Sauber, freundlich, komfortabel, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und zentral. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen!!!

Einige Details: - Einfache Zufahrt ab der Autobahn - Eigene Tiefgarage mit Parkservice - Gutes Frühstück - WiFi in der Lobby - Geldwechseln am Empfang - In 2-3 Minuten befindet man sich bereits auf dem direkten Weg zur Karlsbrücke

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bietet aber besten Service zu einem guten Preis. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist kaum zu toppen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Badezimmer aus Marmor bietet alles, was man braucht. Im Schrank ist genug Platz, ebenso hat es genügend Kleiderbügel. Zwei Kritikpunkte gibt es: die Getränke aus der Minibar widersprechen […] jeglicher Preislogik und sind schlicht VIEL zu teuer. Weshalb kein Flatscreen im Zimmer ist, sondern ein ca. 10 Jahre alter Grundig-TV ist auch rätselhaft (bei einem 5* Haus). Was auch noch positiv zu beurteilen ist, ist das Valet Parking. Vor das Hotel fahren, Schlüssel abgeben und sich im nix kümmern. Das Auto wird einem beim Wegfahren innert Minuten aus der Tiefgarage gefahren (keine Wartezeit). Wir werden Prag wieder besuchen und auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Mehr

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was kept very clean and it was comfortable and an excellent base for exploring Prague. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the poached eggs were excellent. I wasn't keen on the boiled and scrambled eggs though but it's good that they cater for a number of nationalities. The room was quiet but on the Saturday […] night until just after 12am there must have been a nightclub or bar nearby and there was extremely loud terrible dance music. It didn't go on through the night but I was a little surprised. On the Sunday we were out all day but when we came back at about 5pm our room was only being cleaned. I just thought it was a bit late and it wasn't the turn down service which seemed to be done not much later than 5pm. Everything else was great about this hotel and I would recommend it to friends. Really nice hotel - great rooms, very clean and well kept. Good service, good food. Great location for sights. Very good value on hotels.com. When my scheduled ride to the airport did not show up due to a mix up, the front desk immediately helped me with alternative plans. They were really wonderful and everything worked out just fine. I have been here […] twice and will return again. If you are traveling from elsewhere and coming in by train, it is an easy walk to this hotel. But beyond that it happens to be in the heart of the pedestrian zone and not far from the old square. Mehr

The Palace hotel was a great base for a weekend in Prague. Our standard room was huge, really clean and nicely decorated. We found it a little unusual that our double bed had two single quilts on it but I guess thats a small issue! HPP is situated not five minutes from Old Town, but far enough to be quiet at night and not overwhelmed by tourists during day hours. There is a metro station less than two minutes from the front door, and the central post office is across the street. Hotel staff was friendly and able to point out desired destinations on a map. Booked hotel based on it being a 5 star hotel. Only good thing is location. Rooms very small and look nothing like photos on web site. Service was terrible and nothing was consistant. Booked executive room so you choice of view is innercourtyard facing garbage or street view facing dorm with loud students. Hotel should be a 3 1/2 star rating

Great hotelli with good location. Staff was helpful and breakfast rich except coffee, I prefer coffeepots with strong coffee... Other small minus point was taken when rooms where without wireless internet connections, cable connection is not suitable with tablets!

Fantastic hotel, great staff, lovely rooms, excellent location. Best place to stay in Prague. This was my second time there, I would return again... we were there for a week. Each time excellent! front desk staffed by very kind and professional people who are totally helpful.

The Hotel Palace Praha is in a very good location for getting to all the main attractions whilst being tucked away from the busy streets and squares. The service and standard of the hotel justifies it's star rating. The staff were personal and very accomodating making our stay one to remember. This was a perfect break for a special occasion.

This is a very nice and well-run hotel; the staff are helpful and invariably friendly, the rooms spacious, clean and convenient. Standards are high. Breakfast is outstanding. The bathrooms are all marble, with new fittings, and in good order. It has a nice feel to it, and is a very pleasant oasis to return to after a day of walking around the City. […] The beds are unusually hard, as a previous reviewer noted, but this did not bother me. Service is unobtrusive but very consistent; friendly but not chatty or too-friendly in any way. All requests were cheerfully accommodated. Hotel was immaculate. Only 3 blocks to Main train station. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet the best We have ever had. Fantastic!. Cannot say one bad thing about this hotel. A fabulous stay!

