Zimmer richte nach Rauch? Motor von der Ventilation unhaltbar, denn wir hatten Ferien.???? Zimmer nummer 212 Frühstückbüffet lässt zu wünschen übrig, im Restaurant Rustika

Wake-Up call wurde seitens des Personals verschlafen. Roomservice schnell und gut. Viele unerwünschte Mitbewohner!!! Haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.

Not great at all.the staff quite cold and give the impression to not really know what they are doing, housekeeping forgot to renew my toilet paper so i rang reception and waited 1 HOUR until someone came!!! I was above the bar so had music until 2.30 am and then had the cleaners vacuuming outside my door at 8 am. Seriously choose another hotel!!

Its very good and clean hotel,staff are polite,& frendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is good, 13km from airport. All amenties within walking distance,and bus services.

The stay was ok. Problem was that they put me in a smoking room. And then they decided to put us in the wrong room.. But Alll in all it wa ok. If they get your stay right.

Well priced with friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed overnight at The Ascot on the way to Europe. The room was very large with a sitting room and very reasonably priced. We were looking forward to having a meal and drinks in the rooftop garden bar but unfortunately this was closed for Ramadan and as we did not feel safe walking in Dubai at night we had to order room service which was very l […] imited. I have lost 500 dirham worth of women accessories in the room while attending the breakfast in the morning. I came to Canada shortly after that and didnt realize if things were missing...after noticing my things were not where I put them to be I phoned the hotel receptionist and ofcourse its not their fault they said!!!! Honestly I am so angry and disappointed […] on these people and why would they hire such theives to clean rooms.....very sad! Mehr

We have stayed at this Hotel on 5 occassions whilst returning to UK from Australia and always find it comfortable, the breakfast is first class and the staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. With a choice of restaurants on site there is no need to leave the Hotel when on a stop-over. The roof top pool is excellent as well.

I have genuine regard for the responsiveness of the front desk team . Donna and her colleagues we were patient and the most helpful of any hotel I have stayed in in the region.They went that extra mile to assist me link up with a relative at another hotel. The Ascot is adjacent and connected to it's big brother, the Royal Ascot. Although they are managed by the same company, they are two separate hotels. The benefits of staying at the Ascot is that you can use all the facilities located in the Royal Ascot free of charge while enjoying a cheaper nightly rate. My room was extremely comfortable and spacious, […] albeit a little dark. There was only a small window that did not receive direct sunlight, and there were no ceiling lights. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the mini bar was adequate. The wireless is quite cheap (60 AED for 24 hours) but the signal strength can vary in intensity. The decor is slightly dated and plain, but for the value and location this is an outstanding bargain. The breakfast buffet is fine - nothing special but satisfying. The only thing I'd recommend are additional sockets in the room (there was only one in my room) and ceiling lighting. Also, the bar, Waxy's, on the ground floor can be quite loud on weekend nights, so if that is a concern you should ask for a room on a higher floor. Mehr

Hotel Ascot ligger i Dubais eldste del, dvs. i den delen av byen hvor det meste er fra 1950-årene og utover. Dette er en hyggelig bydel med en mengde småforretninger m.v. av alle slag, velegnet for interessante spaserturer. Hotel Ascot er holdt i eldre engelsk stil, med pene, velutstyrte rom og fellesarealer. I huset er det flere gode restauranter. […] Den rikholdige frokostbuffeten serveres i en morsom russisk restaurant i toppetasjen. Hotellet er bygd sammen med Royal Ascot Hotel som er nabohuset, og gjestene på Ascot Hotel kan blant annet benytte svømmebassenger der. Personalet på Ascot Hotel er meget serviceminded på alle måter. De ordner f. eks. avhenting på flyplassen hvis man ringer og avtaler på forhånd. Raskeste og billigste måte å ferdes rundt i Dubai er med metroen. Det er 5-10 minutters gange fra hotellet til nærmeste stasjon. Ellers er taxi også rimelig, og det er taxier utenfor hele tiden. En ukes opphold på Hotel Ascot i desember 2011 ga absolutt mersmak. La chambre était bien aménagée mais donnait sur un mur avec des sorties d'air conditionné franchement pas terrible.
