Fruehstuecksbuffet sehr zu empfehlen Barmenue ist in Ordnung und fair gepreist Restaurant ueberteuered und nicht wirklich gut Lage des Hotels sehr gut, speziell wenn man mit dem Mietwagen startet oder ihn zurueckgibt. Kann man zu Fuß erledigen Schoener Pool, nettes Personal (z.B. Yori)

Dieses Airporthotel hat aufgrund der Nähe zum Rental Car Return-Center (Fussweg 5 Minuten) eine optimale Lage. Der Mietdauer eines Autos kann infolge dessen bei der An- oder Abreise ggf. um einen Tag reduziert werden. Hierdurch spart man zudem die Parkgebühren des Hotels.

Perfekt um die erste oder letzte Nacht vor dem Flug zum Übernachten. Es git einen kostenlosen Airport-Shuttle sowie ein tolles Frühstück. Das Personal ist freundlihc und die Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wer ein sauberes, gut schallisoliertes Hotel in Flughafennähe (5 Minuten per Shuttlebus) sucht, ist mit dem Sheraton gut bedient: Die Zimme sind zweckmässig und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber; Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und wird bis 11 Uhr serviert; Der Hotelshuttle fährt mindestens alle 15 Minuten zum Flughafen. Gutes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens, nur 5 Minuten mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle-Service. Gratis Internet und schöner Pool. Ideal für die Ankunft spät Abends oder den vor dem morgendlichen Abflug. Eventuell auf dem Navi nicht auffindbar!?

Für eine Übernachtung in der Nähe des Flughafens ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. Gewohnte Sheraton Qualität. Leider konnten wir trotz Buchung eines Kingsize-Betts nur noch ein Queen-Size-Zimmer beziehen. Das Hotel war ausgebucht.

I was really impressed with the reception staff, the breakfast, the total customer service represented by all. The guys at the front in the red and black...tops off to you. You, along with everyone else as so professional.

Great.. Very clean hotel and rooms. Public areas. The rate had breakfast included and it was very very good. They need to improve the parking system for people who don't want to valet. We had to cars and what an ordeal.. The parking attendant had to be running back and forth to open the gate for us to let us out. Not satisfied at all. I was given a room near the elavator and was not able to sleep at all .

Room was clean and comfortable and included breakfast was just great with a variety of dishes. There is no fridge in the rooms and no bottled water. There is an ice machine and drink vending machine on every floor. Free airport shuttle and internet access was a bonus. There is a self service laundry available. The hotel is near the Miami airport's rental car facility. It was convenient place to stay on the last night of our vacation , since we had to fly out early the next morning. There is a $15 fee to park ;self park or valet. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Don't stay here if u are folded blooded. It was cool and rainy and I was freezing in my room. Astonished to find theymhad no heating system. Ask for a space heater...nope. Otherwise I loved this hotel. My receptionist...something like Johanny, unattractive young woman was ever so kind and upgraded me. She is a credit to your company. I was expecting a little more from this hotel. Everything I read about it was positive so I tried it out for a layover we had in Miami. The shuttle from the airport was over crowded once it finally got to the airport (we waited about 30 minutes) People adults and children had to stand on the bus because it was so full. Check in went smooth, however […] the front desk people were very rude. I was shocked at how they treated customers. Our stay continued to only being able to order room service as all (only one! not like what is stated on website - same restaurant just named many names) restaurants were closed. Our room itself was great besides the fact that I had to go and ask for toilet paper as there was none in the room. We booked our room with breakfast thinking that we were going to get a sit down breakfast included, however this was not the case. We were invited up to a lounge area (converted hotel room) that was horribly small to accomodate so many people and also they did not have enough food for the people there. I would have much rather paid for my breakfast than eat what was offered. (not very good sausage, cold scrambled eggs(that need to be scrapped from the bottom of the pan) to a saucer size plate to serve fruit from, all bran muffins and that was it. I was really shocked. We then continued our stay b finding out that they would not give us a later check out as our plane did not leave until evening. We had to leave or luggage behind the desk and decided to leave and go see South Beach. The hotel did not have a shuttle for this so we spent 65 dollars for a round trip. Again, I was a little disappointed. We were allowed to use the pool area when we returned so this was nice. However the "tiki" bar was not staffed and then when it was the decided to close it down. We went and sat in the restaurant for snacks and a drink since we could not get service at the tiki bar. The service was horrible for the price we paid for food and drinks here. Highly recommend. Wonderful buffet breakfast complete made to order olmets ,pancakes, 8 different and perfectly ripened fruits. It was included in my very reasonable rate BUT it,s $20 if not included. Pay parking. Very difficult to find. You should call them

The hotel is clean, fairly new and silent. It has a pretty decent fitness center, pool and the staff is very nice. If you are spending a short period in Miami and want to stay close to the airport, the location couldn't be better.

Hotel pocation is excellente for people making connections early in the morning

There's only a stuffy overpriced restaurant in this hotel-- nothing small where you can grab a sandwich or salad. So, if you don't rent a car you're stuck with room service. A big plus for me was having Starbucks coffee in the room. The airport shuttle left often, and appeared within 5 min. each time I called the hotel from the airport.

We enjoyed our stay at this Sheraton. It provides a shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes. The breakfast is amazing and the overall service and comfort is awesome.

Very nice facility. Not located anywhere near food outlets. You will need a car, taxi or the Hotel it's self will take you to local food spots. Would like to see a brochure in the room on local dinning. We where at the hotels mercy for a place to eat. Turned out good but expensive. Did not find out how expensive until we where dropped off at the dinning […] area and the driver had already gone. If we where to go anywhere else, we would have had to take a taxi. Stayed here on business - convenient to Airport with all the amenities.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. When I arrived there were dirty dishes outside the room that were there for the entire stay - kind of disgusting. Our TV in the room didn't work, called guest services and they said engineering would be right up. 45 minutes later still no one, called again and there was never any notation that we had a problem. The […] end result - no one ever came up to fix TV. The room is very expensive. For what I paid I would like quicker, friendlier service, no dirty dishes in hallway. Mehr

Beautiful view but windows need washing---everything was very nice--would stay there again

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, over and beyond normal service. One complaint is when I had the free TV music channel on, I heard a notification that I would be charged for the use. This was not accurate, but they tried to charge my room $16, as if I had watched a movie. The good thing is they took it off my bill when I complained.

Efficient, clean and very convenient for the airport - the closest? Shuttle to terminals every 15 mins and takes 5 mins. Never eaten there though. Staff v helpful.

Passed through Miami en route to South Africa. Spent the night at the Sheraton Miami hotel. Everyhing was good including the airport pick up and drop off

Very nice hotel, convenient from the airport; shuttle was quick and the 24-gym was very nice. Only complaint is that they don't know the difference between regular and steel-cut oatmeal, but that is easy to get over. For the price, an excellent choice.

Had to call more than twice for bath towels which took over an hour to get. Housekeeping wouldn't even speak english so they wouldn't even understand what I was saying. Never received toiletries I asked for at check in. Parking was $15 at a time and their gate wouldn't even work. So we were stuck there every time we wanted to get out. To top it off […] I forgot my make up bag in my room and 2 hours after I went to retrieve it, I had items stolen from inside my make up bag from inside my room. I asked to see the housekeeper that took my bag from the room and they went missing in action. I left the hotel crying and all they could say of course -Sorry for the inconvenience... REALLY? My recent stay at this hotel was a very comfortable and pleasurable one. The hotel was very well maintained and service was great. The one drawback I'd noticed was that complimentary shuttles offered to the shopping malls were not convenient at all, thereby making taxis the only other mode of transportation to get there.
