One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, particularly in this category. All employees are extremely friendly, professional and committed, working hard to give the traveler the feeling of home away from home. Spacious, clean and well equipped rooms, great facilities, outstanding breakfast at more than reasonable price.

Das Hotel war ausgesprochen erfreulich. Beeinträchtigt wurde der Besuch zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur durch einen großen Umbau (Renovierung), der das gesamte Erdgeschoss zur Baustelle machte. Nachdem aber im Vorfeld deutlich darauf hingewiesen wurde und der Preis entsprechend angepasst, war dies kein wirkliches Problem.

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Stadt, 15 min. Zu Fuß nach Downtown Mitte. Das Hotel ist einfach, hat alles was man so braucht. Die. Zimmer sind alle neu renoviert und verfügen über zwei Räume mit jeweils einen Flachbildschirm Fernseher. Das Frühstück ist ein Continental Breakfast mit angegliedertes Küche, wo frische Eier aller Art angeboten wird. Zusätzlich Würstchen und Bacon, french Toast und Pfannkuchen. Im Allem kann man das Hotel mit guten Gewissen empfehlen, wenn man einen 3 bis 4 Sterne Hotel sucht. Kleines Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool und Sauna ist vorhanden, ist aber ein wenig schwierig hinzukommen, da es sich direkt im Erdgeschoss, neben dem Restaurant und Hotel Eingang. Ein Umziehen ist im Schwimmbad fast nicht möglich. Nach Benutzung kann man nass ins Zimmer gehen. Das Hotel verfügt noch über einen Fitnessraum mit modernen Geräten und einen freiverfügbaren PC-Raum mit 2 Arbeitsplätze, freien Internet, Drucker und Scanner. Ich kann das Hotel mit guten Gewissen empfehlen. Die Sanierungsarbeiten sind bereits zu 98% beendet. Shuttle zum Airport ist kostenfrei, muss aber bestellt werden.

Check in was efficient and staff very courteous. The room was clean and well provided. I missed the free Wi-Fi , otherwise a very present stay.
"Good value overall"
The hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean. They do not provide shampoo in the rooms, it seems. So check before you jump in the shower. I am probably being picky here but I was a bit annoyed by the fact that there was no easy way to keep the curtain in place when I turned the fan (and heat) on. The unit was located just below the window and it had […] a tendency to swing the curtain up making the inside of the room clearly visible from the parking lot outside. I had to remedy the situation by putting one of shoes over the curtain on the window ledge. Also,, there was no place to get any food near by after 11 PM. Overall, it is a clean and reasonably priced place and I will stay here again in the future if I get a good rate. Mehr
"It's a nice place to stay"
It said it comes with a pass for a nearby exercise place but when you ask for it they say they no longer offer it. Rooms don't come with hair dryers but you can ask for one at the desk and they will provide it. It has a laundramat. No hot tub, swimming pool, or other facilities. "EXCELLENT PRICE, THEY CARRY OUT PROMISES!"
I love this hotel, the management, the location, and all of the amentieis that are offered at such a great rate, the only thing I would ask is that RUDE people dont travel and stay at hotels, leave your stupid dogs at home, and dont jump on beds in the middle of the night, but all those things are other rude inconsiderate people not the hotel. "Hotel Ghetto SLC Utah"
I paid for a non smoking room, however my room reaked of cigarette smell, air quality was really poor. There was dog poop, empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all over on the property outside. The parking lot was not safe at night. The couch in the entrance door of lobby was so filthy and stained I would not have ever sat on that couch. "management and price cant be beat"
The management at this hotel really go out of their way to make you feel like you are at your home away from home here. The accomodations are almost perfect (dishsoap could be left in the room for the dishes) and another towel or two would be nice too. but as far as this place having a wonderful kitchen and stove for preparing meals, the cleanliness […] of the room, the courtesy of the management and the staff cant be beat for the price. Nice kitchenette. Bed was hard but amazingly comfortable. I slept well. Very quiet. No shampoo or hair dryer in room. I had to get dressed again and go get some at the front desk. In the a.m. no one was at the desk until 7 and my paranoid husband wouldn't let me leave the keys and hair dryer in the room, so I had to wait for someone to get to work.
Great Location. Close to lots of shops and freeway
This hotel is crap! They have no pool, they have no DVD players-- their TV is tiny and their cable blows-- We had to leave early because they shut off the water- The staff was not very sharp either and not very nice-- The bathroom was messy and I even found a bunch of long black hairs in my towels-- and i have blonde hair...GROSS! I would NEVER stay […] at this hotel again no matter what price it is and I would NOT recommend this to a friend...in fact, I wish I could get my money back! Mehr

"Run down and poorly maintained"
The location was great but the room condition and services were sparse. The other clients had barking dogs plus the room hd no shampoo and cooking tools in the kitchen. Ihad to go back to as for soap, scrubbers and supplies to cookthe food I purchased.
"Just OK enough"
Stinky hallways, clean room, safe neighborhood. This place was just "enough" for room's minimal cost. I'd stay here again if I was looking to save money on a quick place to sleep. Definitely not somewhere I'd want to spend much time or recommend to anyone not equally thrifty.

We had to move rooms becuase our non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The new room although told it had new paint and furnitings it was not much better. Still smelled like smoke. The staff there really cared about my daughter's medical condition and made sure her stay was as comfortable as possible. She still needs more testing but their willingness to make her comfortable was wonderful.

We came for a ski trip and the location was convenient and the cost much less than resort lodging. The kitchenette is a plus but be aware that although food stores are nearby you will need a car to stock your kitchen. "economical in convenient Midvale locale"
The extended stay is quite old but clean and economical. It is very close to various stores and restaurants in the Union Park area and right down the street to I215 access.
room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pipes/plumbing were noisy.

"Good Value, a bit hard to find..."
Good Value. A couple of things fell short. TV remote did not work well, took staff a couple of trys to resolve the problem , Finaly with a brand new remote which worked. Staff was nice, but it did require multiple visits to the front desk. Barbeque grill is not useable and should be removed. They should not tel you there is one if it is not in working […] order. A Certain employee was a little rude, and kind of had a sarcastic attitude when I had made the the mistake of checking in way to early. But as I returned to check in at the right time, the person was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed our stay, liked the fact to have a fridge for my kids food and snacks.
