Das Bentley Beach ist wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel ich kann es jedem weiterempfelen. Die Zimmer sind riesig und sehr schön mit allem was einem versprochen wird. Highlights sind die Lage und die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Jacuzzi. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr liebevoll mit Pflanzen gestaltet und es läuft den ganzen Tag schöne chillige Musik mit Blick auf […] den Strand von South Beach. Man kann natürlich auch an den Privatstrand liegen, wo man um sonst Handtücher, Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm bekommt. Der Strandabschnitt liegt ein paar 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Wir haben jedoch die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool, Jacuzzi und der chilligen Musik bevorzugt. Der Service war auch sehr gut, das Zimmer wurde 2mal am Tag geputzt und neue Handtücher gebracht. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht so reichlich, wem jedoch Kaffe, Tee, Säfte, Cornflakes, Pancakes, Joghurt und süße Teile (Muffins, Crouissants, Apfelküchen...) aussreichen, ist gut bedient. Wem es nicht reicht, kann in unmittelbarer Nähe am Oceandrive essen gehen. Am besten kann man im Bellinis essen, das ist das Restaurant direkt am Eingang des Hotels. Es ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Super Lage, aber dürftiger service. Frühstück wenig Angebot und wie improvisiert und vor dem Empfang. Kein Wi-Fi, WLan und der pc in der Lobby lädt keine Internet Seiten. Keine Sichtschutzvorhänge im Zimmer. Entweder den ganzen Tag dunkel, odet etliche Personen inkl. Putzfrau schaut ins Zimmer. Aber Lage entschädigt für fast alles!

A little old. Furniture not secure. This hotel has potential but not worth what it cost to stay there.

Very disappointing. Room was big enough but stains on the carpet, dingy hallway, weird smells... and $65 overnight parking. Will certainly not come back.

Nervous about staying here because Trip Advisor had some negative reviews. GLAD I did not listen to them. This hotel was great. The location is the BEST in SoBe and the room was great. When I was leaving the hotel for dinner our last night I mentioned in passing that I needed to buy bandaids for a blister on my foot from some Fabulous shoes I wore the […] night before. The desk clerk actually stopped me and gave me a bandaid and said, have a good night. Nice people are hard to find in Miami sometimes but this hotel has some. Great romantic getaway but probably not the best option if you are bringing kids. Mehr

Convenient and amenities were great

After booking room and arriving late, I was told by hotel attendant, "I had to run up to your room and clean it," meaning the room was advertised as available on hotels.com but not cleaned. When I entered room, I couldn't tell which bed had been slept in, the towels were wet (obviously from previously occupant), trash not emptied, etc. Filthy and disgusting! […] It was 1am and I had no choice but to stay. I traveled with a group of 6 girlfriends to Miami and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, beach club and service! We couldn't stop talking about how great the location & service were. We would all stay there again on our next visit to Miami!

No major issues with the stay, service quality ok however not excellent in any way. Hotel location nice, but hotel itself is getting old. Clean and ok, but wear and tear here and there. Sort of minimalistic approach. The continental breakfast on the terasse overlooking SoBe was nice (the view). Sometimes slow valet parking. Rock bottom not really value […] for money, but ok. Won't be a hotel I say "I remember..." either from a positive nor negative dimension. Mehr

The picture you see does NOT resemble this hotel at all. It's a total WOW when you arive. The room was very small, it was not worth the fortune we paid for it. The private beach is four blocks away. You pay a daily fee for the private beach and you have to walk through the slums to get there. Someone used our room number for there beach chairs and then […] they wanted to argue with us that it was us and not give us our chairs and umbrella. The breakfast was the same everyday. If you stay for a night maybe two it is ok. After that it gets very old. Waffles and yogurt, no eggs, no meat. We wished we would had saved the money and got a cheaper hotel, it would have probably been more enjoyable. Mehr

The suite was great, the location of the Hotel was great...plenty to see and do around the area, the service was excellent. I loved the bathroom and expecially the shower area, careful when you turn on the shower....the hot setting is the cold and the cold is hot. The only negitive aspects was the parking and the cost of parking ( I guess you have to […] expect that around South Beach) and the condition of the carpet in the bedroom...terrible! Don't stay here. Would pay 2x to stay at the W next time

Nice and clean in a great location but was suprised by the unexpected "resort fee" and having to walk a 1/2 mile to get beach chairs at the other Bentley. The partial ocean view was a wall.

