NH Frankfurt Airport - Kelsterbach

Nie mehr dieses Hotel. Das Hotel selber ist in Ordnung aber die Lage ist - wenn man schlafen will eine Katastrofe. Bis Mitternacht fliegen die Flieger (nicht mehr als 30 meter) über dein Zimmer. Pünktlich um 5 Morgens kommt dann der erste Flieger damit man sich auch nicht verschlafen kann. Guten Nacht.

Zwei Frühstücke kosten hier ein Drittel des Preises für ein Doppelzimmer. Für den Hoteleigenen Parkplatz zahlt der Hotelgast wie jeder andere und das Kissen und dünne Oberdecke waren minderwertig. Das Hotel war früher deutlich besser!

My wife left her sweater in the room and we discovered it after we were at the airport. The staff retrieved it from the room and sent it to the airport on the shuttle where I picked it up.

This hotel was comfortable, but they had NO free internet for their customers, except if you brought your own computer. This is the 21st Century, clients expect free Internet access on hotel computers. The charges for those who had no computer, but were willing to pay to use the hotel's computers, was ridiculously high. In Munchen, we had 15 minutes […] for a half Euro. This hotel wanted 5 Euro, that's right, FIVE EURO for 50 minute. What cost ONE EURO for an hour in Munchen cost FIVE EURO for 50 minutes, a factor of more than 500 percent. RIDICULOUS. Frankfurt NH should join the rest of the world in its pricing of what is expected everywhere these days, free or at least reasonably priced Internet access. Mehr

Very nice, clean hotel with shuttle to Airport every 20 min. Good Restaurant for Breakfast and Luch and Dinner service as well as a Bar. Comfortable beds. Not much to do outside going to Airport for Stores etc.

very convenient location (easy to get either to the airport or to downtown frankfurt) excellent room service bath tub was a bit small though no complimentary wifi in the room, lobby only which is a shame

The last leg of my European journey had us flying from London City back to Frankfurt for a next day departure back to the US. We arrived in Frankfurt around 5 pm, and were lucky to be at the right terminal for the hotel van pickup. We only waited 5-10 minutes before van came, took us straight to hotel. Rooms are small, but clean. Restaurant is rather […] pricey, but food is great! And sitting outside in the beautiful courtyard with a couple of glasses of wine is heavenly. The next day's trip to airport was swift and uneventful! Great way to end our wonderful European trip! We would definitely stay there again! Mehr

OK rate and close to airport with free shuttle. Nothing to walk to in the area as it's an airport hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was excellent. I needed an overnight and it worked well.

Was a little disappointed by the exterior of the hotel when we arrived however the inside and the well spec'd room soon made us forget our initial impression. We ate in the restaurant and had friendly service and nourishing food. We'd come again and recommend this hotel to others. 'Never judge a book by it's cover'.

The Air conditioning was sketchy - not able to cool the room at all. And there was neither an ice bucket nor an ice machine in the hotel. Minor complaints though - I would stay again and would recommend to others.

Every think was fine, but I ordered double bed and in our room was two single beds together and they split all the time. Rest was ok.

Ask for a shower rate or day rate if you only need to freshen up after a long international flight

we had an early flight and it took only 5 minutes to the terminal. Room was clean and spacious.

Very close to the airport, and there is free shuttle service to and from the airport every 20 minutes. Very clean and convenient.

Upon arriving at FRA airport, I walked outside to the hotel shuttle area and attempted to call the shuttle for the NH. No answer the first time. I then called the hotel directly and the lady at the front desk said they come every 20 mins (it was 9:30pm at that point). I waited until 9:55pm and still no shuttle. I called back and the same lady gave me […] the same answer and then asked where I was (Terminal, etc). She then said call the shuttle again. I walked over and called the shuttle and finally someone answered and then told me it would be another 20 mins. I finally arrived at the hotel at 10:30pm after waiting outside for almost 50 minutes. Upon arrival, they offered me a free breakfast for my "trouble" which was nice. My main issue here is the general attitude of front desk woman. She never apologized or even addressed the fact that the miscommunication was NH's fault, not mine. I understand that miscommunications happen but I will not tolerate indifferent customer service, etc. I usually stay at the Sheraton when flying into FRA and will continue to do so in the future. Hotel is of very good quality , Kelsterbach is a nice little town if you want to walk to it or take a Taxi, I walk everywhere and there is a River walk in town that is great. Great location for awaiting flight leaving Frankfurt.

Hotel staff was profesional and the room was clean. Good choice for a layover in Frankfurt.

The hotel is an old building, bathroom was old - but clean and in good conditions. With the pictures that are shown in their webpage, we expected a contemporary and chick hotel, but it's not. The room furniture is very nice though.

Hotel as you would expect it. Rooms with decent size and comfortable. There is nothing to do / to go to in the neighbouring area (apart from the airport). Great rates of you book well in advance (and if there is no fair). Long queues at check-in and check-out. In summer there is a nice outside seating area but service in the restaurant and bar is slower […] than slow (expect 45 min wait for your food) Hotel located just about 7 min by car from Frankfurt Airport, Terminal 1. The free hotel shuttle bus is always full and departs only ever 20 min or so. You can't relay on it. When you book a taxi make sure you are on time. I was 6 min late due to the long queue at check-out and the taxi was about to leave without me. I was told off big time in the car. I stayed there many times due to its proximity to the airport. If you just want to sleep close to the airport then this is your hotel. Mehr

The hotel was excellent, the price was very good and the location to the airport was super. The food in the restaurant was good although the waitresses seemed to be overwhelmed and the service was rather slow.

this is a very good airport hotel, much better than many others. the rooms were very comfortable and stylish modern. the bathroom was fairly large, the lobby and restaurant were also nicely furnished and the courtyard was nice too. the people working there are very nice. there were 3 things that could be improved: the prices of the restaurant were kind […] of high but the food very good. it would be nice to have a free wifi-service, i think any hotel nowadays should have that (but you do get 30mins free on your own laptop, in the lobby) and they should offer free parking, $13 for one night is pretty high. overall i would give this hotel a 4.5/5, very satisfied!!! Estuvo perfecta la recogida en el aeropuerto y lugo la llavada muy tmprno, no tuvimos mucho tiempo en el hotel solo un corto descanso, esteuvo muy bien. Gracis

Me parecio excelente que tuviera transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Es comodo y limpio.

El hotel, sin mayores lujos, excelente ubicación y precio para los que vamos de paso, un shutle que pasa cada 20 minutos y las instalaciones muy acogedoras. El restaurant costoso pero excelente, además es de uno de los chef más prestigioso del mundo Ferrán Adriá.

Bien situé pour correspondance avion. Propre et acceuil de qualité. Restaurant assez bon. Rien de négatif a signaler pendant mon séjour

Está muy bien situado, ya que se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos del aeropuerto, y tiene un shuttle disponible.

The hotel was very suitable as the airport hotel. Airport shuttle bus to the hotel is running every 20 minutes, and breakfast was good enough.

Perfect place to spend a quick night in Frankfurt. The only complain is the cafeteria, which was rather unlfexible with the breakfast. Other than that my wife and I were impressed by the value.

Recomendo este Hotel, otimo