We were very impressed with the service and attention of hotel staff, this hotel delivered on it's 5 star rating,we just wish we could have stayed longer but look forward to visitng again.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I was attending a medical conference. The hotel's accomidations were excellent.

We loved our stay here! We were upgraded upon our arrival to an Executive Suite, which was very nice of them. While the room was a tad small, it was luxurious and not cramped. All the amenities were there, minibar was expensive but not ridiculous, television had an excellent selection of movies for our after-sightseeing relaxation. The bathroom was […] BEAUTIFUL, with a huge tub and lots of marble- the water was quickly hot and had great pressure. The hotel staff was very kind, and helped us select and purchase tickets to the orchestra, as well as having a decently priced money exchange. The one gripe I had was that despite notices for 24 hour room service, when we tried to order food both nights around 11 p.m., the line down to room service simply rang and rang. This hotel was perhaps a 10 minute, easy walk to Wenceslas Square, allowing us to pop in and out. We easily walked all the way to the Charles Bridge and back, making it's location far enough away for it to quiet down in the evening, but close enough for fun when we wanted it. **DISCLAIMER** For those of you arriving by airplane, do not pay more than 700 crown for your cab ride there. If you are arriving by train and are not overwhelmed with baggage, it is definitely within walking range- we wished we had known this! Mehr

This is a top notch hotel in the very center of Prague. The staff were smiling and very helpful - without being pushy. The room was in great condition, good beds and a nice bathroom. The lobby bar was a nice, quiet place with service at your table. Wireless internet available in the whole hotel is also a plus

Great location- near the public transportation and many sites

The hotel was very comfortable and met all our expectations. The breakfasts were very good and enabled you to fill up for a good start to your sightseeing day. Hotel extras eg bottle of water in the room and minibar were ridiculously expensive. Hotel limosiune service to the airport should have been more competitively priced to make it more attractive […] than taking a taxi. Instead of calling a taxi for us the porter called a private car to take us to the airport for a fixed fare, but the ride was slightly hair raising. Mehr

We got to the hotel from the subway - totally convenient. It is literally walking distance from all areas including the main train station. The free breakfast was great and they even brought it to our room for 200. They gave us a great corner room with a nice view and big picture windows. This is a very nice hotel in a good location, walking distance to old town but off the main street so fairly quiet. The rooms are large, the breakfast is very good, the bathroom is nice. The size of the room and the nice breakfast was the highlight. The staff was also nice and accommodating. My only two qualms were this, beds are much firmer than American […] beds so hard to get comfortable and air conditioning seemed to only get down to about 75 degrees which felt warm for sleeping. I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with the personal attention given to any request.I was allowed an early check-in after having traveled overnight to Prague from Budapest.After a few hours restorative sleep, an amazingly hot shower, I was ready for an afternoon of sightseeing.The breakfast quality was very good with a nice […] choice of fresh fruits as well.The hotel is kept spotlessly clean with turndown service each night.Great bathroom with plush towels and terry robes, plus L'occitane bath products which were replenished twice a day.I look forward to returning to this wonderful establishment . From the moment I wlked into the hotel they treated me as a very special guest. The staff was very imformative.

Gorgeous lobby and breakfast area, fantastic breakfast, lovely service, incredible value for price we paid!! Room temperature a bit too warm.

-- will suit many discriminating travallers interested in good food, classic european attention, and very helpful front desk attention for the first time visitor-- Everyone spoke english and was very understandable to Canadians who do not speak another language.