We were here for 3 nights after a year in Santa Barbara, on our way home to the UK via Florida. When we arrived at the hotel we had a BIG problem (won't go into details here). The hotel dealt with it for us and we have to give them a great big thankyou - our trip could have been ruined after an already highly stressful day getting there (a different […] story!). The hotel is right on the front, the building is at deco (at least inside) and the rooms fine and well maintained. We used the rooftop pool and hot-tub once each and also (3 times) the 'private' beach area which is a 10 minute walk to another Bentley hotel where you get a padded sunbed and parasol. You also get free internet use and an excellent free breakfast - the pastries are fantastic. If we had to find a fault I guess the hot water for the tea could do with being hotter. If we go back to Miami we wouldn't even consider anywhere else. Oh, and if you mention you're staying in the hotel the restaurant outside the entrance (Bellini) will give you a 25% discount... Mehr

I cannot say enough about this hotel -the service was great, the neighborhood was great (beach across the street, restaurants, bars, and shopping all within easy walking distance) -but I was absolutely flabbergasted when I saw the room!! It had a balcony that overlooked the beach, and was one of the most romantic set ups I have ever had the pleasure […] to enjoy. I will definately stay at this hotel again. Mehr

The hotel was beautiful and close to everthing I needed, however I am very dissatified with the cleaniness of the shower. The staff is not maintaining the shower. There was MOLD in the shower and I am an asthmatic. The mold in the shower set me off with nearly having an asthma attached. Thank God I carry my nebulizer with me. It shorten the shorthness […] of breath. However I would like to have my money refuned to me for my inconvience and the endangerment of my health. Mehr

My husband and I stayed here because we were going to Key West the next day and wanted to stay on South Beach since neither of us had ever been. The hotel is nice, close to the beach and we got a great price. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The valet parking is very expensive ($30/day) but there isn't a lot of other parking so we didn't have […] a choice. The only downside of our stay was the noisy trash pick up in the morning. I had read about it in other reviews so I was warned, you just don't realize how loud it is until you experience it. We were able to go back to sleep and I'm sure its something you have to deal with at every hotel on South Beach. Overall, I would stay here again if we decided to stay on South Beach. Mehr

this hotel is gorgeous, and right on ocean avenue across from the beach. the only downside is the obligatory valet parking, but that's to be expected on south beach!

This place is amazing. Very clean, up to date, great finishes, marble and tile everywhere. They provide bathrobes for your stay and their is a small kitchen for cooking. There is no stove but there is a small 2 stove hotplate you can plug in to cook your eggs in the morning. There is a Walgreens right around the corner, and best of all, if your a gym […] buff there is an Equiniox gym club a block down. Bentley is in the heart of south beach and seconds away from the action. There is continental breakfast, fresh fruit, etc, but no eggs which is still ok. There is also a free computer with printer you can use in the lobby to print your boarding passes, etc, and google stuff. It's really great. Mehr

I had a nice stay at the Bentley, but I was expecting it to be more upscale. It was a very small old hotel. The room was nice, good bed, but the floors were hard and the furniture dated. If your looking for a place to crash, and not much else this would suffice.

The staff were extremely friendly, but the hotel is showing its age. The elevator was having problems, and the shower was in poor condition. The location is somewhat difficult to find because the entry door is located behind a sidewalk restaurant, but the surrounding neighborhood is worth visiting.

The staff make the stay! Flawless staff and location. Slightly tired facilities in need of update to maintain rating.

If you plan to just party and enjoy the beach, the Bentley is the spot. The main downside was that the wireless internet connection had to be reset every two minutes and there was construction going on very early in the morning.

Breakfest is minimal

Hotel is spacious, has a free continental breakfast and in a perfect location for beach, shopping and dining. Only issue was the free wireless internet was not good inside my room (304). Worked fine out on my balcany.

