go to make a reaservation.

Had a good time in this Travelodge mainly because it was so easy to get to with or without a gps at hand (just follow the little airplane icon). Although the carpet does feel a little mucky, for the price/night and the cleanliness of the beds and the room overall, it was a steal.

this hotel was easy to find and check in was uneventful and quick. parking was very convenient and reasonable at $12.00 per night. The room was fine, room was clean, bed comfortable, table and chairs and tv need upgrading. the bathroom was large and had everything required but in need of an upgrade especially the control for the shower. plenty of hot […] water but the control was aged and difficulate to regulate. overall the room was adequate and the price was right;a small fridge would have been appreciated. convenient to where we wanted to be. we faced the airport and the kids enjoyed watching the planes land and take off, expecially at night. high speed internet was very fast and included. i would stay there again and would recommend it to others. This is the second time this summer that we've stayed at the Travelodge for convenience but let me tell you... If you don't ask questions at the front desk whatever you do, do not assume anything... Usually incidentals cover everything that can be charged to your room; ie; room service, long distance calls, etc... but what you're not told is that if […] you do not have a credit card for incidentals purposes you cannot charge any room service from the Casey's restaurant even if you put down a $40.00 cash deposit. We had only ordered three drinks which was $9.75 under our deposit amount. The waiter had to come back to our room when we had company and my husband had to leave our company to go and get cash from the ATM machine in the lobby. When we checked out the clerk at the front desk said that we had a charge to our room from the Casey's restaurant. Like what the heck! First you're told from the waiter we can't charge our food to the room then you check out and they charged our room! On top of that for the second time now the Jacuzi wasn't working again... Was there in June, not working, was there this month and still not working. So hopefully this can be resolved because we have to go to Etobicoke once a month and the Travelodge is the closest and most affordable for our budget! Mehr

This is a good hotel, the rooms, interior of the hotel are good for the price. My only trouble is the parking lot. You have to pay to park there, which is fine, but then the gates to get in and out didn't work. It's a joke. You're supposed to use your door key card to open the gates, but then it didn't work! Then charge $12CAD a day for it? It was very […] annoying. So, good hotel, ridiculous parking. Mehr
