Ein ruhiges Hotel mit sehr diskretem und unauffälligem Personal, das aber prompt und freundlich auf Wünsche oder Fragen reagiert. Das Frühstückbüffet wird regelmässig aufgefüllt und ist ausreichend. Da wir uns in der Gegend sehr gut auskennen, war es auch kein Problem, das Hotel zu finden, aber auch Ortsunkundige dürften kein Problem haben, da das Hotel […] bereits an der Interstate angekündigt wird. I would stay again, it was a nice place.

Indoor pool not operational. Could not rent a roll-away bed. Front desk seemed under staffed. Had to wait several times for service while rep was on the phone.

We went for a cheer competition. This hotel is under construction. Poor customer service. Was not listed as such! would not give reduces rate for lack of pool and told me I could go some place else. All other Hotels were sold out. NO POOL. WET paint with no signs. ALL rooms smell of smoke.

This is a very comfortable hotel to stay if you need rest after a long trip. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved the free breakfast in the main lounge every morning. This is a great place to stay if your money is short.

I have stayed at this hotel three times now, and every time I visit with them I walk into the lobby greeted with a huge smile and a welcoming hello. Everyone here is so friendly, even the cleaning staff took time to pause, smile and say hello as I walked through the corridor. In addition to having exemplary customer service this hotel is clean, has a great breakfast(ie. more than a muffin and thimble of coffee) and is very reasonably priced. Mehr

The hotel was very centrally located for all we wanted to do. Also a pretty good value for the money.

Nice place but they need to fix the breakfast area, hotol was full and they only have 3 tables for guest.

Not bad for the rate. Wsa less expenseive hotel in the area. Was clean. would stay again when I come to visit family.

Nice place to stay; close to highway. This same time if you are there for a basketball tournament. Away from the crowd and noise. I wish they had shuttle service to and from Charlotte downtown during the basketball tournament.

Continental breakfast was light. Indoor pool was great. WIFI was pretty fast.

For what ever reason the room i was given was right in the middle of a bunch of construction workers. They where all around me and partied untill 2:30am and was up at 5:30 am . i got no sleep and the front desk seemed to not care . Guess the workers where there on extended stay and my one night was just not important.I feel the front desk could have […] moved me to another location in the hotel . guess they wanted to keep all the cleaning in one hall way. This was my first experience booking a hotel on-line and will be my last . Ill just stick with the ones i know. Mehr

Rooms were small. Heater was noisy. Desk clerk was inattentive (talked on phone - personal call - while we waited for information. She didn't have much information about the area. Acted like she didn't want to be bothered. Breakfast was very disappointing - we passed on it.

Very convenient in and off the interstate. Very nice indoor pool. Continental breakfast has a good variety. Hotel is nothing fancy but met all of our travel needs ... a clean room with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Love having indoor coridors.

The overall experience at the hotel was great. The rooms were kept very clean and I thought the free standing shower was great as my travel companion is 6'8 and for him to have to use a shower/tub combo is difficult as he is usually taller than the shower head. I also enjoyed the size of the refridgerator in the room as it held a lot of beverages for […] me to take to the race track. Another positive is the area. Lots of restaurants near by and since I was in the area for the NASCAR race, the attractions were close by. The only negative comment I have is when our party was checking out. Granted it was 6:30 AM but the gentleman behind the desk looked unhappily at me because I was disrupting his television show. He did not say one word to me. Just took my room key and gave me the receipt. He also had the same attitude with the woman checking out before me. She had to ask him if it was okay for her to go. I understand it is early but if your job is to be at the front desk you should show some courtesy towards your guests. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again. Mehr
