It wasa where I wanted to be so close to MCC and parking was close but rather stay near a beach in the sun

checking in very efficient, room lovely, location perfect for trip to palace theatre. breakfast good but we were told we had not paid for breakfast which we had, woman who dealt with us was very offhand and offered no apology for this mistake, otherwise other staff really nice.

my staY IN THE JURYS WAS SATISFACTORY OVERALL.I HAD A FEW ISSUES.......FIRSTLY I WAS GIVEN 1 KEY FOR THE TWO OF US ....SECONDLY THERE WAS A KETTEL IN THE ROOM BUT NO CUPS AND THIRDLY THE PRINTER IN THE LOBBY HAD NO INK FOR AT LEAST A 20 HRS.ALL THESE MATTERS WERE SORTED OUT WHEN I COMPLAINED BUT COME ON A TOP HOTEL LIKE JURYS ...THIS SHOULDNT HAPPEN.ALSO […] MY SON LEFT HIS PSP PLAYER AFTER HIM IN ROOM 2......BUT HOTEL NEVER CONTACTED TO SAY THEY FOUND IT.I WOULD HAVE RESERVATIONS ABOUR STAYING THERE AGAIN. Having had a few very pleasant stays at Jurys Inn when visiting Manchester in the past with friends, I thought it would be ideal for me and my husband when attending a concert at the Bridgewater Hall. I booked a superior double room with full breakfast, but on arrival at the hotel we were told that the rate I had booked didn't include breakfast, and […] that if we wanted breakfast in the morning we would have to pay extra. On this occasion I hadn't brought a copy of the e-mail booking confirmation with me, so didn't feel in a position to argue. However, i was really annoyed when we got home and the booking confirmation clearly stated that full breakfast was included ! We were further disappointed with the room, which had both a double bed and a single in it and which was not in the slightest way superior to any of the standard rooms i had stayed in on past visits. The stale smell lingering in the room didn't help - not the best experience on this occasion ! The only saving grace was that the location was great. Mehr

I was only sleeping here while attending an event elsewhere in Manchester so can' comment on all the facilities but it is a quiet location away from the bustle of the centre and is clean and modern. Only warning I'd give is that breakfast gets very busy at the weekend.

good location for going to the palace thearte and ncp parking. hotel and breakfast very good, will stay there again.

All in all a fantastic hotel but a little bit noisy from traffic at night but that stopped after a while. Would definitely stay here again

Clean well maintained hotel, very comfortable rooms and close enough to shops. Wi-Fi available but charged for. Booked on special offer and excellent value. Better than average three star.

Very central locationand handy for train stations and city centre. great staff - very professional and friendly .

A good alternative to nearby chains, good value for money. Handy for accessing pubs, shops and restaurants. Rooms fine, really clean, although the heating is a bit noisy. Staff professional and pleasant. Parking nearby in NCP car parks, a bit pricey but a discount is available for hotel guests. No hesitation about returning.

We stayed at this hotel midweek for two nights, having arrived on an early flight we were delighted that our online request for an early check-in was facilitated. The service and general cleanlieness of the hotel was excellent. The hotels location is about 6 or 7 minutes walk from Manchesters Picadilly Gardens and is ideally away from the hustle and […] bustle of the City Centre. Room 115, is a disabled facility room, walk in wet room type shower, kingsize bed, 26" Flat Screen TV. The room had blown air heating & Air con if needed, the added breakfast was superb. I have stayed at Durys Inn in Manchester and Newcastle Upon Tyne and have been happy with everything. The room ,staff, food, and situation have been excellent. The only downside has been that the flights we have to get are very early in the morning and we have to hang around for about four hours before getting into our room at 2pm. They cant give us […] a room any earlier even though my wife is disabled and has been up so early and needs a rest. Mehr

Jury's is a good choice for shopping, theatre etc.

Good hotel, used for business and football stop over location. Would certainly stop and recommend again.

Quality of the rooms are excellent and very well maintained. Nice and quiet. Breakfast more than suitable. A couple of minor issues. Housekeeping had a tendency to start early and slam doors shut which kept waking us up. The room we had was very cramped also. A good feature in the bathroom was the curved shower rail offering more elbow room - a definite plus! A clean, comfy, cosy room. I have recommended Jurys Inn to business colleagues travelling to Manchester central.

