Park Apartments for Rent - Santiago

Um die Stadt zu erkunden ist das Hotel perfekt. Die Zimmer (Lofts) sind groß, sauber und bieten alles was man braucht an Ausstattung. Die Lage erlaubt fast alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Preis ist super. Die Zimmer gehen alle zu einer Straße, was uns nicht gestört hat. i

Gute Lage in Santiago und ein tolles Appartement. Aber man muss wissen, dass es kein Hotel ist. Es gibt also kein Frühstück (Cafes in der Nähe) und auch sonst keinen Service wie in Hotels üblich. Bei unserer Abreise um halb 6 Uhr morgens weigerte sich die Dame in der Rezeption leider für uns ein Taxi zu rufen. Das war nicht so toll. Der Portier bei […] der Ankunft war allerdings sehr freundlich und hätte uns sicher eines gerufen, wäre er im Dienst gewesen. Mehr

Super Lage und schöne Lofts. Aber ganz ruhig ist es nicht, die Zimmer sind gegen die Strasse ausgerichtet und die Fenster wurden irgendwie nicht ganz Fertig geschlossen. Aber mich hats nicht gestört. Das Personal ist nicht gerade sehr Hilfsbereit, sie sagen immer nur sie seien kein Hotel...

The hotel is everything you want in an apartment situation. Excellent suite, lots of space, complete kitchen, amazing bathroom (almost at USA/EU standards). Two blocks from two subways stations, in downtown area, safe at night, near everything and inexpesnive. Only complaint of a 7 day stay for Lollapalloza is that the wifi did not work for 2 days and […] that even though we requested an early check-in (crucial for a flight from USA or EU) there were no rooms ready until 2pm. I'll continue to come back to this location, I've found the perfect spot in Santiago! Mehr

The room was not ready when we came to check in. Was there on business. Had to use small restroom to change and clean up. Could not get in room on time - they were not ready. The rooms were nice. Good price. Hotels.com was great!!

Great price

This place was great! It was in an excellent location with good facilities. The bathroom was the best that I have come across in South America so far. The beds were comfy and the rooms looked clean and tidy. The price was very reasonable, and the staff very friendly. All in all I would recommend!

I stayed at the Park Suites for 2 weeks and was extremely happy. The room itself was very clean, nice amenities, I stayed in the "deluxe" room and it had a nice kitchen and living room and two TVs which was a plus. Internet was easy to use. The building was well maintained and there was 24 hr. security. The neighborhood was great. You are basically […] right downtown so there is a lot of action going on: lots of places to eat/drink, lots of shops, a park is a block away, and the metro is close by. When walking around the neighborhood I never felt unsafe at all, even at night. There is a lot of foot and car traffic, so if you are very sensitive to that you should ask for a room that does not face Paseo Huerfanos, which is a busy street. Other than the noises from the streets, I have no complaints. They did not have breakfast or maid service when I was there, and they gave me a substantial refund for that, although they said they would have breakfast and maid services within the next few months. But I did not miss the breakfast, and the room has no many amenities when you arrive, I did not need a maid at all. If staying in Santiago for an extended period, I strongly recommend this place. Upon arrival we were told that the hotel did not have anymore a license to function as a hotel, so they returned a portion of the original pre-paid fee because they would not be able to provide breakfast nor maid service. We agreed and enjoyed our stay in a very nice suite. There was a small fridge, microwave, stove and dishes so we were able to have […] breakfast in the suite. The only complaints I had about the hotel were: a) breakfast is terrible. They deliver it the day before which gives you an idea of how fresh it is- I didn't eat it once. b) there was construction going on right outside my window (with jackhammers etc) for hours from about 3am to 5am the first night I was there. I was told I couldn't leave and get […] a refund, they couldn't tell me if it would occur the following night and when I asked to speak to the manager I was told she was busy and would come and find me later -which she never did. I asked to switch rooms (everyone on my side of the hotel complained) but was told it was fully booked. Really disappointed given it was otherwise a nice hotel. Mehr

