Das Hotel liegt nah am Flughafen und ist für den Beginn oder das Ende einer Rundreise absolut ideal. Besonderer Willkommens- und Verabschiedungsservice: eine Wasserflasche, die gerade nach der Ankunft aus Deutschland sehr willkommen war und auch für die Weiterreise am nächsten Tag benötigt wurde! Großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.

Wir waren sehr mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Wir haben Wert gelegt auf einen Flughafentransfer, der sehr gut geklappt hat. Auch das verlorene Handy im Auto haben wir zurückbekommen. Bei Belegung eines Doppelzimmers mit 4 Personen war das Zimmer groß genug und die Betten (Queensize) breit genug um die erste Nacht nach einer anstrengenden Reise zu verbringen. The service was terrible. They lost one of our bags at the airport when they came to pick us up. We put the bag in the shuttles trailer and then they somehow removed it to readjust bags and forgot to put it back in. It ia a real pain to get a piece of luggage back that airport security finds. Great experience. Close to cruise port and airport. All transportation was on time and all staff, including transportation, were very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again if in the area.

So handy to airport and cruise port. Staff was very friendly and helpful - especially at front desk. Shawn at the travel desk was also very helpful scheduling tours and transportation to various places. All shuttles and drivers were great and always prompt. Everyone willing to share advice and recommendations on things to see and do. The free water […] bottles were an extra and much appredciated benefit. Breakfasts were very good. Broken desk chair, iron spit black stuff all over my shirt, sink worked fine but barely any water pressure in shower. Needed some maintenance in general. Not up to usual standards for this chain

Good hotel for the price. Very nice room - felt like you could stay there comfortably for several days.

Room too small, closed too small for 2 guest, toilet dosen''t work well. Price too hight for my spectation I paid double for less, internet service do not work well. The hotel is located in Dania beach not in Fort Lauderdale area, take that in consideration for gps search.

When we got to the hotel, it said that we couldn't check in until 3 but the receptionist was so nice, they gave us the rooms 3 hours before the regular check in time. The rooms were really clean and spacious, the pool was really clean and nice and the free breakfast was also really good. Two things that i wished I didn't see was that in the sofa bed, […] it seems like somebody spilled coffee, i really wish they cleaned that but that's not why I gave it a 4. I gave it a 4 because they didn't give us fresh towels, I had to go downstairs to tell the receptionist that we needed fresh towels, but other than that, the hotel was above my expectations. i have been a guest at this hotel for many year yrs. and i love it. idid not appreciate the way the room was cared for by the maid and i hope some improvement will be made to improve the situation.

This hotel can be best described as a diamond in the middle of the desert. The hotel was great. The staff was great. The breakfast was great. Around the hotel...NOTHING. My kids liked this hotel back in May so much we stayed over a week the second time last week. Good rooms, polite staff and general area around the hotel is good. No complaints except that maybe the rooms need some spraying... there are small ant like things crawling over the sinks etc... needs fumigation.

This hotel was clean and well located for cruise. The shuttle service was good and there were lots fo stores and resturants within walking distance. Staff seemed friendly and wanted to take care of us.

Whilst the hotel facilities and staff were great, the surrounding neighbourhood was questionable. Also, I had read in the Guest Information that security was an issue with randoms knocking on doors at night and this is exactly what happened. Did not make for a good night's sleep!

This hotel is very clean, the breakfast is okay the waffles are the highlight of the day, but never changes even if you go there after 6 months. The staff are friendly expect the breakfast witch lady with blond hair. There actually allow you to take some snacks for later there is also Issac"Itzike" the private driver he is nice just bargain with him […] he will take you pleases. The pool did not meet the Health standards and was shut by the ministry of health but overall its a nice hotel with a mall and fast food places across the street the shuttle driver is friendly . The room we stayed in was quite large. However, the hotel is a lot more rundown than it was a few years ago during my previous stay. First off, We called for the shuttle to pick us up from the cruise port as we were informed that this service was provided. The front desk clerk was quite rude when we called and informed us that the shuttles had stopped, […] we had to catch a taxi to get there. The towels on the first night of our stay had a terrible odor and they were stained. The vanity or lack thereof felt like something that belonged in a prison cell. T make our experience even worse, we called for a wake up call and never got it. We check out happily and will not be returning there again!!!! Mehr

The hotel service and staff were excellent but the surrounding neighborhood was on the rough side. That being said once your in the immediate vicinity of the hotel its fine. The location was great since its right off of I-95, close to the airport and cruise ports. There is also a plaza with K-mart, Ross, Marshalls and BJ's across the street.

STAYED 4 NIGHTS BEG OF AUG 2011, GREAT ROOMS CLEAM COMFORTABLE,GREAT PRICE,CLOSE TO AIRPORT AND HIGHWAY..FISHED OUT OF KEY BISCAYNE ONLY ABOUT 20 MIN AWAY,SAVED ALOT OF MONEY RATHER THAN STAYING IN MIAMI.

