The room was excellent as well as the service. Great tohave a breakfast and then be able to enjoy the rest of the day.

Worked a large RV show at PIR. Hotel was convenient, clean, and had a decent breakfast. No complaints.

Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We thought it was a great deal. Only complaint was the rough, worn bath towels. However, the comfortable bed and excellent AC more than made up for it.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was OK for a day or two but when you stay there a week it should offer more variety. We were looking forward to sitting by the pool and there was only a couple of chaise that were not broken. I think it was under new management, doing some construction and the lack of signage […] by the road made it very difficult to locate at night. Mehr

Needs a brighter sign to find the hotel. Area around the hotel not so sure about, but was a good average hotel to stay at.

Considering how many people are in the Glendale area in March for baseball, good rooms at a reasonable price are hard to find. I took my son over to minor league spring training camp, and stayed to watch some games. This hotel is clean, conveniently located, and a good value, but not what I call a Suite because it doesn't have a separate room or seating […] area. The breakfast is adequate, but not great. All in all, a good value and I will consider staying here again next year. Mehr

convenient to jobing.com arena which was a plus and plenty of taxi services to take you there. all in all, it was a great budget hotel and close to where we needed to get to. i would stay again if i had to be close to the arena.

While it might be possible to have a passable stay here, our stay was pretty rough. Our rooms weren't ready a 5pm and we were asked to leave and come back. When we did, even though we booked for a non-smoking, we ended up in a smoking room. The hotel claimed that there we no more non-smoking rooms and suggested we open the window. The bed wasn't comfy […] and much of the room was showing signs of age. The staff seemed pretty overworked. The breakfast the next day was pretty basic, but not terribly exciting or tasty. Overall the experience was pretty basic and almost not worth the money. Mehr

Although the room was fine, the other amenities were not up to standard. On NASCAR weekend, the ice machine on the first floor was out of order, with no signage stating this, and we were informed that it would not be fixed soon. Two days, the housekeeping staff did not clean coffee pot in the room. The breakfast was a selling point for our choosing […] this hotel, but on the second morning the staff, Mary, rudely stated that there would not be any sausage, as had previously been provided. Mehr

Called 24 hours in advance to cancel and was told they culd not do it and I was charged the entire amount for a room I could not use. Pretty much was told too bad, can't do it. Will not be using this hotel again!!

Pros: The staff were friendly and nice, bathroom and room were clean (except for the fold out couch bed was dirty) beds were comfortable. Cons: Continental breakfast was alright could be better. The location is off the freeway, quick access to the hotel. Places to eat, shop and gas are all near about 1 mile away. Stayed here for one night which this […] hotel is good for. All in all a good place to stay for a night or two. Mehr

Odd name. We had the jacuzzi suite, it was ok, not quite big enough for two ppl, but it worked. The bathroom was HUGE, beds were comfortable, The price was kinda high to me (over 130) but I'm cheap I guess.

It's under new managment but is clean and very quiet. The jacuzzi suite was very nice and the price was great.

OVER PRICED for condition, location, amenities, and condition of facilities.

Room had a funky odor to it every time you walked in but you couldn't smell it once you were in the room. The food was good, and the staff was nice. The hot tube didnt heat up and the pool wasnt heated either.

Great value for the accommodations included. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was very nice especially for the price. The room was big and the bed we actually very comfortable. The breakfast was even good. The neighborhood was not bad at all. Had plenty of things around. Overall I think it was a great experience and I will definitely be staying here again when back in Arizona

The room and beds were comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful. The only downside was that we requested a downstairs room and was given a upstairs room. A little inconvenient for my husband but overall very satisfied. We will stay here again at the next NASCAR race.

This motel inn was clean & close to several Places of interest. The breakfast was very good, hot items like Bacon & eggs, and lots more. It's worth the price.

Nasty breakfast - okay I know if is free, but can you at least try? Real bacon and real eggs would be a start. If you must eat the breakfast here, stick with the yogurt or cereal. Also, the printer didn't work so the front desk had to print our boarding passes which took forever. It was a simple printer problem that I could have fixed, I offered and […] was accosted by the part time kid behind the counter posing as a customer service rep. Oh yeah, I I recommend bringing your own glasses as the only have cheap thin plastic cups. This hotel is literally a bed and a toilet - don't expect anything more. Mehr

Nice place to rest your heels, but to call it a suite is a bit shady. Had 2 queen beds and a short wall separating the beds from a pull out couch, dorm-room sized refridgerator, small coffee pot in the bathroom, and no work-desk. Breakfast included was good. The front desk staff was excellent!! They were young adults, friendly and very accomodating. […] It is close to the freeway (I-10) so easy to get anywhere. Mehr

Room was decent. Wireless internet access was dreadful. If you are staying here and plan to connect to the Internet, be sure to get a room where you are near the lobby otherwise your connection speed will top out at 2mb and result in a frustrating experience. Apparently they have a single Access Point for the entire hotel. Boo.

I would recommend they for sure only pay one day at a time no matter how long they plan to stay.

When we arrived, the hotel hallway had the worse smell ever. We could barely get to our room. I don't know what it was but it was unbearable. Fortunately, our room did not smell. Lucky for us, the smell was not there the whole stay. Everything else was ok. I wasn't crazy about the location but it served our needs.

The breakfast is the reason we stayed here instead of a higher star hotel with no free breakfast. It did not disappoint! We especially loved the make-your-own waffles! The room was fine. Liked the mini fridge and microwave. Wished the internet did not cost.

Due to work being done on my home, I needed an affordable room for a 3 days not too far from where I lived so I would be able to let workers in and out of my house. I expected the Comfort Suites to be your typical "truck stop" style hotel like so many others in the area, but was pleasantly surprised at how nicely decorated and clean the rooms were. […] The staff was extremely nice, even going so far as to coming to my room to program my remote when I couldn't figure it out. The hotel was convient to Cricket wireless Pavillion. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Would stay there again and recommend it to others

Yes, it was 113* outside BUT, it was also 113* in our room when we checked in (we called immediately and they said to turn on the air conditioner)...The air conditioner (one of those window radiator types) had not been turned on in several days. We went to lunch only to return to a very hot room...so hot that we camped out in the lobby the rest of the […] day. The hotel staff did not seem to care about the heat in our room nor the inconvenience it created. We were there for a concert at the Cricket Wireless Pavilion, which was indeed walking distance, the only saving grace about this place. Finally, when we returned after the concert, at 11:30 pm, was the room cool enough to be comfortable. Mehr

The hotel staff greeted me like a neighbor. I felt welcome from the beginning. My room was clean and comfortable.
