The hotel was undergoing construction but thankfully they were not working when I was there for the wk-end. The elevator was scarey as it had plastic on the floor and particle board for the walls but it operated just fine. The room was slightly musty smelling but not overbearing. The front desk girl was very pleasant and put out just baked cookies as […] soon as we walked in. They have a "cupboard room" with things to purchase such as snacks/breakfast foods and they were very reasonably priced. Good stay. Mehr

We were totally satisfied, people were friendly and rooms were clean and had everything we need it. The price was the best for what you got.

Be aware, there are NO rooms with 2 beds at this hotel. Under "room description" it says "one bed" or "two bed". I requested a two bed suite. When we got there I had an argument with the check in clerk when she said all I paid for was one bed. I told her I needed two beds and after a long standoff...she told me there were NO ROOMS with TWO beds. There […] is a pull out sofa which is what I ended up with. A gentleman behind me said he was going to have the same problem. The hotel, all-in-all was decent. Don't expect your bed to be made or clean towels though. You have to request that. The price was right and it was near my destination. I said "NO" as far as recommending this hotel, but if you are a single traveler or a couple that prefers one bed, then it is a nice place. Not good for families or two people that don't want to sleep together. Sorry for the one that gets stuck on the crummy sofa bed. Mehr

Everything was great!

Over the Thanksgiving weekend, my brother-in-law invited me to his family's get-together, which I prayed was in an area where I could get cell phone reception and a Starbucks (without that it would not have been a very nice vacation for me or for his family). But atlas I was blessed with an area that is up and coming and actually had a Starbucks down […] the street inside a Krogers' store! All said and done the hotel staff was wonderful as well as the restful nights after eating for two days straight Thanksgiving leftovers. I feel anyone will definely enjoy their stay. Mehr

Wonderful place to lay your head. The people were smiling, and very helpful. Quiet neighborhood too.

Check in was a breeze and very friendly personal to help you with any questions. The room was really nice and had all the comforts of home.

This hotel is very nice and is easy to find. The only complaint I had was when we arrived they advised that they had no more non smoking rooms because they had some drain issues in some rooms. I figured that this was probably BS. I accepted the room and you could tell it was a smoking room but it was not real bad. They appoligized and gave me a five […] dollar voucher for their snack cupboard. The next morning while checking out the Roto Roter man was there to open drains in some rooms. In my opinion this is a first class hotel and they were honest with me and did what they could to make my stay there pleasant. Mehr

My husband and I frequently stay at hotels the night before a flight. We liked this one better than many with higher ratings. It was within easy access to the airport. The people were so nice at this hotel. It was near restaurants and highways. We were able to bring our dogs without issue. The hotel was clean inside, and did not smell like dogs or smoke. Great place for the price.

The hotel it's self was nice but when I book my room they told me that I had a king bed and they don't have kings all they have is queen size, know room service for a week, if you need clean towels you have to take the dirty ones to the front desk to get clean ones, other than that the rooms are very large and with all the kitchen products it's great. […] stove, fridg. micro wave. My stay this weekend was just lovely! No problems or issues. The price was perfect and the location allowed me to travel to mt reunion @Denison University w/o any confusion. Would recommend to others w/o any reservations.

We were pleased with the proximity of this hotel to the Columbus Airport. An added plus was being able to walk to an excellent restaurant behind the hotel. On our arrival back from overseas we appreciated the kitchen and all its amenities since we were too tired to go out to a restaurant. The pantry had a good supply of breakfast items. This is a great hotel with a very cooperative, friendly staff. I stay here each year when I come to Columbus and have an event in New Albany.

Front desk very nice and helpful. The room was clean and it was convenient to have a kitchenette. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast offered. The location was not as close to Easton Center as I had thought it would be, but there were restaurants and stores nearby.

I was scheduled for an early AM flight out of Columbus Airport so I decided to stay overnight vs. making a long drive that morning. The hotel and staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. just stayed one night but staff was very friendly and professional. Room was very clean,bed was great does not have breakfast .not much around the hotel if you don't have a car. But that's the only negative at this place. Would stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been good. The service has been responsive and the attendants seem like they want to be there. The place looks nice and clean; much better than what one would expect for the cost. However there was one draw back. Why are the pets allowed on the furniture and in the cupboard? I didn't understand […] that one. I visit the Columbus area a lot but that's enough to make look for lodging elsewhere. Mehr

The staff there took such good care of us from bringing up local menus to our room to ensuring we had enough towels to providing directions to the local ColdStone.

I read the reviews before staying in these hotels and have to say they were right. When I arrived, the staff was excellent and very accomendating to our needs. They made my daughter feel like she won a million dollars with the priority rewards wheel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The Hickory House next door is awesome as staff wven printed […] out a coupon and provided a menu. Mehr

This was a great experience! We read the reviews before going and they were accurate. Our room had a clean kitchenette, but we got the old, small tv. Tha bathroom was spacious. Check in staff was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this location to others. Really enjoyed our stay!

I originally went to this hotel, on a previous occasion, because of a mix up when I was supposed to be staying at another hotel. I liked it so much that I returned for this stay. American staff is very helpful. It's clean and the windows open and have screens. The Hickory House restaurant, next door has some of the best ribs and steaks I've ever eaten. […] I highly recommend this hotel. Mehr

Given the price point, I was a little sceptical. The room was great however, as was the service at the desk. There is no restaurant/bar at the hotel, but thats ok because there is a great place called the Hickory House right next door. There is also a Big Boy and a Bob Evans just down the street for breakfast, and a Pub for after hours. In the Hotel […] there is a pantry/snack room and excellent internet. Each room has a kitchenette with a full size fridge, range, etc with pots and pans. Great Deal and will be back again! Mehr

Excellent accomodations, However, they do NOT have 2 beds in one room. It was Clean and the staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

As others have mentioned, the lobby is a bit spartan. However, the rooms are in good conditions with a nice kitchenette included. The location is conveniently located close to the airport and with easy access to I-270. Staff was helpful. Breakfast is not included, but a nice snack room is available 24 hours with free coffee and other items available […] for purchase. Mehr

The hotel lobby was simple but the rooms were great! The staff was super nice, everything was very clean. I will likely stay there again.

Website search for rooms with 2 beds returned this option. On arrival was told that this property has no rooms with two beds. Eventually with Customer Service assistance they were able to give me a smoking room with a sleep sofa. I knew I should have called and confirmed prior to arrival. Room temperature was at 63 degrees with a massive puddle in front […] of the A/C unit. As I went to hang my wet socks in the bathroom I found a severly flickering fluorescent bulb. Massive stain on the ceiling with a feeble attempt to touch up. Remote controls were digustingly dirty. Property just didn't seem to keep up with maintenance. Mehr
