The staff was very helpful and very friendly!!! It is great to know when you book a Hampton Inn you are going to get quality service and a quality room for a super price!! I always try to book Hampton wherever I go. Thank you for a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. Continental breakfast was good. Visiting relatives in Manayunk so was convenient without traveling on the Interstate. Would stay there again.

Near the Main Line. Attractive; clean; well appointed; excellent breakfast included; friendly, knowledgeable staff. What more can anyone want?

Curtains were poor - Too much light and we did not sleep well.

The staff where very friendly and helpful, The accomadations where pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice suprise, very tasty and fresh. I will definately stay at The Hampton Inn again and recommend them to my friends.

The staff were very friendly, personable, helpful, and knowlegable about the area and things to see and do. Felicia who checked us in was wonderful. She should get a raise. Thank you.

Hotel easy to find, very clean and has a friendly staff. Plenty of soft towels in lovely bathroom, but no place to hang them. We had 2 full size beds with lovely linens, but mattress was soft. Exercise room, yes, tiny in size, free weights, no. We asked directions to the nature path across the street, pleasantly given, but difficult to find due to lack […] of specifics. You cannot assume that out of towners will know what you mean by 'oh, just across the street'. Breakfast is not recommended. Rating: 1-, egg omelette like cardboard, buttermilk biscuits cold, juice tasteless. Coffee was good. With a poor breakfast like this, who would even dare to go to Ruby Tuesdays next door for any meals if this is a sample of their fare? So, if you don't mind a soft mattress, an awful breakfast and no place to go green because there are no hooks to hang and dry your towels, then go for it. Over rated and over priced. I already told friends in the area that I would not recommend the Hampton Inn at Plymouth Meeting, Pa. Mehr

great for the price considering that had so much for breakfast. It is the 2nd time stying over and we really like it. The beds are comfortable but the sink was a little not so good...the water took time to go down.

Overall a very nice hotel that I would recommend. There is however one thing: the breakfast is just horrible.

The Hampton Inn honored our request for an early check-in, we arrived at noon and our room was ready!

The hotel was OK, but way too hot. The air conditioning did not work very well.

We were visiting my grandson at Haverford College. The hotel was absolutely wonderful with an exceptional breakfast. It was a very easy access from I-76 at exit 18-B and a red light at the end of the hotel made right or left turns great. I will reserve with them the next time we come and would recommend it to anyone.

I felt frustrated by my experience at this hotel from check-in because they wanted a credit card to ensure any damages could be compensated. We negotiated a cash deposit instead, but I was told that it could not be returned to me at check-out, but would rather be mailed to me. There were no forms or verifications at any time and I felt treated as a […] second-class guest just because I don't want to use a credit card. I loved the room- it was spacious, had a beautiful bedspread, sink and shower. The toilet was broken. It was easy to fix, by taking the back off and rehooking the chain. No real problem. Just kind of annoying. The first time back to the room after we'd dropped our stuff off, we realized the door had been mostly closed but not latched or locked. In order to latch and lock the door, one had to yank the door shut multiple times. Unfortunately it still made a pleasant click when closing even though it wasn't latching on its own. Ready for a luxurious shower to wash the fuss away, we turned the water on... for five minutes... and it never got hot. Or warm enough to be a reasonably relaxing, i-just-paid-for-this, please-let-it-work kind of experience. I was just about to give up and call the desk when it finally got warm. The breakfast is absolutely not worth showing up for. It's best to get your own fruit and yogurt and whatever and keep it in the fridge in your room. Even if you can deal with all the kids running around sizzling themselves on the waffle makers and so on, their buffet makes a continental breakfast sound far preferable. To be clear, the hotel staff was courteous, helpful, friendly, and respectful. From the experience I had I interpret the problem to be at the corporate level. But if they think they don't need my business if I don't have a credit card, I have no problem helping them out with that. Mehr

I hear that the Hampton Inn is a very expensive hotel. However, I paid a low price compared to other hotels on Hotels.com, and the place was great!! There was great service, a clean & comfortable room, and many food places nearby, including a great 24-hour diner we went to. This one is no different. Fairly priced, one of my favorite hotel beds, everything I need is in the room, excellent breakfast. No complaints what-so-ever.

Very disappointing for the price. The rooms are very small and our comforter was worn out and fairly disgusting. I definitely would not stay there again.

I brought the confirmation papers with me, which I did not need. I gave my name, they pulled up my information, the card keys were already waiting. I then filled out a form with my car make and model just incase i leave my lights on etc etc. The room looked exactly as it did on the website. It was beautiful and so was the bathoom and all the mirrors […] and lighting. The room was very clean and the linens were fresh even the duvet. The room did not have a speck of dust and they give you multiple towels and wash clothes. I forgot my toothbrush so they gave me a complimentary one. I recommend that everyone should stay at the Hampton Inn. The rates were so reasonable and because of where the hotel is located, its about 5 minutes from a mall and movie theatre. Directly across the street is a huge shopping center with Target, Old Navy, Barnes and Noble, Gap, Dick's, Best Buy, DSW. Ruby Tuesdays is on the property of the Hampton Inn, however I went to the mall where they have Whole Foods. Everyone will be able to dine whether they are vegan or a good burger because Five Guys is less than a mile away. This was a great getaway. Mehr

The hotel staff was friendly, the breakfast was plentiful with a lot of selections, the bed was VERY comfortable and there was a Ruby Tuesday attached to the hotel (which was very convenient). All-in-all a nice place to stay.

Located in an unlovely area but conveniently right off the highway and between an IKEA, Target and Whole Foods, so useful for visiting family and friends. Unusually curteous service, comfortable public areas, and our room really far prettier and more gracious in the details than we would have expected from a hotel in this price range. Even though this hotel does have an exercise room, we found a great walking/cycling trail right across the street. It was great to get outside!

When I entered my room I had 1 dbl bed We had asked for a room with 2 beds. When I called to sw the front desk they told me they had no rooms with 2 beds. They had a basketball tornament and were full. HOWEVER they did call me back and gave me a room with a King size bed and a pull out sofa. The rooms were very clean and the beds were soooo comfortable. […] The only thing that I did not like was they asked for a credit card when I got there and a fee of 50.00 was posted on my acct. I had to call and ask why. This should have been told to me when it was being done. My bank will take it off my acct. on wed. My stay was the friday before so for 5 days this was on my acct. Thank GOD I did not over drawl my acct. Breakfast was great and the staff at the front desk were courteous. I would stay again and also recommend your hotel. Mehr

First our reservation was messed up and then they put us in a conjoining room with the door locked and someone on the other side, even though they said they had plenty of rooms available. Conjoined rooms are much lest private and you can hear everything that is going on in the other room, we were up until 3 am listening to constant cussing and yelling […] as our neighbors fought and slammed doors. We called the front desk multiple times and were told they would go talk to them, they never did and finally at 2am I called and complained that they hadn't even said anything to them and the front desk person yelled at me for being difficult and said that there was nothing they could do, but finally said he would call the room next door, which I heard him do, and then they were quiet. All he had to do was call earlier. Also, the toilet was clogged when we got into the room and every time we used the bathroom we had to have it plunged. Overall the night was horrible, we barley slept and ended up more irritated than anything. We would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle. Mehr

Staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in a breeze. Room was comfortable and as described. Will definitely stay again.

Easy access to Philadelphia. Across the street from a shopping area, including groceries. Good breakfast - hot coffee and good variety of hot and cold foods. The only negative was that the pull out sofa bed was not terribly comfortable.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Conveniently located to the area event that I attended, and with a very nice restaurant immediately next door.
