Hotel was great, but lots of construction going on with the highway and street nearby, so add an extra 10-15 minutes to your plans for driving.

excellent and staff was very helpful. Would stay there again.

Checked us in to a king wanted 2 queens but fixed Quickly. Air vent goes in front of window wall to wall So our room not cool enough. Nice to have room service sndxstarbucks coffee. Stay at Westins for beds. and white tea fragrance. I left my prescription sunglasses there but they can't find. Overal nice stay.

This is my 3rd or 4th time at this hotel, and it just feels old. The parking garage has small parking spots and there's not enough spaces. The room is just mediocre and the service in the lobby bar was just OK.

The hotel itself was nice, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very accomodating. The only thing that did not live up to my expectations was the parking garage. Corners were tight, ceilings were low, and spaces were tight. Also, they had some kind of leakage problem and the garage had a HORRIBLE odor of raw sewage. Extremely sickening.

We are from this area but decided to be Dallas tourists for pre-Valentines weekend. Although Hotels.com sent in incorrect room type information, we got it straightened out right away & the Junior Suite was great (so big we should have thrown a party in there!!) Lobby bar was fast & courteous (thanks John!). Room service helped cure "what ails ua"!!! Location […] was great for all the "touristy" things we did all weekend - thanks!!!!!! Mehr

The house keeping services must have been also on holiday over our stay during the post xmas holiday season. Our room always had the appearance when we returned in the evening that house keeping was surely returning to finish making up our room. Glasses weren't replaced, ice bucket never emptied with fresh plastic liner, robes still on chairs. When […] we arrived we had a total of three wash cloths, one was used each evening, it was never replenished. Thank heavens we only stayed three nights. I didn't run out. We have had much better service at lower end places. Don't think we will stay again. Mehr

We had a very difficult getting the room to cool down. Made it hard to sleep. Finally turned temperature down to lowest it would go. I love this hotel for location, comfort ???? and we can bring our dog. They need to work on the thermostat.

Overall, this hotel was underwhelming. The rooms need upgrades and there is a $12 a day charge for parking. Watch out as this place goes out of it's way to nickel and dime you. We were charged $3.25 for a bottle of water! In the rooms there are two, room temperature bottles of water sitting out. As there is no mini bar situation, we thought the water […] was complimentary. Silly us, the water cost $3.25 per bottle! We were charged a total of $6.50 for two bottles of room temperature, Nestle water. The worst was that one of the bottles of water was already open, rendering it un-consumable. We will never stay at this hotel brand again. Watch out! Mehr

The hotel wasn't bad. Nothing spectacular and you know what you are getting with Westin. Good location if you need to be in North Dallas. Right by 75 & 635. They have a parking garage and still feel the need to charge you 13+tax to park the car yourself. I can't rate a hotel high when they have unnecessary charges. I go to Dallas fairly often and have stayed at numerous hotels, the Westin surprised me at how nice the rooms are and how professional the staff. My wife has a small dog and that is a big part of how we choose where we will stay, if dogs are allowed. Almost all places that allow dogs have a very expensive pet fee, usually as much as the room. So we […] chose the Westin because they did not have a pet fee. However, after staying there I would choose them over all of the other hotels we have stayed. I was in Dallas for six days for my boyfriend's b-day. Not only that i was impressed with the hotel cleanness and the modern decor but the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in helping me preparing my boyfriend's b-day surprise. The hotel shuttle took me everywhere I needed to go and even waited for me to take me back to the hotel, the restaurant […] manager went above and beyond to help decorating and displaying the gifts. We had a beautiful corner room at the 16th floor and very quiet, just as I requested. The hotel is located in between two major malls in Dallas - what more a girl can ask for... convenient parking and easy access to the freeway. Overall it was a beautiful experience and a positive input in helping me making a decision if Dallas will be on my radar to leave in the future. Thank you!!!!! Mehr

Hotel kept wanting to charge me for parking where this was advertised as included on the hotels.com website. Not sure if this was hotels.com or hotel's fault but very annoying. Finally at checkout they said it was covered but then I see a mysterious charge on my credit card a few days later - no way! Hotel was nice enough but the room looked and felt […] a bit dated and smelled of smoke (or something trying to cover up the smell of smoke). Don't stay in Dallas often so not sure how this stacks up against others. Breakfast was decent enough but not sure if I will get charged for it later! Mehr

It was very convenient for our friends to come and pick us up and take us to our destination. Everyone was nice and it was a comfortable place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience. No complaints (except breakfast was pricy). However, the service at breakfast was exceptional. I especially loved all the art/flowers/plants and cozy places to sit.

Affordability, cleanliness, and convenience are my top 3 concerns when booking my stay. Westin did well in affordability and convenience, but failed in the cleanliness department. Sheets were dirty and stained upon our arrival. Had to call the front desk to request more. They brought them right up. I was basically in late out early for a meeting, but this was a great, comfortable place, quiet room. I basically slept and left, but enjoyed the short time I was there.

Rooms were clean beds and pillows very comfortable dual head shower a good way to loosen up sore muscles or just relax. Fairly conveniently located for everything we wanted to do: Six Flags Arlington, Fort Worth Zoo and Fort Worth Stock Yards. Miss the hot tub they used to have out by the pool. Great entrance and lobby. Rooms were old and in need of updating. Room was booked for 3 people but hotel said it could hold 4 - beds were double beds. Pretty tight accommodations for 4 adults. Good price for decent hotel. Location distant from attractions. Good business hotel.

Tried to take a shower in the morning and there was no hot water. We called down to ask about it they said they'd send someone up to check it out. 30 minutes and 2 phone calls later, someone came up, agreed that there was no hot water and went to try to fix it. It took over 2 hours and they refused to allow us to use another room (granted, I'm not sure […] that ANY of the rooms had hot water at that point). Since it was our last morning there, all they said they could do for us was give us a late check out so that we could shower. Gave up, took cold showers and checked out. Mehr

Nice hotel, got a good deal with hotels.com. Check-in was easy. Love that they have a list of items available to you if you forgot them, i.e. toothpaste, contact solution etc. You can self park for free at the lot by Benihana otherwise you have to pay $12 for the Westin garage. Neighborhood is safe so your car will be fine. Valet is $20. My only complaint […] is the charge for wireless internet. There is a $10 fee for wireless in your room per day. It's free in the lobby. Makes no sense to me. If I'm paying to stay why to I have to pay extra when someone off the street could sit in the lobby and use it for free? Mehr

This hotel seems to have some bad reviews, but they were not merited in my experience. The hotel staff were so friendly, the room was so comfortable and nice, and we got a fantastic rate. I have nothing bad to say!
