It was just what I needed. It was very short noticed and your service was great.

Good value for the money. Nice little kitchen. Easy to find.

Overall, the hotel was fine. Nothing special, but a good deal for your money and convenient for getting downtown. My only problem was that when we arrived to check in, I walked in and another woman was also waiting. She said she'd been waiting for five minutes with no way to contact a concierge (no bell, buzzer, etc). I had to get creative and call […] the hotel's number to get somebody down to the front desk. Checking in an hour after check in begins doesn't seem unreasonable to me, you'd think they'd have somebody there. Oh well, other than that it was a nice place to stay for a quick overnight trip to Houston. Mehr

The room was nice clean -- very quiet. Not from the area so not sure about surrounding neighborhood.--- I loved having the kitchenette!!!- great

The first room they put me in had standing water in the bathroom and the room carpet was soaking wet. The front desk clerk told me that the hotel was fully booked and he could not move me to another room. After discussion, he put me in a smoking room which, as a non-smoker, I could not stay in. Then he moved me into the closest room to the freeway, […] which resulted in no sleep that night. Finally, on my second day, I was moved to an acceptable room. Hotel had bad odors in hall and in room. Only a small screen, ancient TV provided with limited channels. No wake up call service and a mickey mouse alarm clock radio that did not work.

great location to all clubs

I had to wait to check in because the clerk couldn't find any paperwork for the chap trying to check in before me. The customer had a confirmation number, but that didn't seem to help. The clerk had my paperwork, fortunately (I guess). I got to my room, put the key in the door, but it would only open a couple of inches. Through the crack I could see […] the television on. She'd given me the key to a room that was occupied. I was eventually given a key for a room that was unoccupied. The next morning, a worker knocked on the door with an iron, saying I asked for it. The hotel was on the level of a really bad motel 6. I had no idea it was that type of hotel. My room smelled like they had shampooed the carpet and not let it dry and it smelled horrible. The stopped in the tub wouldn't close so I couldn't take a bath. I fell in the elevator because the housekeeping staff mopped but didn't dry the floor or put up a […] warning sign to let me know it was wet. I will never stay at another extended stay again and don't recommend this location to anyone. Front desk folks were nice but very unprofessional in appearance. Mehr

The hardest beds I've ever slept on, makes motel 6 beds seem like clouds.

never stay in this hotels first floor handicap, the elevator is LOUD , and you will not sleep! When I told complained, 2 nights later I was able to spend a free night. wht they labeled as a non-smoking room was horrific... My last room was at the end of the hall, and teenagers hung out till 2am in the morning... If a hotel doesnt look nice others are […] not going to treat or behave nicely. Mehr

The location of the hotel is usually the controlling factor for my choices. I've used this hotel for business for three years in a row now and the experience is fairly consistent. This year I did have an issue with the smoke smells in my non-smoking room. The comforter and one of he pillows smelled as if they had been used as a cigarette filter. There […] was also an issue with the air conditioner control. The system kept switching off and on when I tried to set the thermostat. I resulted to turning the A/C way down during the day to cool the room and then just running the fan at night to have aif flow. From previous experience I've found that the staff can be a little over-protective if you have an issue with anything in the room so I decided to just deal with the problems this time around instead of asking for assistence. This is my second time to stay here & I was very pleased. The room was clean, very friendly staff & close to where I needed to be. Also very affordable compared to the other hotel close by. I would reccomend it.

This hotel is in contention for my worst stay ever due to smell of Asian cooking spices and stale smoke which gave the whole room a feeling of uncleanliness. Desk clerk loaned a bottle of spray, but it didn't help much. Also, the halls were noisy with several doors propped open. I won't stay there again.

Hotel should have the following kitchen supplies available: 1. bigger cooking pots (at least one) 2. a mixing bowl 3. table spoons 4. bigger soup bowls 5. TV guide

The hotel was located in a decent area. The room was clean and comfortable. I've stayed at other hotels in the same area for twice the cost and the room wasn't any better or worse. Good value...

There was long hair on the beds and in the bathroom. Toilet did not look all that clean. It look as though the room was just touched up instead of fully cleaned.

For where I needed to be, the location couldn't be beat. What I needed was a quiet place with easy access to the testing site. Although right beside the Southwest Freeway, it was very quiet. One of the things that I absolutely needed during my stay was internet access. My first room could not receive a signal and the signal in the second room was "very […] weak." I was under the stress of preparing for the bar and didn't want to move everything a third time so I decided to just deal with the weak signal and take my laptop to another location to upload my files each everning. There was also the problem of no hot water at anytime during my visit. Because of not wanting to deal with the desk staff to resolve this issue, I found it easier to shower at a local tennis facility. Mehr

Perfect location and very clean.

I always try to find an Extended Stay America hotel whenever I travel. For the price you can't beat it. The studio set up always makes for a roomier environment.
