Aufenthalt von einer woche war gut. zimmer etwas klein was jedoch in tokyo normal ist wenn kein 5stern hotel gebucht ist.Lage ist perfekt,2min zu fuss ab bahnhof. shibuya verfügt über ideale verbindungen von flughafen und für reisen mit jr line oder metro. ist ein sehr lebhafter fleck vorallem für jüngere leute, viele leute, viele bars, coole clubs […] und natürlich shopping. If it wasn't for the excellent location I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The room was small and view was onto a solid concrete wall. Not that it mattered because the neon lights outside were blinding throughout the night. The 3 features that disappointed me most, however, were (1) that the staff did not have any appropriate English skills, (2) the walls […] were do thin that we got told off for talking too loudly in our rooms at midnight (3) the staff had NO information on what is one of toyos most important sights/day trips - Kamakura Overall disappointing but location is just too good. The rooms are Very small be ready for it.

Once you can figure out the expansive Shibuya Station and what exit to take, you're at the hotel in less than two minutes. Room is small, which is the norm in Japan, so get used to that. But who goes to Tokyo to sit in their hotel room? Hotel staff was extremely nice, and the cleanliness was perfect. Great restaurant next to the lobby if you're tired […] of the crazy Shibuya life for the night. But there's also a convenience store next to the hotel so you can stock up on snacks and drinks. Great location with reasonable price. Room is a bit packed, as per Tokyo standards, but clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. A bit too late check-in 3:00 pm

Excellent location next to the Shibuya Train Station. Well insulated for sound. Not a great deal but right about what you would expect for this price.

I have stayed at this hotel for 3 times already, its very close to the station 2min walk away and just 3 mins away from shibuya109. I would recommend this hotel to female shopaholics. The cleaning of the room is good however i noticed alot of dust in the area closest to the window. Other than that everything is prefect in terms of comfort, convenience […] and service. Mehr

I'll start with saying that the Shibuya Tokyu Inn is in an amazing location if you plan on hanging around the Shibuya area. Very close to everything including Shibuya Station (maybe a 2 minute walk away). With that said, the hotel seems old and its not in the greatest condition. The public areas are fine in the lobby, but the hallways leading to the […] room have seen better days. As far as the room....its fine, clean, comfortable...but again, it seems kinda old and past its prime. I would still recommend the hotel for maybe a short stay in the Shibuya area (the hotel will grow on you) but I wouldn't want to be there too long. It leaves a lot left to be desired. Don't expect too much and you will have a pleasant stay at a very convenient location. Room size is small (as per Tokyo standard) and the price is reasonable (also as per Tokyo standard).

The hotel is in an awesome location, super close to Shibuya station. There's nothing else particularly special about it, but it's a great value, and is clean and functional.

Very close to JR Shibuya train station, about 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Receptionist's command of English was good. As usual the room was a little small. Quite a good location as it is located near Hachiko crossing where you can do lots of shopping, food or just people watching :)

The price is acceptable with respect to the size of the room. I got discount for consecutive 3 night stay. Therefore, the price is similar to other less convenient locations. The room is small but that is expected in Tokyo. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It is located in the center of Shibuya with a lot of restaurants and stores. Right across the street from the Shibuya Train Station. Very busy intersection! The room was very small but I needed a room with two twins and this was the only one available so I had to take this. Originally wanted to stay at the Tokyu Exel which is an upgrade sister hotel across the street. The rooms are very very small so if you are uncomfortable […] in small rooms you will want a single and not share the room with another person. The bathrooms are even smaller! You might want to ask for an upgrade. Location wise...this hotel ROCKED. Remember, lots of stairs and walking in Tokyo....you will rarely find an elevator so if you are lugging a big suitcase...beware! Mehr

Nice lobby and friendly staff. The rooms and furnishing are old. Was given a smoking room even though I booked a non-smoking room. The staff could not give us another room and opened the window to air the room instead. The location is good and very near to Shibuya station.

Literally a 3-minute walk from Shibuya station - do I need to say anything else? Service pretty decent for the price. Many thanks.

Great price for the location

Price is right and location is outstanding, particularly for access to mass transit. Not for Americans on their first trip to Japan, perhaps, since it is set up for Japanese residents not expats. English of some staff is OK, but not excellent, and some don't speak English at all. No English TV programming, etc. But I would stay there again.

Fabulous location; JR station is less than 5 mins walk away while metro station entrance is right in front of the hotel. No worries about food as there are eateries everywhere; even a couple of 24hrs eateries to fulfill your late night hunger! Hotel room is small but clean. Bed is not very comfortable (+ no comforter) but can't complain too much as […] the hotel is supposed to be an inn. Hotel lobby staff does speak minimal english. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and housekeeping is done daily so you always come back to a clean hotel room. Mehr

The hotel is exactly 2 minutes walk from Shibuya subway/JR. Room size is as compact as standard Japanese hotel room. The hotel in overall is peaceful and clean. Hotel staff can communicate in English and very helpful. Best location with reasonable price. Cant think of any caveat. :)

The rooms are tiny and a bit outdated; not a place to go if you want Western TV or even English-speaking staff. However, the location is right near the action in Shibuya, yet a touch quieter. (Bourbon drinkers, try the Boylston bar just across the street and to the left!)