従業員の対応、お部屋の清潔さ、朝食等は 良かったのですが、唯一残念だったのが、 お部屋に歯ブラシが無かった事です。フロントに 電話し持って来て貰いましたが、二人で宿泊にも 係らず１本しか持って来て貰えず、その旨を伝えたら、 １本しか無いとの事で、その点がとても残念でした。

Hyvä sijainti, kuitenkin korttelin päässä sivukadulla vilinästä, joten rauhallinen paikka. Vanha arvokas rakennus, mutta hyvässä kunnossa. Isot korkeat huoneet. Hyvä aamiainen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Siis lähes viiden tähden hotelli.

Bodde her i 4 dager, vaske damene ryddet og vaska rommet 2 ganger om dagen. Brettet tøyet som lå på bakken og fyllte minibaren :). Frokosten var nydelig med godt pålegg for alle og stort utvalg. Hotellet ligger 2 min gange fra byens største shopping gate og 5 min fra det største shopping senteret. Bra förstaklasshotell med frukostbuffé som innehåller det mesta, bl a olika färskpressade juicer och valfritt kaffe efter önskemål. Läget i Prag är perfekt, gångavstånd till shopping, Karlsbron, gamla stan m.m. Servicen i reception inte 100%, men det gäller nog Prag/Tjeckien generellt, det är helt enkelt inte samma nivå som västeuropa eller USA. Men […] good enough! Rekommenderas. Mehr

外観は正直古いなと思いましたが市内のメイン観光各所へも徒歩圏内でプラハらしいクラシカルな雰囲気を味わいたい方にはオススメです。外の騒音も全く気になりません。今回は閑散期のせいかホテル内で日本人に会うことは無かったが、日頃は日本人宿泊客が多いのか日本語の館内案内やreceptionには東京時間の時計もありました。室内にあるコーヒー&ティーメイカーはこの寒い冬にはとてもありがたく、緑茶のティーバッグがあったのには正直感激。

En god hotellopplevelse. Tvers gjennom profesjonelt med hyggelig og serviceorientert betjening og fine faciliteter. Rikt utvalg av god og velsmakende mat i frokostbufeen som inngikk i den hyggelige prisen for rommet vi oppnådde via Internett. Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge, med gångavstånd till Prags alla sevärdheter som gamla torget, Karlsbron, judiska kvarteten etc. Servicen och städ är utmärkt och så även frukostbuffén. Jag tycker detta hotell lämnade lite att önska. Mina förhoppningar för resan infriades sannerligen. Frukosten var kanon, och rummet var väldigt fint med väldigt sköna sängar. Badkar i badrummet var ett plus, det enda som fattades var lite badskum. Vi provade att äta middag på resauranten Gourmet Club, och det var en makalös måltid. Väldigt bra mat och […] bra atmosfär, lite dyrare än annan mat men väldigt hög kvalitet. Trevlig hotellpersonal. 当然当方の不注意ですが 最終日（7月23日）朝食時間中、部屋のカバンのポケットに入れておいた財布から約100，000円（1万円札のみ）と1105ユーロ（全額）が抜き取られていました。出発後ウイーンへの車中で気がつきましたためにホテルへ電話をしたにとどまりました。

Hotellet ligger meget sentralt, gangavstand til flere av de mest kjente severdigheter, nær Gamlebyen, midt i shoppingstrøket og kun få meter fra metroens knutepunkt. Eksellent service, bra frokost og meget bra restaurant.

Dette er et bra hotell med god beliggenhet.

Dette var mitt fjerde opphold på Palace Hotel - det er jo en anbefaling i seg selv! Og hotellets Club Restaurant er alle tiders. Ellers er beliggenheten helt på topp.

Le séjour a été de très bonne qualité. Sublime petit déjeuner. Service à la hauteur de l'hôtel. Accueil aimable. Plutôt aller manger au bar de l'hôtel pour plus de convivialité que faire un diner au restaurant de l'hôtel.

Hotellet var jättetrevligt, med mycket god service och bra frukostbuffé. Personalen är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet ligger på en av de lugnare gatorna mitt i stan, så man har fortfarande 5 minuters gångavstånd både till gamla stan och hålligånget längs vaclvske gatan - men man slipper höra ngt av det på hotellet. Hit åker vi gärna igen!

Excellente localisation: au centre tout en se préservant du bruit. Service, comfort, qualité très bonnes.
