I only stayed two nights, but the teeny weeny coffee maker was utterly insufficient. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER stay for an extended period in a place with a puny coffee maker. If you won't put a decent one in every room, at least have a couple at the front desk to supply to those who want decent coffee facilities in their room.

The hotel was very clean, but the policies were confusing. I stayed 5 nights, and should not have had my room cleaned per the policy spelled out several places in the room. However, it was cleaned anyway. This is not a complaint, just confusing. While cookware is provided, I recommend bringing your own. The only real complaint that I have about the […] place is that one of the desk staff was completely inattentive. I had to wait several minutes at the desk while she was busy texting. Mehr

The room was clean and fine but the hallways were filthy. Also even though this was hotel was suppose to have everything necessary for an "extended stay", they were lacking coffee filters and a hair dryer which almost all hotels now provide.

When we entered the hotel, the check in area and the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke covered by air freshener. When we entered our room, the floor in the kitchenette was sticky. I checked the bed and found several hairs in the sheets. Surprisingly, the bathroom was very clean. Apparently, this hotel offer very few basic services: no wake-up call; […] we had to request toilet paper; we had to take out your own trash and put it in a room that has an extremely foul smell; our room was never cleaned while we were there--we stayed 4 nights. If we didn't run the exhaust fan in the bathroom 24/7, our bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. I have certainly paid less to stay in a hotel that was cleaner and offered more services than this! Great weekend rates--close to restaurants--right off the highway--nice room layout, has all the conveniences of home-fridge, etc

I though I would splurge on a kitchenette but the room had smoke-smelling sheets and ants. Glad I didn't have an extended stay.

Clean good deal.

When I first arrived for my two-night stay, I was given a room with shabby, outdated furniture that smelled strongly of urine. I had no problem getting another room, and the front-desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice stay.

I was in town for several days and was glad to get a fully-equipped suite for a decent price. The room had everything I needed and I was able to make most of my meals there, which was my goal as it allowed me to eat good food on my schedule. We stayed two nights. Reception and receptionist were kind, clean and helpful, but the room was a total disappointment. The room was a smoking room, and smoking smell was really heavy. The fridge was noisy, and air con was old, updated and very noisy as well. Windows were broken, and we were not able to open them. The sheets and the overall room was […] so smelly that one of my friend (asthmatic suffer) had to take a ventoline dose. I put my personal towel on the bed not to smell the cigarette odor. We needed a back up place to stay during some home remodeling. The staff was attentive, kind and very helpful. Would recommend it.

This was the first time we had ever stayed at an ESA. I will have to say that the hotel exceeded my expectations for the price we paid for the rooom. I was a little skeptical going in, but was pleasantly suprised at the huge room, and kitchen area. I WAS disappointed at the bathroom cleaniness......the toilet and shower area needed a good scrubbing.....but […] it wasn't bad enough not to want to shower or use the toilet. Mehr

Being in the food trade, the appliances are a handy option, especially with a full size refrigerator/freezer. Along with the option to cook , there are enough eatery's in the area. In Vino Wine Bar has a great Sunday Happy Hour. Panera Bread is next door to that, all within a short walk from the hotel. Easy access to the freeway as well. My only complaint was that the pillows were too small. Suggest you bring your own. Otherwise everything wasa fine.

The room was clean & comfortable at a good price. My only complaints were, there was no coffee maker in my room & a piece of the counter top molding was missing.

Was a bit concerned when I saw 2 less then stellar reviews a few days after I had booked the room, but everything was just fine. We had none of the issues reported in the prior reviews.

The hotel offered nothing extra. There was no soap or shampoo. The first thing I normally do when I arrive is use the restroom. But I had to dig through my bag to find some soap to wash my hands. The hotel was clean and quiet.

This Hotel was very easy to find "From the Highway" but it was very hard to find its front door from the main street. But we found it after turning around three times.

Room infested with ants. No maid service although repeated requests were made. Litter in hallway. No cookware or dishes in room. Had to continually make requests. Front desk very courteous however cleaning staff surly and unavailable. garbage in elevators, stains and ragged carpet in halls.