I REALLY liked this place. The rooms are actually apartment flats with a FULL kitchen, breakfast delivered the day before and a living area separate from the bedroom/loft. Comfortable, clean, friendly and - although off the main drag - VERY convenient to the subway, buses and historic sites. Close to the main plaza and Catholic University. Right down […] the block from Santa Lucia park. After rough Santiago hotel nights elsewhere, this place was a blessing! I would return again in a heart-beat. Mehr

After some problems at check-in (two separate rooms I was sent to weren't ready), the assistant manager gave me a free upgrade to a two-level suite that was marvelous. It had HD-TVS on both levels, a stereo, full kitchen with microwave, etc., computer connection and wireless, and breakfast was brought to me each morning. (apple, yogurt, juice, milk, […] instant coffee, bread and butter/jelly). The suite was incredible and spacious for the low price I paid. The pool was strangely in another nearby building, but it was nice (although it was closed the first day I tried). The workout rooms were OK, but were in yet another building. (It all seemed to be a big condo/apartment development.) In the end, the room was great and the management went out of their way to make sure they made up for the lousy check-in experience. The location is right off a main pedestrian mall in downtown Santiago, just a block from the lovely Santa Lucia park and hill. Great location if you are primarily working in the downtown area, but easy access to metro, buses and taxis. (I got a taxi on the street to take me to the airport for less than half of what the hotel would charge for the hotel taxi.) All in all, a nice stay in a beautiful suite thanks to an upgrade. I'd recommend the hotel, but I'm sure the suite normally costs a bundle. Mehr

The Park Suites Huerfanos is in an excellent location close to everything in Santiago. Room was a great two bedroom with a kitchen and living room and private bath. Downsides were the electricity which went off 5 times before we had to unplug all unnecessary items in the room which meant going without A/C for the night. Also it was pretty awkward […] when we check in and the maid's cart was in our room! The hotel refunded us $20 which was a nice gesture. The biggest downside was the pool. It's indoors and there are no chairs to layout on the roofdeck. They definitely need to work on this part of the hotel. Else it is nice, clean and close to the sites. Mehr

Most of the front desk staff are able to speak English, which certainly helped with my stay as an American. The room was quite clean and included a fridge, a stove, and a microwave in each room. I enjoyed getting the free continental breakfast to my room. The location puts it close to many tourist sites. This is certainly a great hotel for what you […] pay. Mehr

Very Good Hotel in a Nice Location

See above intro Friendly staff, great launch offer, great location....... High marks with the only C's for their continental breakfasts and stinginess in bathroom accessories (Lotion/gels) A sure recommendation to holiday maker and business traveller alike.

Lo siento - mi espanol no es muy fuerte, entoces voy a escribir en ingles. We loved this place. They took such good care of us and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are modern and the location is very central. It was one of the best places we stayed in South America. Be sure to ask for a […] room not facing the main road. We swapped rooms after the first night as they empty garbage outside at all hours of the night. Mehr

O pessoal de recepção muito atenciosos, prestativos. o Hotel novo, bem conservado, os quartos bem equipados. Mas não existia serviço de limpeza nos quartos, não tinha troca de roupa de cama, apenas uma vez foi trocada depois de muito solicitar. Sendo um apart-hotel pelo menos uma limpeza dia sim outro não deveria existir, localização muito boa e podiam […] oferecer café da manhã, Existia uma obra no hotel que começava uma 8:30 da manhã tornando-se impossível de descansar ou dormir, depois dessa hora, com barulho de furadeira e quebra de paredes, obra que até eu vir embora não tinha termidado. Excelente para quem não precisa de serviços de um hotel propriamente dito. Suíte muito bem montada e equipada. Encontramos tudo limpo e organizado. Localização privilegiada, ao lado do Cerro Santa Lúcia e a três quadras do metrô. Entregam o que prometem. Recomendo.