We were able to check in early and enjoyed a nice quiet time. The shuttle to the airport was great and easy

Our first day we had a room#312. the toilet cover had stain of urinate. We asked for another room. Great! We got one right away. We asked for extra sheets and towels. We got the towels but no sheets. The cleaning ladies didn't provide good service. Our cups and glasses were never changed, still had wife from the day before. Also, under neath of the […] chairs was full of dust. My son swimming vest was stolen from the pool. I left it to dry from 12 pm to 8 pm and it was gone. We asked the employees and it was nowhere to be found. We had it for three yrs and left at other hotels' pools overnight and never disappeared. I will never again stay at this hotel. The shutter bus and the breakfast were good. I chose this hotel as a pre-cruise stop based on the glowing reviews that I had read.. My fiance and I, as well as our families, were leaving on our wedding cruise the next morning. The hotel was awful! First, the air conditioning was broken. It was so hot everywhere in the hotel. When I mentioned it to a hotel employee; he said "I know, it happens […] all of the time". Great... They changed my room to a room that fortunately had working AC. However, my sister was was not so lucky. She had to call the front desk every two hours during the night so someone could reset the breaker.. Great... The best of all the pool turned my daughter's and her cousin's blonde hair BRIGHT SEA GREEN within an hour of swimming in the pool. Keep in mind, my wedding was the next day... She was my maid of honor. All of this, plus the next morning, the 'breakfast' had small ants crawling up the walls and over the food. Nice, huh? Just my two cents. Mehr

This was second visit to this hotel. When compared to my first visit over a year ago I can say that I wasn't that happy. On my first night arrival I notice dirty walls and door knob (it look like blood which I hope not) tub was dirty. But when I complained the managers when very nice to not charge me for the first night and was very clear that it wasn't […] tolerate at this hotel. On my last night there I was awakening that morning by the police and front manger to see if I owned a vehicle that was broken into ( all four tires missing on am escalade truck....) We flew into Fort Lauderdale and stayed for one night on our way to Key West. We called for the shuttle at the airport and it was there within 10-15 minutes. The driver was very friendly and the shuttle had a trailer on the back for the luggage. Great idea! The neighborhood didn't look like the best, but the hotel makes up for it. Our room was spacious […] and clean. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, big variety of hot and cold foods and two waffle makers! Yum! We would definitely stay again. Mehr

I was only there for one night but i wish it was long. Lot's or restuarant and shopping near by full breakfast very nice area.

We were on a recent 2 week road trip -vacation. We stayed at Springhill Suites for 3 nights. The service at the hotel was A+,. Very very friendly, courteous & helpful with all of our needs (especially Gladys). We had to be moved from our first room due to a small ant problem, nothing serious. The staff was very apologetic, and moved us immediately. […] The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pool area is also very clean & nice setting. They had music playing during the day. The breakfast was one of the best we've had ! Lot's of choices, and well stocked. Not only was the food good, but the eating area was so pretty! The area is very convenient to Ft Lauderdale airport, and also very conveniently located near stores, restaurants and kid activities. We will stay here every chance we get !! Mehr

The Spring Hill Suites in Ft. Lauderdale is a great place to stay if you need to be close the airport and cruise terminal. They have a free shuttle from the airport and to the crusie terminal. Good complimentary hot breakfast. Rooms were clean and had a seating area. Pool and jacuzzi. Very satisfied with all aspects of my stay.

While the hotel is convenient for people taking cruises due to their shuttle service and free breakfast, our room had one wall covered in crawling ants. I had to wipe the wall with a towel to kill them all as there was no help offered when I called the front desk. There are other options close by.

For a quick one night stay, this place is fine. They had a shuttle from the airport and another to the cruise port. Breakfast was mediocre, and the room felt old. I expect more from a Marriott; perhaps I should not.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted with recommendations, directions and calling for a cab; which surprisingly was there within 5 minutes. The room was spacious, but the carpet was wet...maybe from a cleaning? The bathroom was a little dusty and the shower lacked water pressure. Wasn't a big deal for us. The rooms are very nice - clean and comfortable. The staff is outstanding - all very courteous and helpful. I'd stay here again if I was in Fort Lauderdale.

We called the hotel when we got our luggage, they told us where to go and picked us up in about 10 minutes. We got to the hotel and my wife went right in and checked us inwhile I waited for the luggage to be removed from the luggage trailer. The Hotel is nice but can use some updating. The room was clean. You can hear some traffic noise from the highway […] especially motorcycles and ambulances.There was alot of shopping places in walking distance. We crossed the street at the crosswalk and went to McDonalds.The bed was kind of hard. We slept well. The breakfeast was good. The free ride to the cruise ship was very good, however they want to sell you a return trip for $8 per person. You can get a cab for $12 to return to the airport after the cruise. Mehr

The only problem/issue I had at the hotel was that I was in a suite and there was only one phone in the suite. It was in the "business area". When I was in the "sleep area" I had to run if the phone rang. Aside from this, I would most definitely stay at this hotel again. I had to catch the 5 am airport shuttle and even though the breakfast area, in […] the lobby, was not open, the night clerk "rustled" up a couple of muffins and had fresh brewed, good decaf coffee for me. This was the hotel we stayed at upon return from our cruise. The rooms were wonderful and the service outstanding. Do not hesitate to reserve this property for your stay.

Shuttle service from the airport was complimentary - didn't expect that. Driver took quite a while to arrive, though. Hotel itself was clean, pleasant, and quiet. Breakfast buffet was VERY crowded, and next time we will choose to walk to one of several nearby restaurants for breakfast and skip the buffet. The hotel was very nice. We were traveling with kids for a cruise vacation and it was very convenient to have the free airport and cruise port shuttle. The rooms were nice and breakfast was decent.

The room was nothing special; the living area was small and dimly lit; the bedroom area had a small, tube TV. The shower had a dual head, which was nice. The sink area was small and not well lit. The pool courtyard is on the corner of two busy streets and is very noisy. We stayed a Friday night, prior to leaving on a Saturday cruise, breakfast was crowded, […] we ate in a conference room.
