Richtig schön, sauber. Für dasGeld-super. Service- alle totall lieb :-) 40km von Innenstadt aber mit dem Auto 30 min. oder mit dem Zug von dem Flughafen superverbindung. Hotel bittet auch Transfer von dem Flughafen.

The hotel was very nice and also the restaurant was good. What I didn't like is having to pay for the airport shuttle, this is an airport hotel, and the only reason to go to this hotel is if you are heading or coming from the airport, as there is nothing else around it, so I think that the shuttle should be included in the price

Very pleased with our stay. The food at the restaurant was very good, as was room service. Very friendly staff also.

A nice hotel, good service and comfortable rooms. It is close to the airport, but far from city. Located in an industrial area, I would only recommend this hotel if one wishes to be next to the airport.

You'd think a hotel that is 2km from a major international airport and advertises itself as an airport hotel would allow you to print boarding passes for free. BUT NO. Computer in lobby takes a credit card. And They charge you a lot per page for printing too. Just ridiculous. There's a fully stocked tempting mini-fridge in the room with EVERYTHING AT […] A HIGH CHARGE if you are stuck. And so goes this hotel, set up at a reasonable rate but will pinch you for extras everywhere. Parking 8 Euros. Etc. etc. Mehr

The hotel is quite expensive for the quality of the rooms, and they charge for everything. Even use of the computer in the lobby is not free. I have never encountered a hotel that charged for that. Also, the shower was terrible. It's very small, which is normal for European hotels, but it has a flimsy curtain that once it gets wet it sticks to you […] while you shower. And the water kept getting colder and colder, I had to keep adjusting it. We booked this hotel for our last night in Munich because they had a shuttle to the airport (also not free) and we thought that would make things easier. Next time we'll just stay downtown, the trains go all the way to the airport and the hotels are much better there, and cheaper. Mehr

The NH Hotel is a great hotel not far from the Munich Airport. i stayed there recently when I had an early morning connecting flight. The airport / hotel shuttle cost about six euros and runs on a convenient schedule. The ride is about 15 minutes long. The hotel is very stylish and the staff is friendly. I had a good (late night) dinner upon my arrival. […] All the staff spoke very good English. I liked this hotel so much that I booked rooms at other NH Hotels for my next trips in April and May! Hotel looks new and rooms are clean. There is a problem with transportation if your flight arrives late, last bus to the hotel goes at 22.43 from Terminal 2 and after that you have no other way. Taxis won't take you unless you are very persuasive (distance too short for them, they make no money on 4 km between airport and hotel). Hotel nickel and dime […] you for almost everything, you have to pay for shuttle bus, internet, breakfast... almost everything. Hotel is also very impersonal. Mehr

We would seek out this chain again. The shuttle runs from airport 2 times hourly for the 10 minute drive. The fee is about 2 euros. Because there are no restaurants in the area we ate at hotel and were pleased with quality----

The location is very close to the airport and shuttle runs every 30 min. The driver was very helpful when I didn't know which terminal, he looked it up and made a call to be sure. The staff at the hotel was very friendly as well. Ate dinner there and had a great meal. Comfy room and no complaints!

This is one of the most disappointing hotel stays that I have experienced. It started when I arrived when the key card I was given didn't work. Not the secord card either. Or the third. And in between I had to take the slow elevator down to the lobby to the unappreciative receptionist and try to explain that the card actually didn't work. After my third […] attempt, and after some discussion, I got a new room. Bad! The room was of good standard and it was clean and fresh. No problems there. I chose this hotel to be close to the airport, but it was too far to walk and the shuttle bus only left for the airport every half hour costing EUR 5 per trip. This means that it was no point in returning my rental car to the airport in advance. I needed that car to get in time to my flight. Disappointing! The parking fee at the hotel was also expensive, but since there were some free parking spaces in front of the hotel, it was still OK. When I tried to use the wi-fi in the lobby to access my e-mails via my iPhone, I could not connect. The receptionists tried to set it up for me, but after their third failed attempt (following my three attempts), I gave up and when to bed instead. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was nicely designed and stylish, but not particularly impressive. However, the MAJOR disappointment came, when the waitress told me that the breakfast was EUR 10. when I expected it to be included in the (fair) price for the room. Really bad for a hotel which main purpose must be to take care of business travelers spending the night before their flight out of Munich Airport! In summary, comportable and clean room, but lousy service and unexpected costs. I do not recommend this hotel. Mehr