Otima localizacao, recepcionostas educados, bem pintado e limpo. Perto do bairro Bellavista e das estacoes de metro Santa Lucia e Bellas Artes, perto de im mercado grande e de um pequeno. Mas nao e duplex como o hoteis.com me falou que era. Pergintei se todos os apartamentos, inclusive standarts eram duplex e me falaram que sim...nao ser, nao atrapalhou […] minha viagem, mas me senti enganada quando entrei e vi que nao era...mas recomendo o apart hotel sim. Trata-se de um apart-hotel bem localizado, confortável e bem equipado. Talvez o adendo '-hotel' nem se aplique: durante nossa estadia, em nenhuma ocasião o quarto foi limpo ou arrumado - mas essa parece ser justamente a proposta, não uma falha do serviço. Assim como não há serviço de limpeza diário, não há café-da-manhã ou qualquer refeição (não está […] incluso no valor nem é oferecido à parte). A localização, todavia, é excelente: ao lado do Cerro Santa Lucía, numa "extremidade" do centro, ou seja, próximo do centro histórico, político e financeiro e da região de comércio, e a pequena distância de áreas mais nobres como Bellavista e Providencia, a três quadras de uma estação do excelente metrô. Para os preocupado com a ausência de refeição no local, não faltam alternativas próximas (restaurantes, cafeterias, mercados). Enfim, se o que procuras é um apartamento bem localizado e confortável com uma boa relação custo-benefício, este não deixa a desejar. Se procuras um hotel com limpeza diária e serviços vários no próprio local, procure outro lugar. Mehr

Este não é um hotel, é um apart hotel, é um grande condomínio com 4 torres na qual alguns apartamentos são de propriedade desta empresa que aluga os hotéis, isso por um lado é muito bom porque fica muito movimentado, dando mais segurança, o lado ruim é que não conta com serviços típicos de hotel como café da manhã e limpeza do quarto. Prós: bons quartos […] (o que eu estava era o Loft, tem 2 ambientes com TV e ar condicionado, a vista da janela era para o parque Cerro Santa Lucia e para os Andes); ótima localização (a uma quadra do centro, a uma quadra de parques, a uma quadra do metro, supermercado ao lado); piscina e sala de informática. Contras: NÃO tem serviço de quarto, nem troca roupa de cama e toalhas, passei 10 dias no hotel e isso foi horrível; o atendimento depende de quem está na recepção (uns bons e outros péssimos); me deram internet wi-fi gratuita mas não funcionou; ficamos sem água quente por 2 dias. Gostaria de esclarecer que este estabelecimento NAO e um hotel. Isto posto, e muito bem localizado pois esta proximo as principais atracoes turisticas e restaurantes da cidade. Os quartos sao de bom tamanho, limpos, confortavel, silenciosos e com todos eletrodomesticos de um apart hotel. Nao ha servico de limpeza de quarto nem cafe da manha. O staff […] e extremamente preguicoso e de ma vontade. Ajudam na base da pressao e so, com a gloriosa excecao do funcionario do turno da noite que foi prestativo e atencioso. Mehr

