I was looking for a hotel with good beds for our girls to get a good nights rest after a day of play and to be ready for the games the next day. I read the comments about the beds and picked this hotel. I wasn't disappointed! Awesome beds with great pillows! And the breakfast was just right for the girls :-)

We were going to the show at Skye, right down the street. Very nearby, only took a few minutes to get there. Staff was very helpful and professional, rooms were clean. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

Room Air Conditioner was not working properly - Thermostat was not operative. Turn unit on when it got warm, shut it off when it got too cold.

Fantastic locaton and super folks!

Easy check in, helpful employees, comfortable room, good breakfast in the morning. Only drawbacks were the slow elevator (there is only one) and the hallways smelled a little funky.

Comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast, but same items every morning. Tips: wonderful chocolate chip cookies, warm from the oven, free every evening in the breakfast area, about 7 pm. Also, fresh Arizona navel oranges all day in the breakfast area until gone. Adjacent to Arrowhead mall for shoppers. New area all around full of chain restaurants. […] Looked for a Mom & Pop restaurant, no luck. Restaurant list that the front desk hands out is outdated, better off looking around yourself. Arriba's Mexican restaurant is just across the parking lot, easy to walk to. Pool is small, but surrounded by blooming red bouganvillas, so nice place to lounge if not too hot out. location was great walking distance to mall and restraunts room was very comfortable beds were hard to walk around because other furniture was too close but overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be back

My room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. There was a lot of different types of breakfast to choose from. The staff was very friendly and always greeted with a smile. The hotel itself is situated in a very convenient location. It is a very short walk to places to shop and eat. I am in the area frequently for business, and have tried every hotel....and I mean every hotel. This property is the best by far, great pricing, great amenities, great service. I felt they deserved a review as I was that impressed, I don't write these often. Bruce

My stay there was excellent. Amy greeted me with a smile and very friendly. Had spoken with her the day before my arrival to extend my stay one more night and she was most helpful. This hotel was sooo close to everything! Right in the same parking lot as the mall! Morning breakfast is always nice - I ♥ these beds!!! I always sleep like a baby when I stay a Springhill Suites!

I was traveling alone and this was close to all restaurants, gas stations, and the hospitals that I needed to be at. I felt safe and secure while staying here and would recommend it to anyone traveling.

THE HOTELS.COM SAID THIS HOTEL HAS PAY-PREVIEW MOVIES,IT DID NOT. A MODEST HOTEL FOR THE RATE PAID. THE DESK PERSON WAS VERY FREINDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS NOT UP YO MARRIOTT STANDARDS

Pretty decent hotel with very friendly and well trained staff. Signs posted in the hotel advising of a make-over/remodel coming this spring, and that will be nice, although it is not overdue by any means. Really a great location if one wants nearby shopping, dining and entertainment. We'd stay there again.

Nice hotel for the money. If you like suburban locations, this is the place.

This was a short visit, for pleasure, and the hotel was so convenient to several local businesses and a very comfortable room for the family.

It was a great location with shopping and multiple restaurants in walking distance, and convenient off of I-101. The staff was great, and the breakfast had a good variety. The room wasn't fancy, but It conveniently handled 3 adults and 2 children, since the suite had 2 double beds and a pull out couch. The pool area is quite small.

Liked this motel a lot would definettly stay here again. Only thing I didn't like was the pool was small. It had a great buffet next door and also a mall

This property is conveniently located close to the freeway, on the outskirts of the mall. It is right next to a Smart and Final and Trader Joe's which saved us a ton of time and a trip to the "Big Box" store, as we shopped for supplies for the event we were attending! Everyone we encountered at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, especially […] Jason. He went above and beyond by coming to our room to help us with a defective TV remote. The beds are very comfy and we slept very well, in fact too well...we missed the complimentary breakfast! The mini fridge was a plus and kitchenette area had a big cabinet under the sink which was helpful for storing snacks. We were able to walk next door to Arriba for good Mexican food and drinks to top it all off! Only one negative was that the ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't producing any ice, so I had to go to the one on the 1st floor. Definitely would return to this location in the future! Mehr

We enjoyed our stay even though we booked at the wrong location for the Jobing Arena, would enjoy another visit soon!!

We stayed at this hotel on a Friday night and I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. The free breakfast was also very good. It was very quiet considering it is in a very busy location! I would definitely return.

We booked the room through Hotels.com and were quite pleased with the room, the price and the friendly staff. We would stay here again.

There was no iron in the room...That's not the main point - when i asked for one, the front desk brought me one whose cord would not lock but would always retract inside the iron....still too hard to use.

I live three hours from Phoenix and needed a few days of R and R. This hotel was affordable, close to many amenities, and very comfortable and quiet. I checked out feeling rested and refreshed. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and very clean. The only bad thing I could say is we needed more towels. Breakfast was quick and easy. And had plenty of choices. The kids loved it.

It was strange to find the hotel in a Mall, but the location turned out to be quite accomodating. Service was great, breakfast was a big plus, however, the poor staff knew little about local fare, where to get the best Mexican food, Thai, etc. Where to get a deal on jewlry, Native American goods, etc. Taco Bell???? REALLY? I'm in Arizona, I should be […] able to get some Native American cuisine, BBQ and Mexican food. Guess that's what 'Yelp' is for. Mehr

Springhill is located to all of the major shopping and restaurants of all price ranges. The entire staff was professional and very helpful. One morning I fell down in the breakfast area and splled my cup off coffee & bowl of cheerios. the staff ,\member who worked behind the desk came around the front desk and cleaned up the mess I had made. Actually […] the breakfast was one of the highlights. The woman who runs the breakfast does a very nice job and is helpful to everyone who had any difficulty with the waffle machine...which makes the best tasting waffles I have ever had at any restaurant. My only suggestion would be to have on hand some powered sugar and some strawbwerries or bluelberries o go along with the whipped cream to go on the waffles. Mehr

This hotel is a dream. It is close to the mall and just about any restaurant you could want. It is within walking station of a gas station about a minute away from the interstate. The staff is incredible and very accommodating. The breakfast is also great as are the fresh baked cookies they offer on occasion.
