Im text steht "zur Verfügung Fitnesscenter". Dass der Besuch dessen täglich 2100 yen kostet wird nicht erwähnt. Der Internetanschluß im Zimmer ist nicht "Highspeed", sondern sehr langsam; Internet Telephony war nicht möglich.

This hotel is 5mins walking distance from Shinagawa station which is great. The room is HUGE, but not very clean. We had stains on the sheets when we arrived, and on the carpet and curtains too. We were in a non-smoking room, but only in the sense that we didn't smoke in it. There was an ashtray in the room, a sign asking us not to smoke on the bed, […] and the strong smell of smoke when you walked out into the hallway. The bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bath which was great. But the biggest let down for me was the hotel staff. Apart from the door-woman, hardly anyone spoke English. The hotel compendium offered the use of bathroom scales, yet no one could understand me when I requested this and I couldn't get it when I wanted to weigh my luggage. The computers they had in their Business lounge, were old and slow laptops that couldn't be changed to English either. They offered a Greener Service (where you don't get your room serviced to save resources) which in turn earned you a 500 YEN voucher, but because of the language barriers, we had difficulty requesting it and were misunderstood, to which the staff refused to apologise for. Overall, the room was nice and big, although not very clean and smelled of smoke. We stayed here at the end of our trip and wanted it to be a relaxing stay with great service (what you'd expect from a 4.5 star hotel), and unfortunately never received it. For Japan, this hotel has large rooms, and the hotel is conveniently located near the JR station. There is a lot of dining in the area, and the hotel has a beautiful garden in the back. I highly recommend.

conviently situated near Shinagawa station , easy to connect to where in Tokyo. NArita airport shuttlr bus stop at hotel front gate, easy and comfort trnsporttion .

Excellent hotel, outstanding room ameneities. Oneof the largest rooms to be found in Tokyo. I'ts a 3 minute walk from the train station which runs directly to both Narita and Haneda airports. there is plenty to do in the neighborhood which is upscale and professional. I dont recommmend the hotel restaurant, it was expensive and there are plenty of options […] in the surrounding area. Mehr

Hotel is located near the Shinagawa metro station, which is good. The near environment offers no points of interests. Once you have returned from the city to the hotel, you feel trapped to a remote, highly prized boring environment. The hotels lobby is like a museum cafe. Prizes there are ridiculous. Great place to stay for the money. Friendly and efficient staff, walking distance to a major train and subway station. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. The rooms show a little wear but they are roomy and very clean. This was my second stay at the hotel and I will not hesitate to stay there on my next trip to Tokyo.

Great hotel! Definitely catered to adults who need peace and quiet---not really for families with young children. The restaurants on the upper floors are superb but very pricey. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wondeful stay as always! The rooms are very spacious and staff is friendly.

i stayed in an Exec Twin Room and the twin bed is wider than expected, so more like a full size - very nice, comfy blankets. room size is also very large, although furniture and decor is very dated with peachy florals. only negative i experienced was that the phone is next to bed and computer network cable is by the desk so if you had issues with the […] network you couldn't easily communicate to tech support -- and i had problems. so it was back & forth across the room from phone to computer to work things out. other than that i really like the hotel. A large room for Tokyo hotel. Clean and very comfortable.

Top level hotel prices are down in Japan but business level not. Why stay in the rudimentary Shinagawa Prince when you can have luxury for the same or less at the Prince Sakura?

I loved this place. everything about it. It was clean, convenient and comfortable

Wow, was really surprised by this hotel. Huge rooms and super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Just the right size; great atmosphere for business and tourists alike (clean, quiet and great service). Great location and surroundings.

Fine hotel, set in gardens. There's a distinctly old-fashioned feel, but all the little touches are there even if the service can feel a little impersonal.

The Prince Sakura Tower in Shinagawa is a very nice hotel. The rooms are large, well-maintained, incredibly nice baths and the location is convenient for travel.

We had a lovely staff at the Prince Sakura, part of a complex of three Prince hotels near Shinagawa station. We stayed there for 2 nights, then left for Kyoto and returned to the hotel for our last two nights in Tokyo. The original room was lovely, but on our return they upgraded us to the junior suite at no extra charge - which was fabulous. One criticism […] would be the cost of the hotel restaurants -not good value, everything else was perfect. Check out the hotel garden and the coi carp in the pond. We will be back for certain. Mehr

在東京擁有庭園的酒店不多, 雖然櫻花塔的高輪庭園和其它王子酒店共用, 房間能把很多的五星級酒店徹底比下去. 雖然品川的方便程度(對自由行購物而言,可能品川是個商務的地方)較上野,新宿,池袋等的吸引力弱些, 但總體很值得推介.

宿泊の部屋は良いのだが、良いラウンジバーがホテル内になくちょっと残念であった。近接のホテルまで夜間は道が暗くて遠い

The Hotel is located near to Shinagawa train station which is an excellent starting point. Take the train and then switch to a subway and you will reach many sights. A plus is that the bus limosuine stopped at the Hotel so it's very convenient from and to Narita airport. Hotel was very nice with good service but to use the gym they took extra charges. If […] you want to use the pool it was located to another hotel very close only with a nice garden between but you had to pay an extra charge here as well. このサイトで低価格でしたので、長年の旅の直感で１泊しました。バスルームもゆったりしてブクブクもあり清潔感もあり自然に囲まれて満足しました。さくらのほうはいいとおもいますがあとのプリンス系はわかりません。 ドリンクもロビーでサービスしてくださりおきにいりです。

5月の連休に3泊、都内散策の基地として利用。 品川はJR、都営地下鉄等利用で、東京の下町方面には至便。 ホテルは駅から至近でありながら、緑多く閑静。 部屋は４５平米で十分広く感じる。 防音、空調、温水には満足。 シャワーブースはバスから独立、トイレは更にバスルームから独立していて、２名での宿泊には便利。 清掃行き届き清潔。 ベッドには好みがあるのでコメントしない。 ただし、ソファは明らかに悪い。 着座の度にカバーは必ず外れて落下し、座面がずれて尻が落ちる、不快の極みなので、部屋の中では座らないことをお勧めする。 スタッフの対応には満足。

羽田の空港から京急に乗り、ノンストップで品川に来れるだけではなく、品川駅からも近くて、天候や、荷物を気にせずに行けるところが魅力的。 ホテルの備品も品質が良く、とてもリラックスできるお部屋はビジネスマンの出張にはとてもありがたい。

干净舒适！有个非常美丽的庭院！交通极其便利！酒店对面就是及其便利的东京环线山手线和新干线站！这样的酒店在大城市中真不多见！经常去日本！以后应该会定点 该酒店！同边的商业也够繁华！品川应该也算东京比较大的商业区啦！

スポーツクラブは都内でも最高クラスのサービスです。また、チェックアウト後でも低料金でサウナお風呂が使用できて仕事を済ませた後でホテルに戻ってお風呂に入ってから帰路につきました。最高。

역에서 언덕을 조금 걸어 올라가야 하지만, 그런정도의 불편은 감소할 만한 호텔입니다. 호텔 방도 무척 넓구요, 욕실마다 설치되어있는 월풀 욕조도 무척 맘에 드는것 중에 하나입니다. 위치도 시나가와 역 근처라서 이동이 편리한것도 장점 입니다.
