Driving directions were of no help. This hotel was of good quality, but VERY difficult to find at night in a strange city. Bare bones accommodations, not even a glass for water in the room.

This property has the best staff! They are all so pleasant in all interactions. The property is fairly new, and well worth the price!

Okay so the beds are hard but the price was extremely reasonable, the room was very clean and the hotel was super quiet. If you're on a budget, this is a good place to stay.

My initial impression of the hotel was in the less than clean lobby followed by the elevator odor consisting of cigarettes and wet dog. Other than that, I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice room with pretty good amenities. The one thing missing in the room was the shampoo....oh well.....soap worked for my short hair. The observation of missing […] shampoo was near midnight so I did not contact the front desk. Mehr

It was disappointing to stay at a Marriot sponsored facility with such poor attention to detail. Example: 1. A coffee pot was provided but were there any cups provided to drink or sugar & cream? No! 2. Was there even one glass or container provided to drink water from? No! 3. The bedspread was filthy and stained. 4. The was left over trash on the floor. 5. […] There needs to be oversight on the maid service on the second floor. My only positive comment is that the desk staff was curteous and helpful on my check in. Mehr

The beds are horrible like sleeping on the floor No TV service, no staff except for the front desk young lady who did a great job for having no help

The neighborhood where the hotel is nice but the hotel is outdated and not as nice as the photos. Was only there for a couple of nights so was not able to get maid service without an extra fee. Staff was helpful but only with attitude which was very irratating. Overall not a very good stay at all.

I was disappointed in the overall stay. The condition of this location was below average and little did we know we would not have the basic amenities such as shampoo. Also, you are not affiliated with any of the "bonus" programs. The only positive I can say is it is inexpensive!

I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and made the stay enjoyable. The only issue I had was that the bed was not far from sleeping on a board. Maybe I just have bad posture but it took a bit for me to get to sleep but I was tired enough that it didn't matter and I slept well.

they people were great !! only problem I had was the beds are very uncomfortable .. had 2 different rooms & both beds were hard

Nothing fancy but clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was great, and very clean.

I can't say much good about Springfield Hotels. Most are over priced. Some depressing. Extended stay was ok but needs new carpet in the hall ways and also the hallway was dirty. They need to clean the hallway. Room was ok but also needed a good cleaning. Other than that it was ok. I only spent the night there and caught a flight out the next morning. […] I looked at several other motels near the airport. Extended stay was much better. I would not stay at the other 2 motels I looked at near the airport at any price. The manager was very nice at extended stay. Mehr

For the price this was an ok stay. The only thing that I was not at all pleased with was the room was filthy and smelled like smoke from cigerettes. There were ashes on the carpet and the beddings had cigerette holes burned in them even though we asked for a non smoking room.

The stay was nice but the bed was very hard need new matters.

over all not bad tub in room would not drain, dont think they knew, I didnt say anything about it. trash in trash can under sink, not a problem, guess it wasnt enought to waste a plastic bag. beds are ok they do make noise getting in and out price ok for its age and type of room thanks

Conveniently located close to highway. Good restaurants close by. We were only there overnite, but would be nice for longer stays.

This was a fabulous stay. The staff & hotel was very nice. We will definitely stay there again especially for the price.

I do not like the practice that when you make a reservation you bill the credit card. I had made a reservation for a friend and when he checked in it was already billed on my visa. I feel like all other hotel chains it should not be billed until you check out. tks

The room was nice, roomy, and perfectly located. The only down fall was there seemed to be a lot of noice throughout the night (doors slamming, water running, etc...). The bed was not comfy at all, but for the price, it was good. I would stay there again.

Nice location close to the highway and good restaurants. Only issue, beds too hard, but nothing that will keep me from staying there again.

No alarm clock, shanpoo or conditioner -o herwise it was very nice

Great location and a great value for the money. It is not a luxurious hotel by any means but it is clean and functional. We always stay here when we go to Springfield, MO because we can get it at such a great price.

All things worked out well for us while staying.

Hotel appearance on inside was lacking. Carpet was nasty looking. Recliner in room was nasty and needed replacing (fabric dirty and torn). Spread and blanket on bed did not appear clean.

Hotel price fair for the condition of the hotel. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Box spring looks as though it was second hand bought from a thrift store. Room clean. Bathroom sink clogged. Staff had a generic kindness to them. Overall, would probably not re-visit or recommend this hotel unless you were looking for a cheap place to stay.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The rooms were old and not real clean. The outside door to get into the hotel, was broken and anyone could get into to the hotel at night. If you are worried about your safety, I would not stay there. The pictures on the computer is not what the rooms look like, the bed was hard, and the pillows were so cheap you […] could not even sleep on them. Mehr

This hotel wasn't exactly terrible, but certainly wasn't ideal. The stairways and hallways felt dreary. The room wasn't as clean as most other hotels in this price range. The beds were not comfortable and were very loud when you shifted. The person at the front desk was nice and helpful though, and it was in a pretty convenient location. My wife had surgery and we needed to stay near the doctor's office in case of problems. My wife could not go out in public, so we stayed in the room most of the time. The room was roomy enough and had enough space to not get feeling cramped. Also, my wife needed a recliner chair and the staff found one and had it in the room before we arrived. The toilet […] had a problem and Mike was there right away to get it fixed. All in all, this was a wonderful place to hold up for a week. Mehr

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and eager to assist me in locating anything and had excellent directions. Other reviewers are correct, the bed was firm to down right hard, but I like a hard bed. If you are looking for a family outting with thiings for the children to do at the hotel this would not be a good choice, but for […] a place to call home for business or family visiting in Springfield you will not beat the rate. My only complaint is the $5 charge for inernet, and considering the room rate, even with $5 bucks added it still beat anything else by a wide margin. If you have never navigated that part of Springfield before the Hotel can be a tad hard to find, but my GPS took me right to it with no problems. With such a helpful desk staff, I suspect if you get to far lost a call to the Hotel will yield you good directions. I'll stay there again! Mehr

The hotel was pretty nice, especially for the price.However we had a filthy room. I would like to believe that the room we had was just a slip through the cracks situation, and that they are usually cleaned way better. The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky, and you could even tell by just glimpsing at them that they needed mopped badly. Also, […] there was trash in a corner next to one of the beds, and the cabinet in the kitchen was full of half used food products. Like I said, I'm really hoping this was just some bad luck, and that the hotel is usually much cleaner. The beds were VERY firm, which didn't bother me, but not everyone would be okay with that. The staff was very friendly, and the location was pretty nice as well. Overall it was a nice place, just in need of a good cleaning. Mehr

My girls and I loved the studio we stayed in . Clean, people were nice and the kitchen is nice. We will stay there again real soon.

The hotel was excellent, but difficult to find when travelling I-40. There is very little signage to help one locate the hotel.
