"Clean and friendly"
I was only there for 12 hours but the hotel suited my needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great for business travelers.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. When I checked in the desk gave me the key to a room that was already occupied. I walked in and the bed was messed and their were suitcases open. Fortunately no one was in the room. I always try to stay in hotels that have free internet service, so I can work form the room. "it's like home"
Nothing is better than your own home, and that was what I felt about Sleep Inn Bentonville. Of course it is not home, but the price, services, the room and the access of Clarion's swimming pool and gym and the people working there are really nice. Anyway, overall, it's great!
"Nice stay"
The sleep inn is perfect if you are looking for an inexpensive quick stay in Bentonville. Nothing fancy but there is an outdoor pool which is nice and you can go next door to the Clarion and use the indoor pool which was open 24 hours. Breakfast was provided, probably better then a cold continental but certainly not better then the waffle house down […] the road. Parking was free.... "mapquest"
The directions from mapquest had us turn in the opposite direction of the hotel. The clerk had me and my companion so confused about how we were to get to the hotel. We finally had to ask someone in a parking lot who gave us clear instructions.

I must say that I was very impressed. Rooms were very clean and neat. Beds had fresh and crisp linen, ac worked very well. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel.

"Sleep Inn- Great for airport use!!!"
Clean, friendly, free airport shuttle, free parking at hotel while you are gone. Overall a great place to stay at. Pool and gym right next door also!!
"Bentonville, Hotel"
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We especially appreciated the fact that our two small dogs were welcome there without having to pay an additional deposit. We travel alot and because of their attachment to us we travel with our pets. It is good to know that the Sleep Inn makes our pets as welcome as we were. Thank you, Vicki B

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, though I was sad they took away the fresh chocolate chip cookies they used to keep at the front desk.

We went there the night before our early flight, and because the 5:00 am shuttle was already full, they made arrangements for me and my daughter to have a taxi ready for us to take us to the airport AT NO COST!!! also, breakfast was ready aroun 4:00 am for everyone to have the opportunity to eat something before leaving. "Bentonville AR"
The room was small with very little seating. Carpets were worn and stained. Breakfast was marginal at best. No in-between window coverings, either nothing or black-out. one chair. nice facilities were available in the same chain owned hotel next door but the desk help did not tell us about them until we were leaving. The breakfast area was not neat […] and the breakfast was marginal. I would not stay here again. Mehr

"Great room for the money"
The room was tidy and clean with the exception of the shower stall. There was mold on the inside of the shower door and the light fixture in the shower needed to be cleaned. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

"Great hotel"
Hotel is in a really nice part of town with many restaraunts and places to shop on the same road. The hotel was a lot nicer than I expected, especially for the price. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it. The only complaint I had was that my bathroom had a shower only, no bathtub, so I couldn't give my […] daughter a bath, but if you aren't concerned with that then this is a great place to stay. Mehr
"Awesome Hotel"
The room was clean,comfortable, and very reasonably priced. I would def stay here again. The only fall back is if you are a late sleeper at the Sleep Inn, breakfast service stops around 9:30 am. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at the Sleep Inn in Bentonville Arkansas for three nights. It was great the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We got a great nights sleep and the breakfast is really convient and delicious. We will for sure stay here again when we go to see our family. "Great hotel and good value"
Hotel has been there several years so was quite suprised when I checked in and saw what appeared to be a brand new room. Hotel is in excellent shape and it was very quiet even though it was full of softball teams while I was there. Will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was great too, although a little early.

I had great trouble with the communication in this hotel. I had ordered smoking, got there and it was a non-smoking hotel. The shuttle to the hotel had to be called three times. It took me two hours to get to the hotel. And a bug in the bathroom. Only decafe coffee in the room. I was very disappointed in the size of the room.
