-das hotelpersonal ist nicht sehr freundlich und auch nicht hilfsbereit. Besonders die Frauen an der Rezeption sind sehr unfreundlich und wollen auch nicht helfen.Es ist schade,da das hotel ansonsten sehr positiv zu bewerten ist.

Great Hotel. modern with everything one would need for business or pleasure. Located just blocks from the ferry terminal, and steps from the pedistrian shopping street Calle Florida. hotel does not provide free wifi for guests needs to be updated. Towels were old, dingy and had holes . Had to ask for soap and our floor mat was never returned after first day which you need since the floor is marble.Must ask for iron not in room .Overall, not happy there . Was suprised this was namned as a 5 star Hotel.. is more like 2 star. Very old rooms.... carpet looked like 20 years old.. pattern even worne out. Inside hotel very poor AC... almost same temperatur as outside.. Waited 1 1/2 for shuttle at airport.. most of the time the shuttle only comes 1 every hour... so if you just missed one, be prepare to wait […] in hot humid climate.. Mehr

Being a stranger in Buenos Aires we were not sure where to stay, so we chose a hotel with a familiar name. We booked 3 rooms because we were traveling with friends. We were not disappointed. The Sheraton Is a perfectly nice, clean and reasonably priced hotel. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. The location is not ideal since it is mainly in the business area of Buenos Aires and becomes very dead at night time. Couldnt get a better location. Next to Cale florida, puerto madero, and Av. 9 de julio. Friendly staff and well maintained.

Nice, high quality hotel. In the middle of city.First three days we were on 6 floor. I made request after return from Mendoza to give higher floor. And they gave us floor 16. Excellent stuff, very helpful, very good spa. Very American service.5 out of 5 Thank you.

This hotel is nicely located one block from Florida Avenue. It is in excellent condition. The rooms are very spacious and contemporary, including flat screen TVs with a good selection of English-speaking channels. The front desk staff was very pleasant; but I was very disappointed in the doormen, who offered no assistance as I weaved our baggage around […] other bags into the hotel. Upon arrival from over priced old Sheraton Iguazu, we were delighted bythis hotel in all accounts! Location can't be more central, good breakfast reasonably priced,room ammenities good, great shower! Most staffs very helpful and speak English well. Computer desk can move by right windowto allow walking behind the bed easier.toiletteries and cleaning […] good, Left our laptops out but nothing was disturbed. We recommend this hotel to anyonewho visits Buenos Aires. Don't stay at Sheraton Iguazu untill they update plumbing, and indoor pool free!! Mehr

All was good at the hotel and staff was friendly. Only issue was they turned the AC off at night in all rooms. When we called to let them know we were hot they said they could not turn on the AC and that it was off because it was cold out side. Mind you the temp outside was 65 to 60 degrees at the coldest. After much fuss they sent someone to open a […] crack in our window. This made sleeping bareable. Other than that the bathroom sink was moldy and beware of the water bottles in the room. This hotel is superb, friendly, location is excellent and the staff is very professional and attentive to the needs of the guests. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to BA

The Sheraton Libertador is one of my favorite hotels in BA. I have stayed there many times and when the rate is available and affordable, it is highly recommended.

A very good value with no surprises. Great location for shopping and sightseeing with a courteous staff.

The Sheraton is an overall good value. The neighborhood is close to the famous Florida shopping street and within walking distance to the riverside Puerto Madero. Staff is cordial and helpful. Rooms are quite comfortable and serviced well.

I have stayed in many hotels in Buenos Aires. Over the last two tears, I have become quit comfortable with the hotel, area and value. Service is good and the staff is accomodating.

A great place to start my 2 week adventure in BA. The location is a block off of Avenue Florida and easy walking distance to Casa Rosada. It is located in the middle of the city's financial district, so the night life is non-existent. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet.

Muy buena estadía. Son convenientes las habitaciones club floor ya que permiten el acceso al sector piscina, sauna y gimnasio sin cargo. Más el acceso al Club Lounge ( sector privado para desayunar, merendar y a la tardecita disfrutar de tragos y canapés. Un punto a mejorar es la temperatura ambiente en la piscina ( un poco frío). Volvería !

Excelente el servicio, la calidad de la cadena es excelente en todo el mundo.

Muy comodo ubicado , y muy bueno en general

Las Habitaciones son chicas, al igual que las camas, pedí una habitación para tres, y solo me dieron dos camas individuales, no tenían una adicional, el internet es pago y caro, la comida es buena pero cara, no incluyen desayunos, hay hoteles buenos en BsAs con desayuno incluido, internet a menor precio. Yo no lo recomiendo

custa muito pouco para o hotel ter internet disponivel para os hospedes.

Le queda grande las estrellas que tiene. La ubicación es muy buena, la gente en general también es muy amable, pero el estado en general del hotel deja mucho que desear.

Os funcionários foram todos muito cordiais, inclusive ajudaram minha bebê, que tem alergia a leite, e ofereceram produtos sem leite para nos ajudar. O hotel é bem localizado, limpo, organizado e bons restaurantes. É bem próximo da Rua Florida, dispensando gastos com táxi.

Muy buena estadía y excelente atención. Aunque si van con familia es recomendable la Club Floor Room, aunque las 2 camas no son king. La piscina y el jacuzzi familar son excelentes. El precio de hoteles.com es muy recomendable respecto a reserva directa. La ubicación muy buena, central y al lado de calle Florida, del obelisco y de excelentes resturantes. Pelo preço do hotel o café-da-manhã deveria estar incluso e o hotel deveria dar informações turisticas melhores.

Me volvería a alojar en este hotel. Muy bien las habitaciones, comodida, amabilidad de la gente y la ubicación cerca de todo.

Es un verdadero 5 estrellas, aunque podría brindar otras comodidades y/o servicios que otras cadenas 5 estrellas brindan; por ejemplo: paper view.

ao sair do hotel fui assaltado e me roubaram o relogio. coisa que me parece ser frequente nas redondezas. O hotel teria sido muito util se avisasse os hospedes deste tipo de pratica que , pelas inoformações é bastante comum naquela zona. En general todo estuvo bastante bien, salvo la atención en la noche previa al check out donde esperé más de una hora por un sandwich. Finalmente me retiré a mi habitación sin ser atendido. No obstante lo anterior, con posterioridad, el servicio me lo llevó a la habitación pero ya me había acostado.