This hotel is gorgeous and has great amenities. We had a Mediterranean style room with a full kitchen and a gorgeous bathroom. The rooftop pool and sundeck is gorgeous AND you get access to the beach club down the street. All in all it was a great stay and I would totally stay here again.

Great location, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Generous space in the suite and nice sea view!

My partner and I had a one bedroom suite, and we loved the experience so much that we booked a suite at the Bentley the next week. Very convenient to SoBe's excellent beach, its restaurants, and its nightlife. We really liked having the refridgerator and kitchenette that a sutie provided. The staff was friendly an dhlepful. Valet parking was expensive […] ($30 per day), but that is routine for SoBe. Mehr

I understand I stayed on South Beach and I understand that it is in a party area, but this was one of the worst stays I have ever had anywhere. I should also add I am far from a light sleeper and I am very hard of hearing and I have spent plenty of time in Las Vegas with the party crowds. First the room - it was fine, it was clean, spacious and the […] bed comfortable, but to room is far from soundproof. As you lay in bed you could hear every foot step thudding from the hallway above. Then came the drunk girls who started screaming up and down the hallway starting at 1am. While I don't hold the hotel accountable for their guest's actions, I do hold them accountable if they do not take steps to curb the behavior. All of this activity took place just steps away from the lobby and went on for hours. We, as the guests, were the ones who repeatedly had to ask for them to be quiet. Once the drunk girls went to bed around 5am, we got a little peace until the 6am construction started and we could hear every bang even though we were in an internal room. In the two nights we were there I maybe got a total of 5 hours of sleep. When we asked the front desk for a dinner recommendation they told us to head downstairs to Bellini and as a guest we received a special discount on everything. Well that was a lie - the card they gave us that said 20% off of all food and drinks were the same cards that they were handing out to everyone on the street and they didn't cover everything, but of course the restaurant doesn't tell you that until your bill comes. So be prepared to have a $15 Stoli plus mixer + almost 10% sales tax + the automatic 16% gratuity on your bill but no 20% discount because even though it is a "drink" it is not one of their expensive specialty drinks so no discount. The staff was nice enough, the friendliest being the housekeeper who was very pleasant. While we did find the staff to be nice, they seemed very inept. We had an early flight so we were checking out at 6am. Mehr

The hotel is in an old building but it is maintained nicely. There is a pool on the roof with sunning areas. It's directly across from the public beach. So it's not on the beach, but there is a great view from the roof. If you like South Beach action, this is the spot for you.

Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff... Nice rooms but noise transfers from room to room, I could always tell what was on tv next door and the (normal) noise from above was extreme. The staff was friendly if you could locate someone. I know its south beach and your not expected to rest much but you should be able to find an escape in your hotel […] room if you want some down time to recharge. Did not like the mandatory hidden resort fee or the 30+ dollar a day valet ( its south beach, everyone knows there is no place to park, reduce the fee for hotel guest). I stay on south beach a lot, comparing hotels here, this is a very decent hotel for convenience and price, just need some "customer care" touches. - TruRes Mehr

Hotel very nice and clean. People that work there were very nice. Safe didn't work in room, was not repaired, however service and hotel far outweighed expectations.

I absolutely loved my stay. The room was so clean. I will be back. PS: the over priced alcohol, soda's, and snacks was not necessary....

Everything was great about this hotel. We had the best service, the staff was so friendly and professional.I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Great atmosphere. Great location. My wife and I cruise alot and this is now our place to stay before and after. You MUST go to the restaurant down stairs and dine. Prices are great for Southbeach. The food was amazing and the service outstanding. We travel often and really enjoyed our stay h

The Hotel was very nice and clean. The website photos were a bit different than what the hotel actually looked like and also the website said the faclility had a gym down the street at the private club and it did not. We had to buy a 3-day pass at another gym-they need to take the gym off their website. However, they did upgrade us to a one bedroom […] from a studio for our trouble so that was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 1/2 days at the Bentley Hotel in South Beach. It was also just wonderful that we could use the beach and facilities of the Hilton...just a few blocks away.