Friendly staff, central and convenient. Price good for being so central. Gonna stay again if needed. Highly recommend.

My brother and I stayed in the Jurys Inn Manchester for 2 nights arriving on the Friday 13 2012 During our stay we found the staff very friendly, our rooms very clean and tidy, excellent bathroom with a powerful shower and had really nice breakfast on both mornings. The hotel was clean, reasonably comfortable (bed rather hard). Breakfast good and a very pleasant helpful staff member. The reception staff member was not helpful, demonstrated a couldn't care less attitude and couldn't bother to even look up when speaking to us, seemingly preoccupied with what she was doing. I booked a superior room with breakfast but the Jury’s Inn said hotels.com had only booked me a standard room without breakfast. They did upgrade me and after an argument in the morning provide breakfast. The service in the bar in the evening was very slow and the waiters seemed more interested in talking to their friend in their native language than […] serving me. Excellent service and value. Only 1 little negative, the double bed was too small n duvet too small. But overall brilliant, would definately stay here again. Breakfast was excellent

Booked the room a few days before staying and got a good price, the hotel was easy to find from oxford road station. Checking was quick and easy. Liked that were given two key cards although we didn't need them this time. The room was very comfortable with all you need lots of coat hangers tea and coffee making things and a hair dryer in the draw. Really nice and clean. Nice and helpfull staff. Perfect and really good breakfastbuffé. Short walkdistans to center and to the nice area by the stream (around Merchant Bridge) and even very close to Deansgate-Castlefield Railwaystation where you can go to/from Manchester airport.

Plus points were the staff were friendly, the room was smallish for a family of three but it & the rest of the hotel was spotless. Minus points were the lack of towels provided (just 1); the fried breakfast was not as good as other Jury's Inns,] that I've visited & being asked a high rate per hr for a late check out & internet access. Location was quite […] central & in-room facilities (bar the lack towels, of course) were satisfactory (though a fridge would have been welcome). The staff are nice. They arranged a family room for us although we booked a double bed room only. It walked 4 mins to the Science & Industry Musuem. If you want to go city center, it walk 15 mins.There are many and shopping centers. If you don't mind to walk 15 mins, Jurys Inn could provide a valuable price room.Inside the room is quite little bit old […] but clean. Mehr

Excellent location, close to city centre. Only parking available is NCP, which is a bit pricey but no other options are available. Costs around 15 pounds for 12 hours parking. But hotel is able to offer a 15% discount. Breakfast was good. Good commercial hotel. Large bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and warm. Lovely breakfast with plenty of fresh cooked food. Pleasant staff.

Me and my partner have stayed here 3 times this year. It is ideally situated for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It is also close to a car park which is situated across the road and Jurys Inn will validate your ticket so you get a few pennies off! Check-in is always good and there are always cleaners around. It is best to get a room at the back […] overlooking the canal otherwise it can be quite noisy. On one of our stays we managed to book the wrong date which was non-refundable so i rang the hotel directly who advised to send an email in and they would get this sorted, which they rectified straight away for me and there were no problems at all. Good quality, excellent location, comfortable room at reasonable price. Only downside is always having to ask for another towel and mug in a three bedded room as only two are provided.

The hotel its self has a very nice feel and looks wise sets its self apart from your average Travel lodge. Unfortunately that’s where the difference ends, the rooms are extremely basic and everything is an additional cost and quite expensive. Internet is not free anywhere in the building and is expensive considering most hotels now days provide it complimentary. Breakfast […] is self-service and of low standards in comparison of other hotels I have stayed in yet you will pay a princely sum for it. In short I would recommend this Hotel if you got a good deal and just required the room, no food etc as the hotel its self is extremely clean and well maintained and in a good location. Mehr

WE STAYED HERE FOR1 NIGHT AFTER A NIGHT OUT IN MANCHESTER.IT SERVED THE PURPOSE VERY WELL.COMFORTABLE BED,NICE BATHROOM,VERY CLEAN.GOOD BUFFET BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING.EXACTLY WHAT WAS REQUIRED AT A REASONABLE ROOM RATE.

Very good city centre hotel, friendly & helpful staff, easy walking distance to city centre (10 mins), close to Metrolink at Deansgate & mainline Victoria staions. Lots of places to eat & drink in surrounding area, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel had the fastest check in and check out I've ever come across! Very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location, close to everything but still quiet. Buffet breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