Ao chegarmos ao hotel, descobrimos que a cama de nosso Departamento Standard não tinha o tamanho divulgado no sítio da internet (queen size). Após alguma insistência, a recepcionista propôs transferência para um quarto tipo Loft no prédio ao lado (número 547 do Paseo Huérfanos) com uma taxa adicional por diária. Apenas depois de falarmos com o gerente […] e explicarmos a situação é que ele autorizou a mudança sem custos. Afora esse incidente, recomendamos totalmente o hotel, especialmente o Loft, que vem completo e é espaçoso. As instalações são muito novas, tanto da torre em que ficamos (a "D") como dos quartos. A limpeza do prédio é exemplar, mas note-se que não há serviço de quarto, o que pode até ser uma vantagem (deixávamos nossas coisas esparramadas pela sala). A localização é uma das melhores da cidade, perto de duas estações de Metrô (Bellas Artes, para a Linha 5, e Santa Lucía, para a Linha 1). Ressalte-se que o hotel fica bem no centrão, lugar deserto tarde da noite, mas isso não chega a ser um problema: Santiago nos pareceu uma cidade muito segura para suas dimensões, e o policiamento é sempre presente. A recepção foi cordial e atenciosa (especialmente o Ángel, que nos conseguiu um táxi para o aeroporto na volta), e pareceu disposta a resolver os problemas dos hóspedes. Há bons hotéis que ficam em zonas mais nobres da cidade (Providencia, Las Condes e Vitacura, por exemplo), mas normalmente custam mais caro e alguns ficam a quilômetros de uma estação de Metrô. Se fosse voltar a Santiago amanhã, me hospedaria novamente no Park Apartments Huérfanos. Mehr

Fiquei hospedada com uma amiga, fomos muito bem recebidas, a limpeza e a organização nos chamaram atenção, os recepcionistas (em especial o Raul) muito atencioso e cortez.

El personal busca satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes y ofrece respuestas rápidas y efectivas. El equipamiento del departamento, la decoración minimalista, la limpieza y la comodidad se suman a una hermosa vista de la ciudad. El valor es conveniente para el servicio que ofrecen. La ubicación es óptima para estadía de negocios.

Habiamo reservado una habitacion con dos camas y al llegar solo tenian una habitación con cama matrimonial, por lo que dormimos incomodas y al siguiente día nos cambiaron de habitacion a una con 2 camas gemelas, la habitación estaba muy bien pero olia demasiado a cigarro. La ubicación esta muy bien, muy centrico pero en cuanto a lo demas detalles se […] me hizo muy malo. Mehr

Não serviram o café da manhã, mas fomos reembolsado. Recomendo. O pessoal do hotel foram super simpático.

Não posso avaliar este hotel pois não fiquei hospedado em função do não cumprimento doque foi contratado. Quando chegamos ao hotel as 2,00 hs. da manhã é que fomos informados que não ofereciam mais o café da manhã, limpeza do quarto, troca de toalhas etc.... Passamos uma noite e no dia seguinte mudamos para outro hotel, RQ Providencia, no primeiro período […] e depois para o Lota Suites no segundo período. Quero agradecer a Sra. Embora fomos transferidos para outro hotel, tivemos muitos transtornos pois o que foi comprado não estava disponivel. Não recomendo, pois bom é comprar e receber conforme o combinado, e não ter que lutar para conseguir.

O hotel não atende o que vende. Nao há cafe da manha e limpeza dos quartos, embora tivessem vendido esses serviços. Devo salientar que ao reclamar fomos transferidos para outro hotel da rede que nos atendeu satisfatoriamente.

Ótimo hotel com excelente acomodações. Quarto novo, confortável e completo. Devido a problema de licença de funcionamento não está podendo operar como hotel e portanto não há serviço de café da manhã e de limpeza. Segundo os funcionários esse problema em breve será solucionado. De uma forma ou de outra esse detalhe não tira o valor do hotel por sua […] excelente localização (perto dos principais pontos turísticos, metrô, supermercado, centro, etc.) e pela disponibilidade e atenção de todos os funcionários. Tive uma hospedagem muito boa, exceto pela dificuldade do idioma porque muitos funcionários esqueciam-se de falar pausado e dificultava muito o entendimento. Acho que deveria ter um ou mais funcionários que falasse português já que 90% do hotel eram de brasileiros. O outro incomodo que tive foi de faltar mais cobertas no quarto. Très bon hôtel, très bien situé dans SANTIAGO avec un personnel très accueillant et compétant. Seule petite remarque : la qualité du petit déjeuner,pour nous, pas à la hauteur du reste.
