Die Lage des Hotels ist echt Super (ca. 7min bis zu den Lifts). Aber der Zustand vom Hotel ist für den Preis pro Zimmer nicht besonders toll! Die Sauna,... na ja.... Unter einer Sauna stellt man sich was ganz anderes vor! Es gibt keinen Ruheraum! Mann kann sich einen Stuhl von außen (aus den Poolbereich hohlen) und sich vor der Sauna hinsetzen. Aber […] dort ist auch der Durchgang zum Pool und somit laufen einen die Leute ständig vor den Füßen. Falls man früh anreißt (vormittags) und man keinen Zimmer hat (check-in erst ab 16h) hat man KEINE MÖGLICHKEIT sich im Hotel um zu ziehen, um Ski- / Snowboardfahren zu gehen. Es wird einen lediglich die kleine Toilette im Gang angeboten oder die kleine Lobby vor allen anderen herum laufende Gäste. Für den Preis würde ich jeden lieber das "Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre" nur 3min weiter weg von den Lifts empfehlen! Dafür ist alles viel schöner (Sauna, Umkleideräume, uzw.) dort und es gibt sogar einen netten kleinen Frühstück dafür! Ich kann diesen Hotel NICHT weiter empfehlen! Mehr

Great location. Hotel looking a bit worn as it is very popular due to price point and location. The walls and ceilings are not very sound proofed so I was woken several times thru the night. For one night it was average but I would not recommend for much longer if you value your rest.

Very pleased with how close to Gondolas and ski rentals, lots of restaurants.Nice large indoor spa. Parking below bldg very convenient although cost of $18, worth it. Bed was comfortable and all in good repair.Would definitely return.

The hotel is kind of dated. Our room smelt of old fire burning, but it was super close to the lifts and amenitites in whistler and you can never beat that!

I really enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the hot tub right in the village. The pool hours were open late which was nice. We enjoyed a nice meal at the Keg next door and swam for most of the evening afterwards. Very convenient and close to everything and the price was great too! The decor is a little outdated but very roomy and cozy in the suites.

I had my 5 year old son with me for a SPECIAL ski trip. The fact that he got to stay at a beautiful hotel was a real treat for him. He will be talking about this trip for a long time and I will be recommending the hotel to my friends.

I was quite impressed by the staff's curtesy. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was nice and well equipped. The only backdraw is the murphy bed. Since the table is permanently attached to the folding part of the bed, you can either use the table or the bed at any given time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was large and comfortable, clean, nice kitchen, convienent location to the lifts and village, no need for a car or shuttles.

Both internet and parking were over-priced add-ons. Very few hotels charge for internet service in the rooms these days, and that knocks down my rating of this hotel, as it seems really cheap to be charging an additional fee to access the web. Parking also was needlessly expensive and could have been included with room. Otherwise, I've no complaints […] regarding the hotel. Location was great, rooms clean, and beds were very comfortable. We had a nice stay although the hotel was going through some renovations (plumbing issues)and a lot of the walls in the halls were boarded and it looked like a construction site. We had a suite with kitchenette and it was quite handy for quick meals before hitting the slopes. I thought the room was extremely tiny, especially for 4 people. I understand that not all requests can be made but having 2 couples and 3 beds was not great. Our feet were touching the other peoples feet. They said there was a full kitchen, yet there was only 1 knife and no bowls for salads or anything. Great stay with the family. Friendly service at the front desk. Cosmetic wise the hotel definitely need a makeover however did not affect the overall experience. Booked a suite style. The size is more than enough for four adults plus ski equipment and other luggage.

Lots of construction and renos going on at this hotel right now. Room was pretty dated and not as clean as I hoped, but it was a good value for what we paid. Decent place to sleep, and super close to Blackcomb base!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's right in the centre of Whistler Village so really great for getting to the gondolas, bars and restaurants.

The hotel is a bit older and in need of repair but overall it was clean, comfortable and affordable considering that the location is perfect. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and overall I had no problems. The bathroom was a bit bare bones and in need of sprucing up but the rest of the room (standard) was fine. The only thing though is that […] the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper then you will not appreciate the early morning noise of people walking about their rooms in their ski boots getting ready for a day on the slopes. Great location which was easy to get around, we parked car for the weekend and didn't need to use it at all. Parking kind of adds up if you are staying for a few days but most hotels charge close to twenty bucks/day. The room was only ready about an hour before regular check in time. Hotel staff was very helpful and could suggest some things to do. […] Location is beside the Keg and around the corner from a Starbucks and Shoppers Drug Mart so everything you need is right there. I used the gym and it had alright equipment, everything you'd need for a workout on your vacation and never saw anyone else in there. TV in there to watch while working out. There is a nice outdoor hottub and pool. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I could hear the people upstairs in the morning running around and slight hallway noise but nothing that preventing me from going back to sleep. Mehr

Well, they charge $5/ day for wifi...cheeky in this day and age. Also $18 for parking. The heat only partially worked in our room and we were cold. I really hate that. The room we had worked well for our family and was convenient for walking. It just generally felt a bit tired. Beer can behind the couch, ripped cushion on the couch..little things.

Can't complain about the price for this hotel. It was centrally located with a full kitchen. The murphy bed and pullout beds weren't so comfortable. The pool was small. If yo are on a budget and want something central with a kitchen this should be considered.

A trip that was intended to just be myself later included the family. The staff allowed me to upgrade a pre-paid room over the phone. There were more beds in the room then were listed on the website which really helped. The two story room was novel and made the upstairs silent compaired to other hotels. The location of this hotel, made walking through […] the village stroll easy. I had a conference at the Fairmont, which was only 8 minutes to walk. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn several times, and my wife and I would recommend this hotel as being a better value. Only knock on this hotel is that the common areas smelled, and the pool shower drain was loaded with hair. The pool was clean and well maintained, and was kept at a temperature that was not torture in the cold to enjoy. Mehr

The standard room was adequate in size. The beds and bedding were very comfortable The room description made reference to sitting and enjoying the fireplace, however, our room did not have a fireplace.
