Very comfortable room with everything I needed. Quite large. You are presented (personally) with a lovely plate of fruit upon arrival. The decor of the room was a bit run down but I really didn't mind. The woman working at the business center was immensely helpful and spent at least 45 minutes with me, making calls.

Was connecting in Kunming after a late-night arrival. Hotel was not more than 10 minutes by taxi from current KMG airport. [IMPORTANT NOTE: New KMG airport is due to open ~11/2011, and will be a long way from the hotel]. Arriving around 1:15 a.m. desk staff was courteous, efficient and english-speaking. The hotel itself is very nice. Front desk personel were helpful and the daytime manager's English was very good (I did not speak to the night manager, but I'm sure his was just as good). For the most part the service personel were friendly, helpful, and informative. The only complaint I have about the service was the Tourism Booth in the hotel lobby. […] One of the female employees was completely and utterly useless. She knew nothing about the tourism of the city. I spoke to her in Chinese, English, and I even showed her the names of the places I wanted to go to in Chinese and she just told me she never heard of them before. These were tourist spots, too, that were listed in my Lonely Planet and on various tourism sites online. She did not bother to get on her computer to look up anything and she told me to come back in two days when a different Tourism employee would be there. No matter how I spoke to her, she just looked confused. Completely incompetent. I got so frustrated with her that I went to the front desk, where the daytime manager went online to look up the addresses where I wanted to go and gave me a rough estimate about how much a cab ride would cost. The next day there was a man working at the tourism desk. He was very informative and helpful. He even gave me suggestions of what to do in the city and complimented my Chinese. The hotel is a block away from the North Train Station, which is convenient if you are planning to do a lot of train travel, however it's a little far away from the center of town. The good thing is that every cab driver knows the hotel and does not have to look up the address. Overall I would stay here again, but I would not deal with the Tourism Lady. Just make sure it's the guy there and if not, just go straight to the front desk. Mehr

We chose this hotel as it was near the airport (5 km), and we had a layover of about 8 hours. We got the hotel late at night (1 a.m.), and were given a suite instead of a standard room. We were given fruit on arrival. We had a 6 a.m. wake-up call and a taxi was arranged for us to go back to the airport. We did not get to try the breakfast as it was […] served starting at 6:30 a.m. Only one breakfast was included with the room, a bit of a drawback as there were two of us. Overall, very nice hotel. Good 4 star quality for 3 star price. Helpful staff and good quality room. (Provided) breakfast was not great, but OK Only negative was a very average shower.

Lobby is nice and beautiful but the room is quite small than other hotel

昆明の繁華街からはやや離れているが、駅まで歩けて、空港から約１０分程度と大変便利なホテルです。コストを考慮すれば、ホテルの設備・スタッフの質も合格点だと思います。 尚、ホテルにある福照楼の雲南料理は大変お勧めです。

Prisvärt, halvfint hotell i en galen stad. Trevlig personal som kunde engelska bra.

.Sa situation nous permet de se deplacer en train parce qu il est situe tout pres en comparaison des deux gares de bus qui sont aux extremites de la ville.

Arrived around 10 pm, and it was impossible to get any food. The hotel restaurant/bar had 5 persons at work, but the lights were off so they they were apparently not interested in serving customers. Check in was very slow. Not at all worth 4 stars.

Excellent hôtel, moderne, confortable, accueillant, service impécable. Très bon emplacement, au coeur de la ville, près des gares.

Ett rätt lyxigt hotell med läge nära järnvägsstationen och ca 10 minuter med taxi till centrum. Stora fina rum med TV, internationella kanaler. Alltid någon i receptionen som kunde engelska. Stor kinesisk frukostbuffe på 23 våningen med utsikt över hela staden. Men väl hårda sängar för en västerlänning. Ingen värme att tala om på vintern. Löstes med […] flera filtar..