The service at the hotel is great and helpful but the surrounding is quite noisy as it is near the JR. Overall it is value for money.

I stayed in the Tokyu inn with my fiance for 4 nights between May and June 2009. We arrived after our long flight and were allowed to check in before lunch time which was great. the room was very small and the bathroom even smaller, but it is in a great location and very clean. The AC worked fine and room was cleaned every day. The staff were nice, […] no problems at all during our stay and were helpful. The rooms are ideal for a cheaper option rather than a luxurious hotel for more than double the price but only recommend for 1 or 2 people as very small which is normal in Tokyo. Facilities were great! The hotel is located right within Shibuya close to all the buzz, bars shops and restaurants, also along the road is bus and train stations, the city is amazing!Very busy but quiet at night in hotel so still get sleep. There is so much to do and see and everything in shibuya within walking distance. Mehr

無機場巴士接送服務, 離NEX澀谷站走路約10分鐘. 房間稍嫌擁擠, bidet無法使用. 但樓下有24小時超商, 附近也有許多餐廳. 鄰近澀谷車站和商圈, 食衣住行非常便利. 下次會再入住.

飯店人員服務良好. 櫃枱人員對於我們所提的問題, 都有很好的回應. 每日客房清潔也很確實. 房間雖小, 卻有舒適的感受. 下回再到東京, 我還是會選擇住宿涉谷東急軒酒店.

渋谷駅徒歩3分とイイ立地条件で近隣の夜遊びにも対応できる24時間オープンのホテルでした。 ただ、隣の部屋の音が聞こえたり、ドライヤーのパワーが弱いのが不満でした

地點很好，jr站距離5分鐘，房間空間可以接受，只是牆壁很薄，容易聽到隔壁聲音！整體不錯

位置不錯,房間小了點,但可接受,唯一覺得辦公化妝桌,一般都是椅子,他們竟然是板凳,不能靠腰,

写真で見たときは少し’不安だったのですが、中に入ったら全く違いうれしい発見でした。 駅やデパートや商店街も近く24時間開いているFamily MartやMacDonaldも隣り。繁華街なのにお部屋の中は静かでスッタフも皆さん親切で気持ちよいでした。 東京に行かれる友人達にお勧めします。

Right in front of Shibuya Station and always open Family mart & MacDonald near by and yet not so noisy. I really enjoyed this good location.

Hotellet var bra, men om jag kommer tillbaks kommer jag välja att ta ett större rum, för deras billigaste dubbelrum är små. Inga engelsktalande TV-kanaler, men det störde oss inte alls, eftersom vi inte var där för att titta på TV. Läget var bra, ett stenkast från Shibuya, vi tog JR-tåget dit, och hade visserligen lite problem att hitta från stationen, […] men det berodde enbart på dåliga kartor. När vi väl förstått var det låg, var det ett bra läge! De har LAN-anslutning till internet, men inte WIFI. Mehr

If location is everythin - and you wan't to stay in Shibuya - this is really an attractive hotel. Though it is not entirely new, and the room we got was a bit cramped (at 6 foot + I reached the ceiling in the bathroom), it was a clean a comfortable room. The staff was very nice, and the luagage service on our check-out day was splendid! That said, we […] stayed on a 40 % discount, and at full price I might have expected somewhat more. Our reservation said "High Speed WIFI" but the room only had a "LAN" connection, so we couldn't connect our iPhone in the room (And it's difficult to find public WIFI-spots in Tokyo). The Hotel did have a rental computer service, which we didn't use though. Mehr

Hotellet ligger sentralt i shibuya, og er et meget godt alternativ til Excel som er en god del dyrere. Har bodd på både Cerulean og Excel, og selv om hotellrommene på Cerulean er større og flottere - så er det helt fin standard på Tokyu Inn, omtrent som et norsk 4-stjerners. Og hotellet er stortsett en del billigere enn Cerulean og Excel. I tillegg […] ligger det minst like sentralt som Cerulean, med 2stk kolonial-forretninger rett ved siden av seg. Nærmeste minibank vi fant, som tok våre VISA-kort, var Citibank. Det fås mye info om Tokyo i resepsjonsområdet. Hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste til deg som ønsker å bo sentralt (i shibuya), med helt fin standard, til en levbar pris. :) Mehr

Hotellet levede fuld ud op til de forventninger vi havde til det...og lidt til. Vi ville gerne have et hotel der lå centralt, og vores krav var blot at der var en dobbeltseng og eget bad. Vi fik dog både eget internet, køleskab, TV, coffee maker og aircondition med i købet. Der var pænt og rent, og hotellet havde derudover en 'grøn' politik i forhold […] til rengøringen.
